      We were led to believe that the solar panels would have a significant impact on our electric ****. As of this date the impact has been less than 1/8. We have contacted the ************** customer service office for support. We made 7 appointments before we final got someone out here to check the connection at the boxes on the side of our house. We pay $124.51 per installment on the panels. This month our electric **** was $398. & that was after the $31. solar energy credit.Thank You,

      I have a big "no soliciting" sign on my front door, they still knocked. When I asked what he was selling he said "I'm not selling anything, it's a federal mandate". I'd give a zero if I could. I had to tell him to beat it and shut the door on him.

      We had panels installed in December. They still do not work. I cant tell you how many times the city inspection has failed. I call customer service and my case is escalated every time call. We are paying for the panels AND our electric ****. We are not saving money. This has been a total nightmare.

      Hello my name is ******************************* me and my wife *************************** has sighed up for there services and decided not to use them we tried contacting them and they consistently gave us a runaround to get to do the cancellation will you turn down the documentation they asked of us and they still never sent a response email confirming cancellation they never gave us any products or put anything on our roof or do you need a survey we just want documentation stating that the service has officially went to cancellation.Be aware of this company

      Had panels installed in June, with the promise of a portable generator as part of the package deal.Upon installation, a few breakers were not on hand to complete the installation and I was told a service tech would be sent out to take care of the finishing of the installation. Here it is, nearly the end of July (June 6th contract was signed), and nothing has been completed other than the panels are on the roof in the 3rd week. When I asked about when the generator would be delievered, I was not given a clear answer, and upon subsequent calls to the company about it, I was told by the rep that he/she would need to get in touch with the generator department to find out and they would get back in touch with me. I have yet to hear from anyone by any means about that. I was told by the sells rep that I wouldnt have to lift a finger to do anything to make the installation happen, yet later I am told I need to contact my *** for a structural permit, and yet this was something they had 2 weeks to get before the actual day of installation. They had the *** contact information, so that should not have been an issue, but now I'm(?) now supposed to do what they were supposed to do before installing?? I was also told about their referral program, $1000 per signup. Have gotten 1 other person to sign up, his install was about 2 weeks after mine. He has no generator yet either. But everything else seems to be done. The referral money? Have yet to see that, keep getting told it'll be 'on Friday', and Friday comes and goes with nothing. I have made several calls to the company about all of this, only to be told this person will check on everything and get back to me. If I had to do it all over again, I would stay away from Lumino. And EA S is right, false promises a plenty.

      Id give a zero if possible. I for one have a big NO solicitors sign on my front door that was ignored my a young man that just wanted in inform me about their company Lumio Solar. I already have solar panels so Im NOT at all interested. However when I have a NO SOLICITING sign on my door that means I dont care about anything you have to say or about what youre selling. I dont want to be bothered. That is the point of the sign.

      We were led to believe that the solar panels would generate enough to make a drastic impact on our electric **** to the point that the credit would pay most of our electric ****. It doesnt even generate enough to pay 1/5 of our ****. It cost us $124.51 monthly for the panels; our electric **** for July was $289.50 after the solar credit of $31.41 credit was applied. We have call the *********************** 7 time for some to make sure the panels are hooked up correctly. Also, we are supposed to be able to monitor the panels from an app on our cell phone. We have called to get someone to activate the connection for the app and that has not happened.We have been dealing with various levels of the installation and activation since February.

      Lumio notified me on my app of a meter issue that could not be corrected from their office. I called and made an appointment for a technician to come to my home to correct the problem. The tech was on time and repaired the problem quickly. He answered my questions to my satisfaction in a friendly yet professional manner.

      Beware salesman will make false promises to get your business and not deliver!!!! Have been trying for over six weeks to get the referral that was promised. So many excuses!!!! Very disappointed!!!!

      We had our solar panels installed on 02/23/2022. Like others on here, we were promised a few electrical add on for doing business with them. We patiently waited for some sort of letter or acknowledgment that we were operational. After a month or so i got a call from my energy provider asking if I had solar panels installed on my home. It turns out my electrical company did not have any approved plans for the install of my panels. Lumio STILL isnt a registered solar contractor for my electrical company! Overall it has been a horrible experience. **************** in the *************************** seems rather incompetent and is unable to give us any concrete evidence that they are even attempting to become a registered contractor. Signing up with Lumio has honestly been a huge mistake!
