The worst. I was charged for two months and received no products. Took forever to get any kind of response was told that everything had been fixed. It wont be a problem got one more month of medication and then same exact situation that happened before. Impossible to cancel as you cannot get a response From texting or email and of course their phone number is not accurate.Shed

1 starI signed up for what I thought was a monthly weight loss program with ShedRx, expecting I could cancel anytime if it didnt work for me. At no point during signup or checkout did it clearly say I was committing to a two-month subscription. That detail was hidden in the Terms and Conditions, and I only discovered it when I tried to cancel after the first month.When I contacted customer service, I was told I couldnt cancel and would be charged for a second month no matter what. There is no cancel button or self-service option in the account dashboard. It feels like theyve made cancellation deliberately difficult to keep people stuck.Another issue is that while a U.S. doctor approved my prescription, the medication was shipped from the **************. This was not made clear before I signed up, only mentioned in the fine print. I live in ***** and was concerned about medication safety due to the extreme heat and international shipping. I expected a U.S. based pharmacy and wasnt told otherwise until after payment.The whole experience felt misleading and like a bait-and-switch. Important terms were not made clear upfront, the cancellation process is not simple or transparent, and I no longer trust the safety or honesty of this company.*** filed complaints with the ************************ and my State Attorney General. I believe ShedRx is violating consumer protection laws by failing to clearly disclose terms, not providing an easy way to cancel, and not getting clear consent from customers before locking them into a subscription. According to their own Terms, any policies that conflict with the law are supposed to be void. Yet they are still enforcing ******* still waiting for this unwanted subscription to be canceled, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others.Review fromAimee W

5 starsI started shed in *************************************************************** with my weight loss goal. The whole process of starting and cancelling was great. I decided to start again in March of 2025 and the process was once again seamless. Since I have started using a glp-1 I have lost a total of 40 lbs. Although I did not hit my goal I set for myself I am extremely happy with my results and have decided to once again stop. I know if I ever decide to start the process again I will come straight back.Review fromCL S

1 starIf I could leave zero stars I would. This company is horrible. I received two months of meds before I was told I needed to speak with one of their doctors in order to get my third month. I was charged in May, spoke with a doctor 6/10, which I informed him that I was no longer interested in receiving the product, only to get another text 6 days later that I needed to speak with a doctor in order to get my meds from May. I was then informed that the doctor did not approve me to continue the meds....fine I didn't want to continue it either, but I still wanted my order from May that I was charged for. I was then told that it common for their providers to request to see the patients one a month. Uh, since I wasn't actually contacted until the third month. I am now actively trying to get a refund, which from the other reviews appears to be **** near impossible. I have already put in a request to dispute this with the source the payments were taken out of. I will never use this company again and will tell others not to as well.Review fromSharon O

******** customer service. emailed them immediately after signing up to just cancel as this wouldnt be for me. completely ignored me didnt respond i have sent about a hundred texts getting the same response. i have canceled my card so i dont get charged again. dont do business with them . i will contact every outlet necessary until it is canceledShed

Weight loss worked out for me. I finally met my goal and tried to cancel it's like they wouldn't let me. They charged me over a week later after I had canceled and they acknowledged my wish to cancel. Told me not this month because it has to be 72 hours before billing to cancel. So they don't want to refund me and I already canceled with the pharmacy. Medicine not getting delivered, I had to filed a dispute.Shed

Ive been using Shed for weight loss for about six months now. They are great I tried the oral *********** to not get stomach issues but it didnt work well so I asked for the shot which was cheaper and no problem. The next month they switched me and it worked wonders. Shipment always on time, I lost 45lbs and when I was ready they cancelled prescription no problem. Great customer service *****Shed

The customer service is non-existent. I've made several attempts to contact them about the product and have received nothing more than a couple of texts stating they will contact me in ***** hours. It's been 4 days and I've still not received any help. I should have researched this company more before I made a purchase. This medication is not helping me lose weight, and I wanted to speak to someone about it, so I've tried canceling the subscription, but no one will contact me back. I'm very disappointed in this company and would not recommend them at all.Shed

I acknowledge that I should have done more thorough research before agreeing to the subscription. However, I find it extremely unreasonable that there is a mandatory two-month commitment, totaling $400especially given the poor experience Ive had so far.I did not speak to a provider until two weeks into the program, and even that was not prompted by my initial concerns. When I finally connected with a doctor, they were not on video and seemed completely unfamiliar with my case. They even asked how I had been doing on the medication after a month, despite the fact that I had only just received it that day. This ******************** and awareness is ************* addition, customer service has been difficult to reachonly available via text or emailand I had to repeatedly follow up just to receive a callback. Based on what Ive now seen in other reviews, it appears that many others have faced similar ********* also uncomfortable taking the medication due to additional ingredients I was not informed about. I voiced this concern to customer service, and the only resolution offered was to speak to another doctoragain, after significant delays.Given the unprofessional handling of my case, the lack of timely and informed medical care, and the inflexible policy around cancellation, I feel this situation is both unsafe and unacceptable. If no resolution is offered promptly, I will have to dispute the charges with my bank and consider further action.Shed

I had high expectations for ShedRx, but the experience has been disappointing. During my initial consultation, I was approved for both *********** and tripeptide. I assumed tirzepatide would be sent, given its dual-receptor benefits, but *********** arrived without any option to choose.While I initially saw a reduction in appetite & lost 8 pounds over two months on ***********, I later requested a switch to tirzepatide. Unfortunately, I experienced no noticeable benefit from the change (up the 8lbs), which I attribute to the compound formulation. When I voiced concerns, the clinical team offered no solution, only a dose increase and discount for next supply. There was no acknowledgment of the medications ineffectiveness or accountability for the compound pharmacy. When I switched back to ***********, I spoke with a different practitioner (it seems theres no continuity of care), and they asked me what my previous dosage had been. I no longer had that info, and it was deeply concerning that they didnt either. This is basic patient health data. The lack of record-keeping made me question the overall safety and oversight of the program.Additionally, the online portal is not user-friendly. Canceling or communication through it is nearly impossible. Inquiries are directed to email, but responses often come via text from multiple individuals, resulting in inconsistent and incomplete communication. Two of my emails with requests to cancel went unanswered, yet I still received automated texts from a third-party pharmacy that my next shipment was en route. Theres also a disconnect between payment & shipping schedules, making it hard to pause or cancel in time. Live calls only seem to happen after complaints are escalated. Overall, their fragmented support and poor record management have been unsettling. I hope ShedRx improves its systems, communication, and accountability, especially concerning peoples health. Save your $ and see a practitioner in person.Shed
