      I thought only a one time fee of 1.25 but have been charged and tried canceling twice for $19.95 twice, I've emailed and chatted for refunds of the two charges of 19.95 with no avail

      Scam. Only giving 1 star because this review won't post without 1 star -- scams deserve zero.Unfortunately, I didn't research this company before paying $1.25 record for a report on an address I was looking into on Aug. 21, 2023. This company showed ** in a ****** search -- in their sponsored listings. ****** Ads shouldn't have allowed them to purchase their sponsored listing (and I'll be complaining to them as well). I knew something was up as soon as I submitted payment, because the search result they told me they had was no longer available. Instead of an order confirmation page, I was directed to a "Your search returned no results. Try again" page. I complained via the support/chat function on their site asking for a refuncd, but I knew something was up. So, I called my bank and tried to get the payment stopped -- I couldn't, so I canceled my credit card. Now, I'm glad I did after seeing this. This company shouldn't be allowed to exist.

      This company offered $1.25 service, then switched it to a $19.95 recurring monthly payment which I never agreed to. I requested immediate cancelation. Cease and desist from using my account for fraudulent recurring charge of $19.95, monthly. You have already been reported to the BBB.Be advised, hereby "Cancelation Request."Cc: Better Business Bureau, *********************

      This "company" is a scam. I authorized a single $1.25 charge and they've been billing me $19.95 monthly since. I tried emailing them, but the email bounced because the support email address listed on their website doesn't exist. I had to cancel my credit card to get out of these charges.

      This is a fraudulent company scam. They have no records of any property you are searching for. It takes them one second to deduct the fee out of your account. But yet it takes 5-7 business days to refund the money, which never happens. Even though it's only $1.25 it accumulates with all of the people who go on to this website. They have your credit card and Bank information and can deduct a monthly fee without hesitation if they wish too.

      I did sign up and agreed to the $19.95 monthly charge. I sold the house in Feb 2022. Called them to cancel it, then forgot about it. Just realized I am still charged the monthly fee up to now. Called them today and was told there's no record showing I called to cancel. Can't say they're honest.

      I bought a report for $1.25 and without my consent I was signed up for a monthly subscription of $19.95. I had to cancel my credit card due to this fraudulent transaction. Please stay away from this people. It is a scam.

      It is a scam. No results found for basic search and still charge. No customer support. Wish I would have looked at reviews here first before getting involved with these crooks.

      Please beware! This company advertised an offer to purchase a report for $1.25. However, they attempted to charge my account $1.25 plus an additional $19.95. I never authorized the $19.95 transaction. I called their company to advise them of this issue. The agent (*******) I spoke with was very unprofessional. I requested to speak with a supervisor and he said there was not a supervisor available at this time and hung up on me.
