      This website cannot provide real report (just a scam). No detail information shows on report, I spent $1.25 for a report with a few public data only. I already refused monthly subscribe, and unchecked that monthly fee under account. Then after midnight same day, this website charges $19.95 on my credit card. Now they already have my credit card info, I have to replace my card. The entire website is scam. Stay away from this website.

      The company asks for payment of 1.25 first. After you give them your credit card info they have no reports for you. I sent them an email asking for a refund. (Not the money, the principle) . I then called my credit card and had them issue a new card so they can no longer bill me. What a rip off.

      The company started charging my credit card monthly where I had not authorized the purchase. I did not provide my credit card info either and disputed with a fraud complaint. The company did promptly refund me.

      Definitely a SCAM ChatGPT ChatGPT This company is 100% a scam. I never agreed to any agreement, and they claim I'm a premium member charging $19.95 per month. Due to brain tumor surgery and another operation, I didn't notice the bills. After realizing, I called to cancel and get a refund for six months. A guy named Mike, with an Indian accent, was dishonest, initially willing to refund only $19.95. After persistent communication, they agreed to refund two more months. This is definitely a highly dishonest company.

      Information that they provided was not up to date. Email address they provided you to contact for help does NOT exist. Placed a "ticket" and there has been NO response back to me.

      Was trying to pay property taxes on line and there website came up and said to pay $1.25 then they billed me $19.95 then again this month coming out of my checking like its a monthly bill. Did not authorize this! Have made phone calls and goes to message. That they *********** call no return phone call. ************ phone number I found on the internet but this also could be set up to go voicemail. As part of the scam

      These people are parasites and thieves that will steal from you and then look you in the eye and say it was your fault because you bought from them. They should beware of legal action being taken by the droves of customers that are being taken advantage of.

      Complete scam company. I also signed up for the one time fee of $1.25 then started to receive a $19.95 a month reoccurring charge without my consent. There is no actual way to contact this scam company and cancel the unauthorized recurring charge and I also had to cancel my bank card and get a new one issued. "usrealtyrecords.com" is a complete trash, scam company.

      I used this service one time. My debit card has been charged monthly for 10 months. No customer service. I have tried to cancel subscription with no response. My bank says if I want to stop the monthly $19.95 charge, I will have to cancel the debit card. BEWARE!
