My interaction with this company came from them being the 3rd party billing company for Max ******** My spouse and I signed the same contract, not separate copies of identical contracts, to get a gym membership. In this contract it was never stated that there was a clarification between a sub-member and a primary member. Supposedly a sub-member can only cancel their own account and cannot cancel a primary members account. This was also not stated in the contract. Since my spouse was considered the main member, when I sent in proof that we were moving they decided that they would only cancel my account, the sub-member, without letting me know I couldnt cancel my spouses account. They decided to tell me the difference between a sub-member and a primary member a month later as they were charging us an $80 fee. After multiple phone calls where one employee told me the fee could be waived if I explained myself over email, another one told my spouse they could give her a $15 discount if my spouse contacted only her directly, and one told me there was nothing that could be done, they have threatened to send my spouse to collections. On top of it all they said that managers do not take phone calls or emails and can only contact me if I submit my account for managerial review, which I have been told takes **** business days. They have sent me several emails calling me my spouses name meaning they dont even have a clear separation between who is the sub-member and who is the primary. I am severely disappointed they have policies not stated in the contract that they try to enforce with no exceptions even though several representatives have offered different information. Very disappointed in this company

Peak Payment Solutions, the third party billing company for Fit4Life is ridiculous! They make you jump through hoops to get anything done. Call to speak to someone and they tell you to send an email. Send an email and they take weeks and months to get back to you. This is extremely frustrating when dealing with TIME SENSITIVE ISSUES LIKE BILLING!!!!!! My billing cycle was July 11. I sent an additional email on July 5. They did not reply until July 10. It stated come current on your account before 7/11/23 and we will cancel the account so I went out of my way to rush there before the staff left for the day and made the payment. The next day I called to be sure the account had been cancelled- IT HAD NOT! They had charged me AGAIN & WERE SAYING THE EXACT SAME THING Come current on your account and we will cancel it THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! I should have been able to SPEAK to a SUPERVISOR ON THE ***** once this had become a weeks/months long back and forth of emails and nothing getting solved! They finally did cancel the account but it never should have taken this much time nor frustration to get a simple problem solved. They need to change how they solve problems in the future but this experience has made me want to make 100% sure NOT to use ANY company that uses THIS company for their billing!

First, I had a service with a nice fitness facility. I did not get updates that my card was invalid. I had gotten a new card because mine had been compromised. When I got the notice I called and explained the situatuon and they still charged me for 2 months of late payments instead of just 1 which would have been more reasonable and understandable.Second, when they denied me I told them what I thought and asked them to stop sending me messages or communicating with me. They continued to harrass me after I told them many times to stop sending me messages.

Hello ****,Thank you for your feedback. Peak Payment Solutions is a third party billing and software company acting as the agent over contract management and administration. Contracts are terms written by the club and an agreement between the club and the membership holder. As a third party, **** is obligated to follow the terms and conditions of the agreement as they are signed. Your agreement states that a "$50 service charge may be assessed for all rejected checks, credit cards, and EFT Transfers". Once fees have been paid they are non-refundable. Your payment was returned by your bank for both September and October which caused the return fee to accrue for both months. You paid these fees both in the club and online resolving the balance. The correspondence we have with you has been reviewed and there were no requests to cease communication with you. In Good Health,

Same issue as everyone else. We were told our membership was month to month and not a year. We then signed up under active and fit which both the gym and peak have to recognize and honor. They will not. They want us to pay $150 each to get out of something that was sold to us under false pretenses. Highly unethical.

I didnt get to read my fit4life gym contract since my mom signed me up for it. Little did I know, unless I pay them $150 to get out of it. The contract is binding my parents to pay $30 a month. Avoid absolutely any gym that uses this payment service.
