      I ordered 1 report only, but was also charged *****. I emailed the company asking them to remove the charge. They did not. I just checked my checking account and another ***** has been posted. I live on a fixed income and cannot afford this.

      The previous charges are not eligible for a refund as they fall outside of our 15 day refund window.

      When a report is purchased, you are offered a monthly subscription promotion that you can Accept or choose to Proceed with Basic Report.

      When you select Accept (there are some terms and conditions you had to read through before agreeing that explained this) you agree to be billed for an unlimited plan we offer at $19.95 per month. If you select Proceed with Basic Report, you receive the original report without any further charges.

      We do not bill based on usage, much like any other monthly subscription such as ******* or a gym. The service is rendered regardless of whether or not you turn on your tv or computer.

      I understand this is frustrating but it is the cardholders responsibility to regularly check their statements. If discrepancies are found they are expected to get in contact with the company or financial institution for assistance immediately.

      On or about September 14, 2023 someone used my credit card on the website US Reports Realty. I never contacted, subscribed, or requested information from this company. The day that this event occurred on I was at my dad’s funeral so the last I would be looking at is real estate especially since I was not looking to purchase or sell at home. This company has charged my credit card 19.95 for the past 7 months. Because of the low amount I did not catch the issue until this month. Because I never created an account with this company I can not log in send and email, cancel or delete. I have reach out to my bank to file fraud charges and dispute the charges I want my money back from this company for a service I never requested

      I paid for a single record report on a house, but now they are charging me $19.25 monthly without my permission. This is outrageous. I demand that my account be canceled immediately. This unauthorized deduction of funds is unacceptable and must be rectified promptly.

      I never gave the company authorization to charge me a monthly fee, They refused to cancel their charges. I have contacted my credit card company to no longer except charges form them and to get back past charges.

      Same as the others. Paid a dollar for useless realty information. I was charged ***** twice. After the first one I called them and said I wanted it stopped. There wasn't any clear information about a ***** a month fee. This threw my account into overdraft. They said they cancelled and they didn't. If **** wasn't so far away I'd be stopping by. Stay away from these people, they are frauds.

      I did a one time charge of $19.95 for a property check on the property address ************************************************************. This was to check on property owner of the place I am renting. I was charged again another $19.95 on 2/14/2024. I called Realty Records SUS at ************** and ************** on 2/20/2024 and they hung up on me 3 times. On the 4th call I spoke to ******. I explained I only purchased a one time check but it looks like you are charging me again. He said I have a monthly plan. I told him I did not order a monthly plan. He then pursued to state that it is a $49,.95 monthly charge. I told him I did not order that and to cancel any further charges. He then just hung up on me. They overcharged me $19.95. I have froze my account and will cancel this card they are charging to prevent more fraudulent charges from them, however it is such an inconvenience as closing an active account will effect my credit. I did some research on this company online and it looks like they do this on a regular basis. Please help to get this company to stop doing this to people. They are very rude and unprofessional.
