      Lumio has left us high and dry for over two months! We were given expectations of a solar install timeline and then a 1-2 week main panel replacement and final inspection.They came out and installed panels as planned, but left materials sitting around in our side yard, then no contact for over a month. Our salesperson stopped responding and then finally the city inspector came out to do a "Final inspection." The work was not done and nobody told us that he was coming. Later that same day, someone from Lumio came to "check the work before the final inspection." He was nice and very surprised that a) the work wasn't done, b) it wasn't up to their standards, and c) nobody had contacted us AT ALL about either inspection.I have spoken with our sales **** ******** service, asked for management and left voicemails. What other alternatives do we have? If you are considering Lumio, please DO NOT unless you are comfortable with radio silence for months at a time.We are not okay with this situation and would like someone to contact us as soon as possible.

      It's been nearly a month since our failed inspection and I've had no one reach out to me to resolve the issue for a re-inspection. It's been a week since I contacted my rep and haven't had any response. Tried contacting them again through the portal today. This is unacceptable. For how much this system costs, customer support should be immediate! This does not put my mind at ease and I am doubting my decision to get involved in what I was convinced would be an excellent investment.

      Signed loan docs for $37k for 14 panels. Install went well. Since the Install, I'm still getting a **** from ****** for $170 for 1 month. I have 14 existing panels that were installed 8 years ago but didn't cover the use of the air conditioning. You would think 28 panels would cover the use of air conditioning running at 78. Was told that we could run the air as much as we want and not get a **** from ******. Was told we could monitor the power produced on the Enphase app. Was not given instructions to do so and don't know the account number. I feel that a sale was made to me and for $37k and they're done with me. ?????? NOT a happy customer.

      I having been trying for more than 6 months on trying to get in touch with management about my refund. The company owes me more than $600.00. The sales person promised me i would get a refund. I have called several times with no call backs. I completed a customer survey by email and with NO follow up. I have called ************************* and left messages and again, NO follow up. I would appreciate a call.

      Well to start off with they promised allot of things we told them when we needed system installed and they agreed granted this was more than 4 months ago Kept asking questions and all we got was it is in process we called customer service they told us it was not even a done deal it was only a lead so nothing in process the sales rep was a liar and so was his boss They did not deliver and thanks to them We can not get a occupancy certificate for our home to move in Went with another company and panels will be instAlled within a 10 days ******* and **** are both fraud's they do there deals all on lies and false information

      I signed up with zenith that is now lumio. Upon installation they damaged My roof causing it to leak. Also they covered my vents and dishwasher cant vent. Upon attempting to fix the issues their fix for cutting my vent was to spray paint pvc pipe and stick up there. Not even painted the same color either. The shingles on my 2 year old brand new house no longer matches either since they just used whatever they wanted. A panel is bending from the wind since it's not connected to the other panels. The ceiling in the garage and bedroom both leaked through causing damage inside. It's been about 8 months since they fixed the leak in the garage but have not did the ceiling yet. They came out to repair my bedroom ceiling and did not cut the sheetrock out just painted over it and nit even with the right color. Color isn't even close to matching. Then the person told me upon pointing out the color difference that I can go and have it color matched myself. Everything they try and fix has been damaged more. The app doesn't been show all my panels and they won't fix that either. They said the solar panels would cover my electric **** and then some but it doesn't. I wish they would have just come get their solar panels and reverse my loan. I can't see doing business with them for another 25 years.

      These people lie to your face. System was activated 4 months ago and I've had an electric bill every month from my electric company. I live in FL so I get plenty of sun yet it's not enough to cover the bill from the electric company???? Even on a month that my solar produced more energy and I consumed less energy I STILL HAVE A BILL FROM THE ELECTRIC COMPANY. I'm so worried to find out what else they lied to me about. I've read so many horror stories about liens being placed on people's houses and not being able to take equity out on their property until the solar loan is paid in full. I REGRET THIS GREATLY!!! Notice they rebranded their name and have lost accreditation with BBB. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE !!!!

      Four times Thomas came to my house and I said no to solar. The solar would cost 30,395.95 and I would receive a check for 7,902.95 which would cost me 22,493.00 and I would pay 97.00 a month. I am 76 year old and did not get to read the contract. I was told to intial here and here and here. Thomas gave me his number guess what can not reach him at all. Now the solar is on my house a permit has not been posted and has not been inspected so the panels are sitting on my roof doing nothing. I have a piece of paper Thomas wrote all this down but like I said can not reach Thomas. I called Atlantic Key and all you get is a run around saying the district manager will call I was told this two times. How supid can I be.
