      Over billing. Billing and no treatments were done. Showing up at unreasonable hours. Having to babysit the people to make sure Im not getting scammed.I would not recommend this Co.Theyre scammers!C ********* *******.

      Call to cancel due to contracted services not being performed and only half of what was agreed to was completed. Get rerouted to the account rep who refused to close my account. I told them to charge the $240 and close my account, the *************************** refused to close the account. I had to open a new checking account to prevent any further billing from this scam company to eventually get the debits to stop. Terrible company, terrible customer service, and no willingness to live up to their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

      This review is concerning their business practices. I had a **** employee come to my door yesterday (8 June) after 5. I politely told the **** employee that we werent interested and that solicitation was not allowed in our neighborhood (Part West, Mt Pleasant). The **** employee became argumentative and, when I told him to leave, he smirked at me and looked at me like what are you going to do. I shut the door as he continued to stand on my porch. After he left I drove to get the license plate number of the **** truck to contact ****. The only vehicle in our small subdivision was a private pick up. I asked the driver if he was with **** and he replied no, but then quickly left the neighborhood. I drove out to the main road and there were no vehicles. I went back to the neighborhood and found that other neighbors had the same issue with this **** employee refusing to leave their porch, being rude, belligerent and ugly. I contacted the company but as of today have not heard back. The company was closed so I dont understand why they have no way to contact a representative if they have **** employees working after hours. I see from previous reviews that this seems to be a continuing issue with this company

      Lock you into a year contract and ***** service! It was a terrible waste of money and if you call for any problem, they want to charge extra for "that problem"

      Before engaging with the company, I strongly advise reading the reviews. In my case, the salesperson, Simon, included a rat control plan in my contract, which turned out to be untrue. Despite promising to rectify the situation, they failed to do so. Their incompetence led me to cancel the plan, resulting in an immediate $249 cancellation fee. Regrettably, I neglected to read the reviews, which revealed a pattern of overpromising and underdelivering, ultimately taking customers' money. This is not a reputable way to conduct business.

      **DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!** By far one of the worst company's I have dealt with. I signed up last June and apparently failed to notice I was being locked in to a contract. Then every time they'd come out to the house to spray at whatever their convenience was, I have to call them back days later to come back out for ants and wasps. They don't come out for 2 months and then when I call to cancel, they tell me that there is 3 months left on the contract and I'd have to pay $249 in order to cancel. I asked them to remove my debit card from their system and she refused saying I had to pay the cancellation fee first. She offered me $20 off my remaining payments. I advised her I'd be losing my house before the end of that and it wouldn't matter. She just kept stating there was nothing she could do. My neighbors all seem to have had the same problems with this company and if not I will be making sure they do.

      I would not recommend this service. First, I still have wasps and I still have ants.They did come to the house and service for pests and notified me of the service, but after six months or so I knew I was in a contract and I wanted to notify them ahead of time that I wanted to cancel. I called months ahead of time and was told that was noted on my account. I then see another charge. I emailed customer service, which isn't customer service as they have pre-selected replies, and they don't actually read the emails or respond to the questions.I was told that even though I called ahead of time, there is no process in place to automatically cancel after the contract. I was told that I have to call and they then manually cancel only after the contract is over. So, if you don't call, it's not cancelled. The responsibility is on you the customer to call them again because they don't have a process. It seems like the process works in their favor and not you the client.

      A salesman LUCAS came to my door selling their service. I told him I pay $75 every 3 months he said "I can beat that for $49.99. I said deal. Now I find out its $49.99 every month. Then I call them to cancel my account they tell me its a $250 cancellation fee. I delt with a couple of pest control companies, first one ever to tell me that there is a E.C.F. Then I asked them why are your prices so high? They tell me "We use Premium products". I tell them to send me a list they did. None of those products are premium. Now I moved I ask them if a bank statement will suffice. They Said and I quote "As long as it has your name and new address on it. So I sent it in and now they say it will not work I need more info which I don't have and told them I don't said info. Now they blocked my number and stop responding to my emails. They say "service above all" and they are right they do not care about their costumers. I guess that's why they do not have any social media. Horrible company and service!!

      Signed up with promise of coming out every other month. Well months went by, we kept getting charged but they never once came back out since the first set up- but we kept continuously getting charged for service NOT COMPLETED.
      We tried calling, emailing to cancel and it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. I have photos from the account showing we were charged for service to property, and ring footage that shows them never ever once showing up.
      Do not use them.

      First off let me just say I am not a review person, this is quite literally the first review I have ever written. About 6 months ago one of their representatives named *** knocked on my door and told me that they were going to to take care of my ant problem. He told me that initially the ants would all come out to consume the poison, but should disappear after a couple weeks. I waited for months it never got better. They were supposed to do inside and out but half the time they did the inside. Even when they did, they only sprayed the doors (when they initially told me there would be a lot more done. So aside from that, when I signed the paperwork I was talking to *** and he had me sign a bunch of stuff. He neglected to mention and hid the fact that it was an 18 month contract. So today I spoke with the account manager and told them I wasnt happy with their service and cant really afford it. They told me their was a $250 cancellation fee. I went around in circles with the manager for a half hour and she just kept sending me a copy of the signed contract. Ultimately I said I hope this $250 is worth it to you because you may lose a lot more then that in potential profit. If I can save one other household from this company that will be enough for me. DO NOT USE RIDD PEST CONTROL. Oh I also forgot *** told me he was he was the *** of this small start up company so I felt obligated to help with a small business. He is in fact not the ***, but just a sales rep.
