      Worst experience Ive ever had with a company. Ordered $300 worth of stuff during their holiday sale. My account has said its been shipped for over two weeks now but no tracking number. I have called customer service multiple times and each time I am told a different date of what the shipping window is and then when I reach that date I call in again and ** told a new date thats further out. Still havent received my products or a refund. Having a sale is no excuse to have terrible customer service and not get me my products in a reasonable time. I had a loyalty order that when through after this sale and already got that. So unorganized I am done with this company. Only started with them this last summer and everything has been negative.

      My account was deactivated. The company policy is a one year purchase. They tried to tell me it had to be a certain dollar amount. I made over a $200 purchase within a year and my account was still deactivated. I have called and spoke with 3 different reps that couldn't assist me. I was told I had to send an email to their third party vendor to verify myself before I could get access to my account. It may take 1-3 days. All I came to do was place an order. I have sadly been a member for 6+ years. This company has gone down hill fast!

      Just called customer service. Young living moved that dept. to the Philippines!! So what happened to all the reps from Utah!! Did you fire them for more profits. I'll never purchase again.

      I signed up and purchased the initial kit (Quite pricey) and used them for at least two years maybe a little longer. Then this profit oriented company decided I wasn't buying enough and changed their policy so that I could no longer purchase oils wholesale. They have some kind of a pyramid scheme and only care about profit. I will never buy from them again. I now purchase from doTerra oils. The oils from Young Living are not better. IN fact I like others better.

      VERY Overpriced, they take your money in every single possible way they can. Their shipping charges are also pretty ridiculous. They are so fast to process those "subscription orders" which will not ship for another **** days, and you call to ask them to help you adjust or make a change, they say "they do not have the option to" so you pay the 9 bucks to ship and to return it back, and they tax the shipping too. I was sucked into this for too long, finally broke free. Never again being part of the cult. And, did I say overpriced?

      Regarding the prices, our price adjustment were a result of lingering impacts of the pandemic, supply chain disruptions, and price inflation over the last two years. We met these challenges by absorbing the costs, however, with annual inflation reaching 8.5 percent, it was necessary for us to adjust our prices so we can continue to provide quality products without compromising our commitment to our customers. Regarding subscription orders and being able to adjust or change them, per our Distributor Agreement, it is the customer's responsibility to update their template. While we cannot cancel an order, when you contact in, agents should be discussing alternate solutions such as requesting a shipping label for you to send the incorrect order back to us or offering a skip month. In some circumstances, the shipping can be waived.

      My wife was charged twice for a diffuser that she was thinking about purchasing and had added to her cart online but never completed the purchase. She has contacted them multiple times to return the first one and they never responded to the return claim. Now they have charged us again for the same thing and are not letting us cancel our account and are making us wait for them to somehow fix the returns before they delete our credit card info and cancel account. This company is making fraudulent charges on peoples accounts. Stay far away from this company. What they are doing is Illegal.

      Their products are very good but they cannot get them shipped to you. I've been without my supplements at least 3 times in 8 months because they cannot get the package to the shipper. It has taken between 5-6 days for a label to be created, then the shipper ******* another bad experience) takes 10 more days to deliver. I'm not outside of the country, I'm just a few states away. I do everything they ask of me and yet they do nothing I ask for, simply giving me my order. I have no choice to but explore other options.

      YL does not honor the refund policy that is posted on their website. They are fraudulent and misleading.

As far as I could see, based on what notes were placed on your account on 8/6, you are returning a Loyalty Points order (order #*********) back to us. As you were billed only a shipping charge from the shipping carrier, we are unable to refund this back to the form of payment. Alternatively, what I have done is place a courtesy product credit (account credit) to your Young Living account in the amount of $7.99. This will reflect within 24 hours. We do truly value your business.

      This company processed my order and I never received the project. When I contacted the company to find out why my order was not delivered they gave me the run around and did not resolve this issue. So I paid for nothing and no one reached out to resolve the issue. During the chat I was asked a lot of questions and then it mysterious ended.I do not trust this business.
