Be careful with this business. I ordered here as a friend had these oils and they are nice, but they deceptively attempted to create a subscription for me without my knowledge and then told me that if the loyalty order box is checked while ordering, one will automatically be subscribed to a recurring subscription order, of which I had no awareness and I placed quite a substantial order. I perceived this as deceptive and potentially shady, so beware.Young Living Essential Oils, LC

Horrible customer support. Horrible time getting a return label. This company makes it virtually impossible to get answers. I was signed up automatically for a Loyalty Program and then had auto shipments. This all happened with out my knowledge. I will NEVER order from Young Living again.Young Living Essential Oils, LC

This company is not transparent with how your order is placed. If you want to buy a one time order then beware! They enroll you in a monthly membership program that auto charges your credit card. I tried to get that order canceled and the membership order canceled and that took a very long time with customer service. When they finally canceled the loyalty order they advised me that I should be able to place one time orders, I went ahead and gave it another shot. No luck, they said my order is delayed and they never shipped the product. I would go with any other company over this one. ************ with terrible customer service!Young Living Essential Oils, LC

I ordered 2 rose ointment's for around $60 on February 8,2024. I guess I Signed up for some kind of loyalty program??? On March 8, 2024 a $906 charge appeared on my credit card!!! Took forever to talk to a manager and get the problem taken care of. I love the Rose ******** but I will never order from this company again because of this $906 charge and they could not tell me how it occurred. Buyer beware!!!Young Living Essential Oils, LC

I was concerned with using a product from this brand, given the poor reviews I was reading... but I was given my word, by a friend, that they stood by their products. I was gifted one of their diffusers and it had a couple of issues with functionality. I understand that things can happen and was hopeful for a replacement unit. While the (second) customer service representative was very thorough in their investigation of the issue, and wanted to be sure they had all of the information, they ended up being very helpful and replacing the defective product. Horrible experience with ordering from this company. I follow someone on FB who was promoting the Aria Diffuser and clicked the link to order and filled in all the information including my credit card and could not find my order or tracking information. I emailed customer Service and received a response three days later saying they could not find my order. I called the number listed on the website and explained what happened and the person on the other end could not help me and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else and was told there was no order. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there wasnt one available. She was finally able to process a new order after 30 minutes of telling me she couldnt do it. I originally placed the order with the product being 50% off and had to pay far more when the mistake wasnt even mine. Had to pay upgraded shipping as I needed this for a gift. A cost I shouldnt have had to pay for since a week had gone by since I ordered. There was no apology for all the inconvenience I had to go through, just to order an item. Nobody should have to work this hard to buy a product.A bad experience and the last purchase I will make from this company.Young Living Essential Oils, LC

Please know, we are always happy to assist our members anyway we can. In reviewing your complaint, I am not finding your original order and account creation attempt. I only saw the new account and order attempt on December 6th, when you spoke with an agent. That order is processing. There is no history prior to this in our system linked to you. As you and the agents surmised, the order you tried to place did not process during the sale, and the agents ran into the issue of no account in the system. That would frustrate me too. With your attempt to purchase the Aria ******** during the sale, there may have been a technical issue, which resulted in the order not being processed and prevented your new Young Living Account from being created. This can happen on either side of the connection, but regardless of where the issue was, I can assist you with this and I am happy to do so. The agent you worked with was able to create a Young Living account and get an order processing for the Aria ********* It would be my pleasure to further assist in alleviating this frustration for you. I purchased products from the company to use my Loyalty points. seconds after submitting my order I realized my points werent used at all and my credit card was used to make a purchase. I called Young living seconds after noticing the error I was told that the order cannot cancelled and that a return label would be sent to my email. Four days has past and no email with a return label was attached. Young Living get your money and you arent getting it back. I cancelled the Loyalty Rewards program they have because it isnt beneficial to anyone but YL. You have to send nearly $100 each month and really dont get nothing in return for being a monthly subscriber. This is so disappointing and a real ripoff. Buyer Member beware this is a money grab at its finest.Another complaint has given me an heads up on not receiving a return label as stated as follows. Im not in the place to go through a telephone email goat roping with Young Living as stated as follows:I called the company to request a return label. I asked them to send it to my home, it didn't come. I then asked them to send it to my e-mail address, it didn't come. I repeated this step 5 times. Each time they said they would send it, it has never come to either my home address or the two e-mails I provided to them. There is definitely fraud going on here. The product I ordered is fine but overpriced. However, their loyalty program is a total scam. Theres barely any indication that youre signing up for a subscription program, and the box is checked by default. Even if you do realize its a subscription, theres no information about frequency or ship date. They dont ask for permission to save your credit card information. Literally 12 hours after my initial order arrived, I got an email notification at 2am that another order had been initiated and charged - no warning or option to cancel/reschedule/postpone. When I emailed customer service they admitted that many customers are surprised to find that theyve signed up for a subscription. Despite the fact that the order ultimately didnt ship for almost a week, they said they werent able to cancel it but generously waived the $6.95 shipping fee to return it. The whole interaction required way more emails than necessary (are you sure you want to cancel the subscription? do you need a return label? They even emailed me to ask what email address to send the label to.) and Im still not entirely sure that theyve actually cancelled the subscription - the whole thing seems designed to lock people into an expensive subscription that they dont actually want.Young Living Essential Oils, LC

i ordered from Young Living for the first time a few months ago. Now I keep getting an order every month - "loyalty order" I've called and sent back 4 orders and each time, they say my account has been canceled. I'm not able to close the account or remove my credit card. I have 2 emails stating my loyalty account has been closed and I've signed a form stating I will not open another account but I just got an email that another order has been shipped.
