      I was locked into a ************************************* then I had to basically complain every month. At the end of my contact I called them and cancelled which at this time they offered me a 20dollar discount which I still said no. Now I find that for the month of December they took the liberty of charging me the new low rate without my approval and REFUSE to give me a refund telling me the best they can do is continue the service. No way! They are very DISHONEST!

      Presented me with fouls info told me he would come out every month and charge my card after he sprays and he asked me to sign a contract to approve my payment not a contract to sign me up for a year of monthly payments, and he tried to charge me $250 to cancel even though I was not informed of any yearly contract so I called to cancel and I ended up paying $150 out of my pocket. This company is absolutely absurd.

      They are one of the worst companies to ever do business with. The salesman pressured and bullied my 90-year-old mother into signing for services. After they left, she called to cancel the service. Of course, they continued to bill her and sent her to their own collection company. Their predatory tactics on the elderly are unbelievable and can only be described as a scam. When I called, they absolutely refused to do anything and could care less that the salesman preyed on a 90-year-old. Stay away from this company and please let all your neighbors know as well to be on the lookout for this scam.

      I agree to start using their services when I notice things were getting worst more spiders and bugs than ever. I trying to cancel and they wanted to keep charging me saying that I was in a contract that I never signed. they send me a copy of the contract and it looks like they used photo shop to copy my signature to 10 different places in a separated page. then they type my initials like I agree to the terms. I cancel my cc and filing a report with the police. They falsifying signatures to get people in contracts and make them pay. Every where I comment about this company it is the same issue that people are complaining about. I already contacted a lawyer with my police report. They just stealing from people. they threat you with taking you to a collection department that they also own. Soon the Inspector General will put an end to this.

      I was sold a pest control plan, it was the worst service They didn;t remove spider webs, wasrp/ mud nest from my house. I believed I had cancelled the service. I kept getting e-mails from them in which I response to as; "I am noy your customer" Months later I saw they were still charging my credit card. Shame on me for not paying attention. Now they say, they don't have any record of my cancelling them and want me to keep payng for service I am not recieving.They now have charged me way over what a cancellation fee would have been.Don't fall for their scam.

      Horrible company and the sales people con you into sales and contracts that aren't fully explained. When you call to cancel the service, they wont stop it until you pay the $200 cancellation fee. Its exploitation. I told her fine, and to go ahead and send me a bill . She said she couldn't close it and bill me. You have to pay the $200 right then otherwise they keep billing you monthly and the account stays open??! Since when can you not cancel a service form a company early? So even though I want to stop service and cancel, they have only been out to my house one time, they'll just keep charging and charging. Sounds like extortion to me and this company should have legal action taken against them.

      First treatment seems reasonable but the second scheduled treatment never occurred. I called then they made arrangements and said their system glitched and was only going to schedule when custimers called. However, the technician that came upon my calling didn't seem to spray very much. We also are seeing more crawling bugs than every before. Did not see one dead bug inside after the last treatment but plenty crawling ones. I decide to cancel and requested to pay the cancellation fee by check as my credit card recently had fraud charges on it. They would not allow for me to make the final payment by check. They said services would continue and charges would accrue until a credit card payment could be made. As a customer, I strongly disagree with this approach to canceling services.

      The subscription that is signed for is a pest 4 subscription. Meaning that we will service the home very ********************************* middle of May, meaning that the next service would be about 90 days from that point. The home was serviced at the beginning of September. This can occur as we optimize the routes when the technician is in the area next. That appointment was scheduled automatically. As per your contract, you were entitled to free reservices and could have called to schedule those at any point in between your regularly scheduled services. Pest control is a process and not a one time fix, unfortunately. Seeing as we had only sprayed one time before you called, it is normal to see increased pest activity as they are driven out and away from your home. The cancelation fee is a standard part of our contracts. We have reviewed the contract to double check and we can see that the cancelation fee is in the contract and was agreed upon. We apologize that you had issues with you credit card and hope those were all worked out. The reason why we do not take checks is because of the delay it takes to receive the check and have it processed. This would have further pushed your account to collections since it was past due and we do not want that to happen to our customers. As of now, the cancelation fee has been paid and your account is closed out. We hope this explanation sheds further light on your situation. Thank you.

      Company was going door to door Soliciting the community I live in. The sales person was pushy and lied to me and my family saying it would be a one time pest control spray and i would only be charged for that one time service. I checked my bank account and noticed Ive been charged for since 05/05/2022. No services were done, they did not come and spray for them months. I called to explain to **** case manager and she told me i am in a 12 month contract (there was no contract agreement) according to Parking the sales man. Case manager told me I had to pay 300$ cancellation fee, and I could not get a refund whats so ever. When though they did no service. I work from home and I have cameras I would have known if they came to spray. **************** was absolutely Unacceptable. They made it very clear I would not be getting my money back. I was lied to, charged for no services, and absolutely dissatisfied with the customer service. They did nothing at all to fix this.

      They will knock on your door and offer you a $50 month to month service. They will ask you for your signature on a phone or tablet. The salesperson is trained to lie and omit the fact that they have a $200 cancelation fee. If you do not pay them they threaten to send you to collection. Just stay away from this business. It is just another passing scam.
