• I made a one-time transaction on August 27, 2024 • My one-time transaction was in the amount of $1.00 USD • This one-time transaction was for a residential home property report • After my $1.00 USD charge hit my account and my home property report was delivered as promised three days later on August 30, 2024 my bank Chase flagged a fraud transaction and declined the charge and cancelled my card used in the original transaction. I was initially charged about a dollar on this website when I initially wanted to do some quick research about my property. A few days later, I was charged *****. When a report is purchased, you are offered a monthly subscription promotion that you can Accept or choose to Proceed with Basic Report.
If you select Accept you agree to be billed at $19.95 per month. This allows you access to 20 reports, report tracking and online chat support. If you select Proceed with Basic Report, you receive the basic report without any further charges.
I have canceled the recurring subscription so you will not receive any charges going forward. The payment of $19.95 has been refunded and should appear back in your account within 3-5 business days.
You will receive 2 confirmation emails within 24 hours.

I am a busy businessman. While checking my bank account, I just came to know that my credit card account shows a transaction for an amount of $19.95 for the last two years to realtyrecordus.com. I did not do any business transaction with this company but all the sudden i came to know that they used to take $19.95 from my account without my knowledge. This is a fraudulent charge. I have canceled the recurring subscription so you will not receive any charges going forward. I have also issued a refund for the most recent payment of $19.95, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear back on your card.
The previous charges are not eligible for a refund as they fall outside of our 15 day refund window.

When you select Accept (there are some terms and conditions you had to read through before agreeing that explained this) you agree to be billed for an unlimited plan we offer at $19.95 per month. If you select Proceed with Basic Report, you receive the original report without any further charges.
We do not bill based on usage, much like any other monthly subscription such as ******* or a gym. The service is rendered regardless of whether or not you turn on your tv or computer.
I understand this is frustrating but it is the cardholders responsibility to regularly check their statements. If discrepancies are found they are expected to get in contact with the company or financial institution for assistance immediately.

I called to find out why the answers they kept giving me had no basis for the reason I was trying to find out about a neighbor who is squatting illegally and is stealing our water. The address they kept refering to was an address that we have NOT owned since 1994. That's thirty years ago...and has nothing to do with our current address.Our Bank fraud people just called and want me to call them back and they say they've placed a HOLD on our account. In any case I want to make sure US REALTY does NOT charge me again...Their agents are foreign,,,I feel they are not legal..
