      For 5 yrs I've had so many issues every month. Missing items, damaged items, wrong items or not delivered packages and every month I have to call in to complain and all I get is sorry. I dont want a sorry I want it fixed. I needed missing item in this order I need it for my trip next week and now it wont be here. I placed the order in a timely matter to get all my items in time. Every month there's an issue. Ever since they changed the website in 2019. Its been non stop issues and I can't get one dang thing done about it. NO MORE APOLOGIES JUST FIX THE DAM PROBLEM SO IT DOESNT HAPPEN AGAIN I NEED TO KNOW IM GONNA GET MY PRODUCTS WHEN I GET THEM

      I bought mineral oil at the pushing of ****** ********* on social media. After purchasing it was the most horrid taste and packages up and returned the next day, as it has a 30 day return policy. I have been getting nothing but the run around from this company and blaming their pyramid scheme person ****** to do return. Staying the address on the I voice isn't where you send returns! Sound like you better call the address you provide and get it back! I WANT MY MONEY STEER CLEAR PEOPLE!!

      I needed a simple question answered. Whenever I called they put me through to ****** or the *********** and they read from the website which I CAN DO TO! *** If you need customer support you will NOT RECIEVE IT

      The price of the glass diffusor is so high and the quality is really bad. After the 1 year warranty the glass shatered all over my kitchen. I contacted them several times and I get a robot answer saying they're out of stock and have no clue when will they have more. So dissapoiting and frustrating.

      As others have noted - I did a "one time" purchase which YoungLiving converted to a monthly subscription without my knowledge. I wasn't aware of this until I got a shipping notice for the 2nd month's delivery. I have been calling and emailing NON STOP to get this cancelled and to get a return label. They have "promised" me repeatedly that they would send the return label. Still nothing a week later. This is definitely a scheme and they are not an honest business at all. I so regret getting involved with them and wish I never did. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute charges. I have all my efforts documented in case there is any question. Please do yourself a favor and do not order from them.

      Expensive and once your loyalty customer they keep pushing your order and billing you finding cards you didnt use to pay them with. They hack into your banking! Dont use them!

      Hello *******, I am hoping I can assist with this issue you are having. First, I want to assure you we are not hacking your bank accounts as I read in your complaint and to apologize for the frustration you have experienced. I have found the problem. It appears last October, you Enrolled with Young Living, and at that time your order was placed in the Monthly Loyalty Rewards Program. Then a few weeks later in November, you accidentally created a second Young Living account and placed an order in the Monthly Loyalty Rewards program. This created two Loyalty Monthly orders in separate accounts, and both were active until April of this year. The October Loyalty subscription was canceled in April of this year, however, the account created in November is still active with Loyalty Rewards Monthly ordering. This is where the confusion comes in. Both accounts appear to have been created by you and I have a theory as to what happened. I am thinking in November of last year, you probably thought you were logging in to update your Monthly Loyalty order for the first time and inadvertently created a new separate Young Living account instead. You then proceeded to work primarily with the second newer account. I am also seeing a third account appears may be related to you, created around the time you created your first account. This could also be part of the problem you are experiencing. We are happy to assist you with this. I have a few ideas till help resolve this and prevent further issues moving forward. I would like the opportunity to reach out to you to help resolve this. You can reply to this response with a good time to call so we can discuss this in more detail.       Very sketchy business. After making a simple order on their website, they tried to charge the total again on a monthly basis. Their customer support actually tried to justify this with the fact that I didnt uncheck a box at checkout. The box asks if you want to make it a loyalty order, and apparently is checked by default. They continue to send highly suspicious emails about card declines, looking like they were composed by an 11 year old. I assumed for several months that these were some sort of unrelated scam emails, from maybe a leaked email address and order info. But no, after reaching out, I found out they really came from **. Their CS even blatantly said a lot of customers dont realize this. So this is apparently a very common occurrence for this illegitimate business, and they still think its appropriate to do. Thankfully, I know how to shop online, and ordered with a virtual burner card. Id recommend doing the same, or staying away from YL. Someone please file a class action.

      I would give negative stars if I could. This company is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. Customer service is nonexistent. I have been going back and forth for over a year now! I was a brand partner, the victim of fraud, and never received my last order. They could care less about the fraud that they still refuse to rectify. Due to their poor security, they let 7 orders through of the exact same product totaling $1400.00 from someone across the country. This should have been flagged as they pride themselves on their security but it was not. I never ordered more than a couple hundred dollars at a time and have never lived in the state it was shipped to and received. They did not lift a finger to help. I did more investigation than they did. They refuse to remove the fraud from my account saying they need it for their records. Well, they can keep track on their back end instead. They also assured me on several occasions that someone would reach out to address the fraud - of course this never happened. My points from the missing order were reinstated after a year, but here's the catch - I would have to order 2 months of loyalty orders before I can use those points on the 3rd month! Over a year later, I finally get someone who said for a one time exception I can use my points, not pay for shipping, and charge the remaining amount. However, the next agent said they in fact cannot do that. I then requested for them to just send the order that never arrived and radio silence.

      This company is a Ponzi scheme scam at best and a cult at worst. I placed a one-time order just to find out that they had signed me up for a subscription against my will, which they called a "Loyalty Order."It took many emails back and forth to cancel the recurring order and then eventually I learned that they had signed me up to be a brand partner (I had not agreed to this nor seen this anywhere until I communicated with customer service).Email customer service was unable to cancel my account. Their online portal doesn't allow account cancellation. And finally, I had to call a number to work on account cancellation, which they told me on the phone they are not capable of cancelling my account and that I need to email another address for cancellation (************** **** *********** ***** ***), all of which took up valuable time.Their business practices borders on criminal, might actually be criminal (I'm not a lawyer, so someone with legal expertise might want to check into this), and they send out unsolicited emails without an unsubscribe option.Now I am waiting for confirmation that my account has been cancelled.I do not recommend engaging with this business whatsoever.

      I placed a one time order. After a month i have learned that the company placed a "loyalty order" which means that they meant to send me the same order every month.Now i am trying to get the charge cancelled. They said i should be waiting for the order to be delivered, that it is already processing in their warehouse, and that only after i have received it i could return it to them, and then get a refund- a whole process that might take a month.I am furious for the money taken without my permission, and my wasted time, and now that i have $300 missing on my account! Scammers! Beware!
