      Cant access me data Ive tried resetting my email and called into customer service and they are telling me none of me emails are registered accounts. All of my data is lost.

      You used to be able to access some records for free, but now everything is behind a paywall. If you cancel your subscription because of cost, the records saved to your tree become locked behind the paywall. The site is completely useless without paying for a subscription, so I don't know why they even offer a free membership.

      This company operates with highly questionable subscription practices and lacks transparency. Their business model feels intentionally deceptive, and I strongly urge others to report their experiences and file chargebacks if necessary. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to continue operating unchecked.

      Customer beware!! Shady billing practices for sure. Apparently I signed up for a six month contract with them and now I'm being charged $25 to cancel. None of this was stated anywhere that was obvious and it was buried within the agreement. Wasn't even able to find anything relevant and pulls up tons of information that rarely matches. Feel taken advantage of...

      Never opened an account. Never had a relative open an account. But yet my information is out on the website. I asked to have this information removed and the company will not do it without legal action. Is it so much to ask for personal security???

      Scammers. I bought and paid 99 dollars for dna test. For 1 dollar they offered an annual membership to their website. 2 months later they charge me 109 dollars and said it was a renewal fee for the membership. Would not refund even though we never logged in and advertised the 1 dollar membership. Had to call my bank to block them because I am worried they will continue to take money out.
