      Received a charge I didn’t recognize from radiant natural complete and called my credit card company, disputed the charge and had it removed and received a new card. Got a call a couple months later saying that the only way to cancel the subscription was to pay the balance. Told them no. Just received a call today that they would report me to the credit bureaus. The phone number was not valid when calling back and I called my lawyer and was advised this sounds like fraud, considering I never received any products. I then called my credit card company and they advised it’s a scam as well.

      There is a recurring charge I did not sign up for, l want it cancelled. The company is not responding to request.

      My parents have subscribed to this with NO account or email info. They cannot cancel, customer service is unreachable. This is a scam to get older folks to monthly payments for things they don't need. Please help me cancel their monthly charge.

      I never subscribed for this product - CBD GUMMIES - I tried the product but i was not satisfied with product but i then have been getting charged monthly for a product I end of discarding upon arrival. Please cancel the automatic subscription that i did not sign up for and stop sending monthly & no further charges on my account.

      I did NOT sign up for recurring shipments yet they have taken ***** out of my checking Acct the past 2-3 years for something I did not order or approve. I will not be ordering or using this product as it does not work and would like my money that I work so hard for back! And whatever subscription they signed me up for canceled! I send emails but nothing was ever responded to

      I have been trying to get them to stop sending these pills for 6 months or longer. I have text them and put stop payment on it and its still happens. I don't want these pills and haven't wanted them for six months.

      I ordered this product as a sample and have been charged for a monthly plan which I never agreed to. I have attempted to contact the site numerous times but have never received any answer back. They make it very difficult for consumers to contact them. It's been over a year that I have been charged and I want my money back and do not want any more product!

      I tried the trial offer in February/23. Ever since I have been billed monthly for this product which I dont receive. I never agreed to an autofill of this product. I have several times attempted to phone and have never been successful with receiving a response. I have also sent several emails requesting this transaction to cancelled with response or success. Would greatly appreciate in having this resolved and an end to being billed for this. Thank you
