      Since September of 2022, I acquired the services of ADP due to the delay of their installment and service, they promised 3 months of service at no cost by sending me a check. I have tried to contact them by call, text, email and direct chat and they ************** that in the next couple of days I will receive the compensation but it is now January and I have not received anything. They have been charging me every month with no problem but have not answered any of my questions.

      SafeStreets *** sent a check back in October for $117.98 for 2 months of Monthly Monitoring. We never discussed 3 months. The check was cashed on 10/31. We would be able to send a copy of the of the deposit to customer privately if needed, as there is private information on this document.       I would never encourage anyone to purchase service from this company. The tech that installed the software installed the equipment incorrectly and I was not able to view live streams of the outdoor camera. They also left open holes in the siding in the backyard. I attempted to cancel the service but was advised it had to be cancelled within three days of installation. That is horrible. Despite the long hold times and being transferred to other departments just for ADT to disconnect the call they sent someone out to correct. The tech explained the mediocre installation and reset everything up. My internet provider came out to fix an issue with the internet which reset the ip address. I was able to update the WiFi for the adt panel but not the ****** doorbell that was installed by adt. I called adt for assistance but of course was transferred around just for adt to disconnect the call. I called again and was transferred to ****** who was walking me through taking the doorbell down to do a factory reset. I was not able to fix the doorbell and requested someone to come out. A third party advised that it would be $200 to come and fix the doorbell so I can use equipment that I am paying adt to use. I am truly tired of dealing with adt and wish they would just pick up the equipment. My experience has been horrible and would like to escalate this issue.

      I was approached by a door to door salesman trying to sell me fiber internet through CenturyLink and ADT.I told him I did not need ADT. He said he could get me a ********* of ****** per month for both. It sounded good to me so I said ok. Come to find out fiber internet through CenturyLink is not available at my address. They say I cannot back out on the contract with ADT. They want $1,679 to to buy out contract. This does not sound legal to me to sell two products back out on one and get you hooked on the other. **************** was the sales person ************. He works for Residential dealer services **************. They wont talk to me. I found out they go through Safe Street ************. My account number with ADT is ********. This all happened on 1-6-2023

      Safe Streets, a company used by ADT to install security equipment came to my home on 10/31/22. When the representative came to my home, he asked me if I wanted to finance the cost of these items through *************** to which I told him No. He then handed me his phone to speak with some other representative who asked me the same thing to which I told that rep no again and gave the phone back to the initial person in my home. I then told that individual that I wanted to charge the cost of the service to my credit card. I gave the card to this individual who then charged my card and left my home. Two weeks later, I received a credit card in the mail from *************** I became alarmed that the gentlemen had processed a credit application against my wishes after I had told them no. I went to my credit union to ask for advice and was told to contact Synchrony and close the account. A few weeks later they began sending statements with the amount $963.10 on them although I clearly had already paid that amount with my own credit card. This further alarmed me, as I already had credit card statements from my own local credit union attesting to this fact. I contacted the ************************************ for assistance. To cover up their fraudulence, Synchrony began sending my credit union payment installments to cover the cost of the charges for the security equipment that I had already paid for with my credit card. This further shows their unscrupulous business dealings as not once did I provide Synchrony with any of my personal bank information nor did I ***************** permission to provide my personal bank information to Synchrony. The documents that I was being told that I signed electronically was the purchase agreement for paying with my own personal credit card. I am requesting help in getting this resolved and also the additional interest charges as well as Synchrony removed from my credit history.

      Originally, I authorized ONLY $963.10 to be charged to my personal credit card to cover the costs of services rendered for the installment of security equipment to my home.  Since then, not only was my credit fraudulently pulled (it was not pulled in error, as you are suggesting, but rather at the behest of Safestreets as I absolutely did not give Synchrony any of my information at all, including my name, address or credit card information), Safestreets has processed several debit and credit transactions to my School's First credit card totaling in the amount of $1213.46 and $1578.48 in debits with a difference of $365.02 in their favor. Upon talking with the rep from *************** I was advised by the customer service personnel to file a fraud claim with their **************** for the unauthorized pulling of my credit and opening of an account in my name resulting in a charge of the same amount of $963.10 that had already been charged to my credit card. I have called Safestreets several times to fix this, but to no avail.  It took me filing a complaint with the BBB to get a response for them to do anything thus far. At this point, I would like to get my $365.02 returned to my account and for Safestreets to return to my home to get their equipment as well as to close my account.  I would also like for them to refrain from taking any further money from my account, as they most recently took another $250.36 on 1/30/23 which has been taken several times before from my account by this company throughout this ordeal.

      My partner and I, ***********************, purchased the *** security system that is in ***** name, account number ********* on 9/**/2022. With this promotion, a $100 **** gift card was included. To this date, *** has not honored this promotion. I have called the company 2 times about not receiving gift card, no resolve. Not only have we not received **** card, account has been transferred to SafeStreets USA LLC account# *******. Our contract is for 3 years with penalty if not honored. I believe *** should honor promotion because I don't want to think this was fraudulent advertising.

      Home security system, doors, smoke alarm, outside camera signed up for $64 per month 36 months. Smoke alarm installed incorrectly. Hallway too near to master bath door. Alarm went off 3 times in first week as soon as door opened after shower. Fire trucks here 2 times, third time we called 911 to disregard. Multiple calls to ADT with ***** minute wait time. Finally got answer. Contact shut system off, instructed how to disconnect smoke alarm and remove.batteries. Too busy to cancel service (hurricane in ********************* attempts to contact wait well over an hour. Contact vendor Safe Streets who referred back to ADT who referred back to Safe Streets. All we ask is to uninstall equipment & cancel agreement. Six month cancel period for 75% of total 36 month total!! We have no confidence in company that cant install correctly.Request: cancel service, uninstall equipment and cancel auto pay. Service is just bad. Very helpful until service started then none or poor after.

      This customers warranty period with SafeStreets ended back on November 29, and prior to that date we had not received any calls from the customer to let us know he was having any issues with his system. The last call to us was on 12/19/2022 concerning the issues listed, but unfortunately once the 90-day warranty period ends we are unable to access the customers system/make modifications to equipment. That would fall on ADT. In regards to cancellation, the customer would have to pay the balance of contract. Per the information above, the customer had not made us aware that they were having any issues with the system within their warranty period and per policy/contract, we cannot cancel out this account without collecting the early termination fee.

      I used SafeStreets LLC as a supplier for ADT security systems. My equipment has been malfunctioning and faulty. I reached out to the service technician that installed the system, he (Vai) stopped communication with me when I asked for help. I attempted to contact the supervisor that sold me the system without success. I have contacted safestreets multiple times with the goal of getting assistance. They seem to just transfer me around to different departments, only to be hung up on before reaching anyone. I have requested call backs by supervisors which I never received. I contacted ADT only to be put on hold or transferred back to safe streets. I am very displeased with the customer service I have receiving and they are not providing me with solutions to my system not working. I have requested to cancel my service due to inadequate service and faulty equipment, only to be told I owe over one thousand dollars. My goal is to be let out of my commitment with ADT/ Safestreets due to the companies not upholding their customer service standards. I do not feel safe in my home with their security system, and I have zero trust in their advertised services.

      The customer was provided with the opportunity to speak with ADT corporate regarding the servicing of the equipment at his home.  Unfortunately, the customer was too impatient to wait on hold while and agent attempted to assist them in speaking with a service department agent with ADT. 

      At this point the customer can speak with ADT by calling ************, but if the customer does not want to do this Safe ********************** will hold the customer to their balance of contract as the purchased equipment can be serviced directly by ADT at this point as the account has been installed for over a year.

      I am rejecting this response because:Safe Streets repeatedly put me on holds for long periods of time (45 minutes +). When I requested to speak to a manager they would transfer me to ADT directly and would never actually communicate with me directly. I The only customer service I received from safe ********************** were call transfer cycles or transfer to ADT directly. After multiple attempts and being redirected to ADT. ADT sent a representative to me directly (cutting out safe streets) who then informed me that Safe Streets Got Me and he was dissatisfied with their work as well as customer service when I showed him the responses I received from Safe Streets.

      They may speak with Safe Streets department by calling ************, additionally these hold times have never exceeded 45 minutes so it is likely the customer is calling the incorrect number. Additionally our records indicate the customer has not attempted to call back since December 19th when they disconnected the call for service. 

      However at this point the customer must be serviced by ADT Corporate and must call ************. Safe Streets has absolutely zero control on the hold times of ADT corporate.

      I am rejecting this response because:I disconnected because none of your operators and managers would entertain my concerns. The only attempt of customer service that was displayed was transferring me to ADT (while I was still Safe Streets customer). Safe ********************** sold me fault equipment and never attempted to verify the status of said equipment. I dont feel safe knowing that my home and family are being protected by outdated faulty equipment. Safe Streets avoided the issue long enough that I am no longer their problem. I would like the equipment taken out of my home.

      I bought and signed up for ADT service around March and paid $6,000 in equipment. I was told by tech that id we moved or sold the house we could take the system or transfer to new owner. I sold the house in July 1, 2022 and new owner took over the system. I recently noticed I have been being charged as well as now receiving collection calls. I tried to speak to ADT directly who said I have no access to account since the name and pin was changed. I am requesting cancellation at no charge due to ADT error as well as refunded for month of August to December 2022. I have filed a complaint against ADT as well.

      I have ADT home surveillance cameras / system, but ADT didn't provide the door cameras that comes with my plan. I'm paying the full price without the full service. I also signed up and was told the billing would be around $69.00 monthly. My bills are equating to $133.56 monthly. I don't know if they've inflated the price since I signed up a few months ago, but I'm suspicious of their billing. I have attempted to send an email online to ADT to address my concerns, but it was to no avail. I didn't see where there was an email address under the "contact us" category that I clicked on several times, in order to resolve these issues (mediation).       I signed up for ADT services on their website. The ADT provider came out and hooked up the alarm system, which resulted in a small amount of property damage. I cancelled the service, but ADT has not refunded my payment, even though it was within the full refund time period. They refer me to their partner, Safe Streets, to obtain the refund, and Safe Streets refers me back to ADT for the refund. It has been several months, and I have yet to receive the refund. It feels like a scam
