      I believe it's a racquet, you had to order so much to be able to order through them. They changed their site and there was no help in navigating through their system. It automatically reordered my last month order. Now I have to pay for the order to be shipped back.

      The products are good quality, no doubt. I willingly joined the loyalty program, and have been saving points to accumulate some special products I wanted. Yesterday I created an order with these items and a couple cheaper oils. To my surprise, the items ** saved points for, were ineligible. Only the cheaper oils qualified. Oh boy! What a sham. I called customer support and got the same woman from who-knows-where (hard to understand) and asked for a supervisor/manager. She said no one was available and there was no other phone # to reach management. Obviously I was upset, and ended up hanging up in frustration. I did say ** post my opinion on social media, which I did. Heads up friends. Not good to be loyal to this company.

      I was a customer, moved out of the state I was living in. Tried to cancel over 5 times and I am still being sent routine multivitamins. I spoke with customer service twice. I have called some numbers are disconnected, some the company will not respond. Please note I have tried to cancel my subscription for the past year to no avail....let this be known next time you try and ship an item I consider this fraud and have notified my bank no bill from Young living is allowed. Lousy customer service, no concern, no feedback, no response from you despite multiple attempts at contact. You have no customer service that I can clearly attest to for me as evidenced by your non-response.

      I ordered a Christmas present for someone. They automatically signed me up for an account even though I checked out as a guest and indicated that the package was a gift. This account automatically signed me up for a rewards program that they DID NOT INFORM me of. There is no way to process the refund and there is no way to cancel the account. I could not remove my card information from their system and had to file a fraud claim with my bank. On top of that, they decided to send the order to the person who I gave it to as a gift. How am I supposed to return that?- even if their system allowed.

      They automatically renew your orders. For two tiny bottles of peppermint and lavender it was $47. I order for a Christmas present one time and then they automatically processed the same order the following 2 months for a total of $100. Thankfully they processed the returns but this company knows what it's doing, knowing people won't even notice and or have time to make returns. Pretty much stealing.

      I ordered one product and was automatically signed up for a loyalty program which I had no idea what was involved. I tried to deactivate it and could not. There are no clear instructions on their website and it is hard to get help. They are automatically charging me and I am desperate to deactivate. Please deactivate and refund my money for your monthly loyalty program.

      Horrible! Been buying from them for a while and on my last order they enrolled me into their loyalty program which I did not agree to. And then when I called to return the items they sent based on the program which i had no idea i was even enrolled in they would not refund me without a 25% restocking fee plus a **** shipping and **** shipping label. They of course moved their customer support to ***** so I was not even dealing with someone in America. I will be buying from doterra from now on.

      I had been using Young Living products for years, but since their founder died they have changed drastically. They completely revamped their setup. It appears that they are only interested in making money. I have decided to go elsewhere to buy my essential oils. The oils are excellent, but the way they do business is no longer about making healthy plant oils available for healing. Since making my decision, I have since found out that many of other distributors have also seen the negative changes and have decided not to do business with them.

      Do not purchase anything from this company! While I have no complaints about the product, I do have complaints about their business practices. Trying to get a response from them via email, online chat, phone, etc. is nearly impossible so trying to return unwanted items has costed me more in time than its worth. In fact, the email says chatting with them is faster but the chat feature on the website doesnt function and Id still on hold on the phone with them after countless hours. Automatically subscribing you into items to be repurchased also is a hassle and Im hoping they actually issue my the refunds. Please do your research on this company and make a fair and unbiased judgement about the other claims of the company, but this is my experience. I wish I had looked them up before trying to support a friend.

      I placed a $255 order that the company never delivered. After an hour of customer service trying to tell me the order had been delivered, they finally admitted it was backordered with no estimated date of being back in stock. I asked for a refund and they refused, even though they can't fulfill the order.
