    We bought a Purple Restore Premier Cool Touch mattress one week ago, and it's already sagging. For all the hype, we were better off with our 3 year old ******** mattress in a box! Don't fall for the ads. I have called Mattress Firm (where we bought it), but the phone number I was given goes to a voice mail box that is full and not accepting any new messages. Going to the store today, and hoping I won't have any issues with the return,

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!I spent $3,000+ on a Purple Mattress.Less than 4 Years in, Purple Mattress is falling apart.Purple will not honor warranty. Absolutely unacceptable for a $3,000 mattress and UNBELIEVABLE that it is literally falling apart in less than 4 years.Purple blames the Retailer, they blame Purple... nobody wants to honor my Warranty... absolutely pathetic and disgusting business practice. Definitely going to contact the BBB about this grift they have set up.

    I purchased a Purple Hybrid 2 King mattress in 2020. I just received my second warranty replacement mattress. The first mattress sagged on the sides within a month. It is 4 years later, and Purple is replacing it again. The purple crate is deteriorating sagging all over. The no longer make the Purple Hybrid 2 so Purple gave me a Purple Restore Hybrid Soft mattress. This thing is so cheaply made the springs stick out the sides you can collapse the corners of the mattress with you hand with very little pressure. I was told I needed a bed frame not a foundation for the new mattress, so I bought the Purple Foundation. It came with 8-inch legs on it. I could barely get on the bed, and it was sliding all over the place. I replaced the legs with 4-inch legs with rubber feet and it is easier to get in and out of the bed now, but still a very flimsy mattress. I have not had a good night's sleep yet on this thing. I am an edge sleeper. I sleep on the edge of the bed, and I have to keep moving to the center of the bed because I feel like I will roll out of bed at night. I can't believe they charge I suppose I will be getting this cheap piece of garbage replaced under warranty as well in the not-too-distant future. I can't believe that Purple charges $3,000 for this mattress. The old Hybrid 2

    Bought a purple plus with a headboard and foundation with premium setup. Two weeks later they came unannounced and we were not prepared. We had just moved. They said they would come back. After having to call purple numerous times, they returned two weeks later. It has been over a month this time. The two workers came in. We left them to their work. A little later they came down and frantically wanted me to sign off on their work. I insisted on going upstairs. I WAS SHOCKED! The mattress was extremely defective, with layers missing from it's core. The edges were rolled up with no material inside and the matress size was even wrong. Did I mention the grease smear **** from top to bottom? Not only that. The foundation was not assembled correctly and they stripped the bolts out of the headboard, leaving it flopping against the wall. I called emmediately and I was told "Oh that one doesn't look good" and then I was told I could not return the bed and frame. ZThis was a ***** bed, and I get the worse product and service in my life. This is a warning, purple has no quality control/quality or aconstructive service team.

    Had my purple less than 2 years and its been so hard to sleep on it. My husband and I have worked up with really bad back pain. On the side the springs have also came out its just an overall mess and we are not happy for the amount we paid for the mattress it should do at what it has been attended.

    Mattress came damaged on top. Purple does not want to return. $2200 is a lot to pay from substandard products.

    ABSOLUTELY THE BEST COOLING AND MOST COMFORTABLE PILLOW I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON! My wife and I HIGHLY recommend. I recently had spinal surgery and have no pain and this is the best sleep I have had in 40 years! Thank you Purple!

    they are selling very cheap mattress. Its just the hype. recently bought purple mattress and its very thin support with spring, when you sleep on bed you can feel springs;

    **************** is a complete joke. I have been in contact with five different agents over the past few weeks, all of which provide different information regarding the return process. My mattresses are UNUSED, and somehow, ***** seems to be able to properly process a return for both. Everytime I reach out, they sound incredibly helpful on the phone, but when I receive the emails regarding the return, they are ALWAYS ONLY PROCESSING A RETURN FOR ONE WHEN I NEED TO RETURN BOTH. I placed this order almost a month ago, and it has been a nightmare trying to get them to have someone come and pick up BOTH mattresses to provide a full refund. They are also unable to transfer you to the original agent that was handling your case when you call in, so you are left having to explain every single phone call/event that has taken place since the order was received. While I own several other mattresses from this company, which were purchased years ago, it seems their customer service has gone completely downhill and I will never purchase from them again. Be warned. Don't do it!
