    We bought two twin XL Restore Premiers from ****** ******** in January. When they arrived they were 75 long. Thats the length of a twin, not twin XL. Denver ******** ordered 2 new ones and swapped them out for us - the new ones measured about 76. *************** told us theyd do one more swap. The new ones were measuring at 75 again! The tags on all of them stated that they were 80 but they were not even close. Denver ******** wouldnt keep swapping out our mattress indefinitely so they told us to pick a new brand. We called Purple directly and they said they couldnt help unless we returned our mattress to Denver ******** and ordered directly through them. So we went back to Denver ******** and swapped it out for a different brand of mattress which unfortunately cost quite a bit more, but it measures it 81" long and our feet are no longer dangling off the end of the bed.

    Ive had my purple mattress for over 3 years. In that time weve needed two replacements for springs popping out and falling apart - currently waiting to get support to approve the second replacement. Outside of that, I have liked purple mattresses but they arent worth the price given the durability issues.

    Just an FYI for all concerned, If you do business with Rooms To Go of ********, a couple of thing you should be aware or... we ourself have been customers for many years but something happened recently that needs to be put out there. Three years ago we purchased a purple mattress from them. Came with a ten year warranty, well, it failed after only 3 years..... Rooms to Go sent a technician off to confirm the mattress had indeed failed. After visiting the store we were told that our mattress type was no longer available, and it would cost us $400 do stay with a mattress of the same type.. the next day we had decided that we did like that offer and called the store to arrange delivery. At that time we were told that it would now be $800 to replace the mattress. $400 deference in price, plus a $99 Delivery fee, $99 Disposal fee, and some how they are now saying we did not pay $2299 for the mattress but only $2099, but clearing shows on our invoice the price we paid for another $200 they want us to pay.. The item came with a ten year warranty and failed after only 3 years... I understand the $400 due to inflation and price difference. But a day later they tag on these other charges... This crazy, we have a $2299 mattress that is under warranty, and they want us to pay $800 to have it replaced... Are we being too ***** here??? Interested in what you folks have to say... and I guess to let you know and be aware of this practice..... Was told by the Purple folks that they would be unable to help with any of this Due to their nearest store being more then 250 mile away....

    **************** is worse than the mattresses. We clearly have a defective mattress. My fiance and I have been experience backpain for months. Our doctors say it is most likely due to our mattress. We loved it when we first got it but it's clearly worn out after less than 3 years. Purple knows about this issue because the first thing they asked me was if the mattress felt softer or had dips in some spots. THEY KNOW THIS HAPPENS. There is clearly a defect, but apparently my mattress isn't defective enough because the photos I am sending are not being accepted to move forward with a warranty issue. Yes, the mattress looks ok but they are not the ones who have to sleep on it. They wanted me to fill up gallon jugs with water and put them on my bed and take a photo like like this is some type of a game. They just won't do the right thing. How much more does my mattress need to wear in? How much more pain do we need to be in before you believe us? I've also been told by multiple associates that "customer satisfaction" is not part of the ******* warranty. Customer satisfaction is only taken into consideration during the 100 night sleep trial, because THEY KNOW the real problems don't start until after the first year. We even checked a box with submitting our claim that we would be willing to PAY MORE to upgrade to a higher tier mattress after paying thousands already. There's even a class action lawsuit investigation against Purple for mattress durability going on right now. DO NOT BUY from them, there are plenty of other competitors with similar if not the same products for a better price. You're paying for the name, certainly not the product or the support.

    Loved the mattress for 2 years. Now it is splitting apart internally and impossible to use. Completed their very detailed warranty request process and was then told that it would take 7-10 days for them to review my request for replacement. Not good in my opinion as I now have no bed.. I will follow up with how long it takes me to resolve this issue.

    My brother mentioned Purple to me during Black Friday sale this past year. He said that I HAD to buy the pillow. My only regret was not buying other products during that insane sale! Ever since using their pillow and pillow cases, I have noticed significantly less hair shed and loss, smoother skin along my face, and best of all - IMPROVED SLEEP! I used to wake up throughout the nights, frantically adjusting my pillow to find a comfortable spot. Now, when I lay down, I am out within 15 minutes! Cannot recommend this brand enough! I am actively looking at the websites for more sales to buy their sheets, and eventually, a PURPLE MATRESS! 100 /10 !!!

    Years ago I saw the Purple video of raw eggs at the typical pressure points all protected by the structure of a mattress even when a heavy large plate glass was dropped on them. Circumstances kept me from making an immediate purchase though I was ready to do so.In my mind, I translated that same kind of protection to my body. My shoulder and hip on both sides would commonly awaken me from sleep because of pain. I thought, "If this mattress can protect my body as well as it protected the eggs, then that's what I want."Finally, I bought a purple mattress and was not disappointed! My body is healing and improving so that what had not been possible before - sleeping on my side - was becoming more acceptable every day. After just two months of treatment on the purple mattress I am able to sleep on either side without the pain I had before.I must also say that the people with whom I have interacted have been very helpful and considerate. The product is supported by real people who have proven to be honest with good integrity. Thank you Purple! If you are considering purchasing a Purple mattress, my opinion is that it would be a wise purchase for a product that really works. The value of a good night's sleep? Well worth the cost!

    Purple is by far the best mattress for hot sleepers. Everyone else seems to make false claims. I've tried them all. I did have one issue where the mattress first delivered was manufactured too short to dimensions, but Purple quickly fixed that issue and delivered a new one and removed the defective one. I couldn't be happier with the process. I wish other companies were this quick to resolve issues instead of having me to waste hours of my time. Thank you!

    ******************!! We bought a Tempur Pedic, and are returning it. Once we tried the Purple, we were sold. *****, ****** and ****** have to be the best representatives that Purple could have in their store!! From their friendliness, knowledge, how clean the store was and no hard sell going being done by any of them, we could not be happier. We cannot wait for our new Restore Premier to be delivered. We purchased the Split king, where I will have a Firm and my husband the Soft. Should either of us decide to change the firmness, we know that we can do so at no charge, no hassle, within 100 nights. The features of the adjustable base are better than anyone else's out there (trust me, we've shopped and compared), and literally cannot wait to start sleeping on our new bed. I had shoulder surgery and to lay on my left side is downright painful. Not so on the Purple, even the firm mattress. The bed contours around your body, and you immediately want to fall asleep. We will be telling all our friends to look at Purple and if they live in ******, to visit the team mentioned above at the **************** location.

    Review of Purple ******************* Height). I purchased a Purple *******************) at the Purple Alderwood Store. Really wanted this ****** to work out as I have had neck issues over the last couple of years. The Purple Harmony ****** is extremely heavy and not easy to move around. The main issue is the lack of head support that it provides. The low version of this ****** flattens out to a super low height and can cause neck strain. I would not recommend this ****** if you have any type of neck issue. If you go past the 100 night trial period you will be out of luck with any type of exchange or return. Will not buy any Purple products in the future.
