Do not become a member at any gym that utilizes this third party service! I have never had such a headache in all my life. My wife had a membership at the Fit4Life in **********, **. She was advised she could cancel her membership with a thirty day notice and proof she was moving out of state. My wife had to provide multiple forms of proof as they refused to accept each one as it didnt meet some criteria. They finally asked for her insurance declarations page which we provided to end this nonsense and they stated she would still owe the membership and the personal training fee for an additional two months, as it was a new billing period. She received multiple emails, always from a different employees, that claimed they couldnt see the previous messages and had no record of her emails. Weve had to print out the emails to keep records and go to our bank to fight the charges. At this point they just need to leave us alone. They already squeezed two additional months payment out of me and a months membership and personal training fees out of my wife when we were no longer in the state and unable to utilize the facilities.

Absolutely avoid any gym (Golds gym bought out a peak fitness in ************** I used to go to) that was a former peak fitness gym or one that was bought out.Their contract is an absolute scam, this company's business model is ripping off people and providing no way out of their contract even if you fulfill the requirements to be able to do so.Avoid!

I had a membership at ****************** in ********************* for a few months. I called to cancel my membership, and ****, who sold me the membership originally, said that instead of cancelling I should put my account on freeze in the event that I want to come back one day. **** said that I could keep my account on hold or "frozen" as long as I want, until I was ready to come back. Fast forward several months, ****************** loses their lease on their existing building and has to move locations. The new location is only a few blocks away, but it's in a retail mall, much smaller, only has one shower, parking is challenging, etc.. I am very happy at this point that my membership is cancelled / frozen. Fast forward a few more months, Zone starts charging me again. I call them, explain the situation, and get very rude responses; they essentially say that they told me I could only freeze my account for a few months, which did not happen. I never signed anything when freezing my account, and asked if they had a recording of the call to prove they warned be that the account would automatically unfreeze. They say no, continue to be rude, so I call my bank who advises me to remove my payment information and they reverse the charges. Now Peak Payment Solutions won't stop calling me, although I explained the situation to them. Zone essentially fraudulently charged me, then sent me to collections when I tried to dispute the charges. This should be illegal, and is a wildly deceiving billing practice.

Title: Deceptive and Untrustworthy: Peak Payment's Bad ***** Practices My experience with Peak Payment has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their bad faith processes and deceptive practices have left me feeling frustrated, betrayed, and financially compromised. From the very beginning, it was clear that Peak Payment lacked transparency and integrity in their dealings. They failed to uphold their end of the agreement, constantly changing terms and conditions without proper notification or explanation. This lack of communication and consistency only added to the confusion and mistrust I felt towards this company.Furthermore, their handling of payments and fees was incredibly unfair and unjust. Hidden charges, unexpected deductions, and unreasonable penalties were all too common occurrences with Peak Payment. Their billing system seemed designed to exploit and take advantage of unsuspecting customers, rather than provide a fair and honest service.Attempting to resolve any issues with Peak Payment only proved to be a futile effort. Their customer service was unresponsive, unhelpful, and dismissive of my concerns. It was evident that they had no intention of rectifying their mistakes or addressing my grievances in a meaningful way.In conclusion, I urge anyone considering using Peak Payment to proceed with extreme caution. Their bad faith practices and lack of ethical standards make them a company not worthy of your trust or business. Look elsewhere for a payment solution that values honesty, transparency, and respect for their customers.

I have multiple emails with the crooks. I recently got married and moved, and provided proof of the move and ****** maps images providing the mileage (31 miles minimum) I now would be traveling as proof of being more than 25 miles from any golds gym location. They keep finding reasons to ignore this and denied my claim based on a zip code instead of my actual address. I haven't been to the gym in 2 months and they are still charging. I asked for their corporate number and they gave me a number that claims their office is closed at 10am on a Wednesday. Absolute criminals. I have contacted a lawyer at this point and have all email proof of the conversation. They're being unreasonable at best and at worst going to affect my credit because I'm not paying another cent to them. Trash company with yeah customer service. They are the reason so many are getting fed up with corporate greed. The way they run their business is a disgrace. I have proof of all the conversations and phone recording of the call to the provided number, so they will not gaslight me in a reply claiming to not have received anything from me. This has gone on long enough.

Peak payment solution is the billing provider for Fit 4 Life in Raeford NC. I was informed by the gym manager that I will be able to cancel my Personal training 30 days after I send peak payment an email with a copy of my orders. My billing cycle is on the 25th of the month I submitted my orders 16 January 2024 meaning 24 January 2024 should have been my last time being charged with an expiration date to my personal training 16 February 2024. My report date to my new duty station on my orders said 10 March 2024 with early report authorized, I explained to the gym manager (Wayno) and to Peak payment I would be reporting early and if they need any additional documents to let me know. The gym manager told me I would be okay, and I should not be charged after January. When I asked peak payment if they needed additional documents to grant my cancellation, they responded with a generic message that didn't apply to me. They are claiming that the contract states the cancellation states 30 days from my report date which it does not. My card was charged 25 February 2024 for $180, which I disputed with my bank. Peak payment is now harassing me to pay them $200 or else they will send my account to collections; I am seeking my account to be zeroed out. They are in violation of their contract; I am a Service member of the United States Army and have abided by their contract of submitting a 30 days’ notice. I have contacted the gym to rectify the issue and they all seem to not admit to their wrong. I will be following up with the local JAG office also.

Zone athletics hired peak payment solutions to do their dirty work and they are doing a **** good job. Prestige fitness, owned by zone athletics, closed their ****** location without notice. They signed up members; knowing they were set to close their doors for long term contracts offering false promotions such as a free 6 months if you prepaid for 12 months. They knew they were going to close their doors and were just taking peoples hard earned money. Peak payment solutions is the only contact we have to deal with attempting to get a refund and they are refusing; stating we are in the free part of our membership; therefore not owed anything. We should have a fully paid gym membership through the end of August 2024; but instead just had to pay another $400 to sign up to a new gym for the remaining 6 months we plan to live in the area. Their lack of empathy and understanding in this matter is horrible business practice and there will be consequences.
