      I signed up with ShedRx in March and haven't looked back. I am on the *********** at 1mg and I am on the cheapest program of $199/mo. Even my family and some friends who were using ******* or a different company have switched to ShedRx. I really like my provider as well. He was extremely professional and caring which is rare to find in telehealth. I pay $199/mo and get an order every 4 of 5 weeks. Down 23 lbs.

      I wish I could leave zero stars. First, its not FSA-approved as it states. Second, my shipment was never processed for my second recurring order. I was charged but nothing shipped and it was past the estimated arrival date. I messaged them and was told they would ship it right away, but the meds are time sensitive so by that time it was too late to receive the meds and take them again on time. I asked for a refund and was told I would receive one, but was then told the customer care *** stated that in error and that I would not receive a refund. I was told the estimated date is not aligned with the payment and I couldnt go by that date. That might be true, but the error was that they never processed my recurring shipping order- they just charged me and never sent it. The new *** was extremely unprofessional and was more or less arguing with me rather than accepting of THEIR shipping error and refunding me. In addition to this, the compounded semaglitude is not nearly as effective as what I have received elsewhere. This company is a scam and I hope they collapse.

      They do not deserve to even receive a one star! I emailed and cancelled my subscription and when the following month came by I was charged again. When reaching out, they said they couldn't refund me because I didn't answer why I was cancelling so they continued my subscription. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

      I am writing to file a complaint against ShedRX. I purchased their services based on their assurance that these services were FSA eligible. However, when I requested a receipt that meets *** standards for FSA reimbursement, ShedRX failed to provide one. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, including phone calls and emails, ShedRX has been unresponsive and unhelpful. As a result, I am unable to submit my claim for FSA reimbursement. I feel that I was misled by their initial assurances, and I am dissatisfied with their lack of support and transparency. I request that ShedRX provide the appropriate receipt as required by the *** standards or offer a full refund for the services. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

      I completed the initial consultation and completed my first order only to be told the order couldnt be completed as specified because I live in ********** and the pricing would be different. This was not communicated anywhere on the site and seems a bit like a bait and switch. Was not provided any information on why the pricing is different, and dont understand why the original price wasnt honored. As I believe in most states the advertised price must be honored. Poor business practice here.

      I used my ******************* Plan (****) pre-tax dollars to make a subscription purchase of semigutide. I used online telemedicine site ShedRx.My **** allowed the debit transaction to go through, however I was then required to submit a letter of medical necessity. Shedrx advised, via text only as thats the only communication method available, they cannot provide such medical documentation and I could use the receipt in the patient portal. They advised me to download the receipt which had a Dx code in it. I submitted the receipt to my **** provider and they indicated it was insufficient and required specific information. I passed that information along to the ShedRx Care Team and they advised to submit the same documentation. I reached back out my **** and again, they advised the documentation was insufficient. So, I reached out to the ShedRx Coaching Team and they told me to go back to the care team. Ive paid $387 for something I received nothing for except frustration.I know have a recurring charge set to hit my **** and no one will assist me in getting my money back. I can obtain a letter from my ******* Care Provider, however I will not go through another telemedicine company. The product cant ship until I have a coaching session and the coaching session cannot happen until I get the letter. So, Im on the hook now for potential penalties and taxes as the **** is pre-tax dollars, and as it currently stands the cost is not an authorized **** expenditure. The only contact us information is a SMS text number. Theres virtually no other information available. I just want my money refunded back to my **** and the recurring charge and subscription canceled.
