Canceled order with Natures Boost within 2 hrs of ordering supplements in May 2022. Company still sending supplements which I have refused to accept and took to the *********** to return. Monthly charges were showing on my credit card and I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Charges have been credited back but still receiving supplements. Tried calling number on my statement but phone number is unavailable. ************). Just want them to stop sending supplements. I received a bottle of Nature's Boost Premium CBD Gummies a month ago (which I DID NOT order), I may have been checking the product out, but did not order it. My credit card was charged. I did not subscribe to this product and have no idea how they got my name, address, and credit card number. Today I received another bottle and when I tried to cancel online, they told me there would be a $37 "cancellation fee" which I had to pay in order to stop these products from being sent. I already buy CBD products (not from this company or any other online company) but at a local retailer. The products are unopened and I would like to send them back to the company and do not want to be subscribed to this product but I refuse to pay their bogus cancellation fee. What are my options. Can you help me cancel this "subscription" which I never ever ordered!Business Response

In April or early may I talked to a rep at natures Boost and cancelled all cod gummies shipments. I have received 2 shipments since. On 6/1622 and 7/16/22 for $49.93 ea or a total of $99.86 charged to my Citi credit card. Their phone # seems to be disconnected. I would like a total refund and no more shipments.Business Response

Same as others. Bought one bottle, saw nothing on the website about them charging me for additional bottles. Complained to credit card company. Called to cancel. Company (then in **) said mail request and return product and they would refund. Received no refund, they mailed another bottle. Tried calling again and phone number was disconnected. Never got signed receipt for bottle I returned either! A year later the company that acquired Natures Boost has sent me another bottle! I had ordered one trial bottle of their CBD gummies and never subscribed to receive more. In the past two months, I have received two bottles that I just throw away but then am charged for each that I didn't order. I have tried to cancel this order, but can't reach the company. I find it fraudulent that not only did they subscribe me to something I didn't want, but they can't be reached to cancel the order I didn't order. I would like to be reimbursed for two months' that, while I received, I didn't order, didn't want and threw away. I would also like this to be immediately cancelled for any future orders. It appears that they are doing this to more than just me so think an investigation into their practices - as soon as possible.Business Response

On June 28 2022 I was charged $49.93 as a recurring change from nature's boost for what was supposed to be a free sample I tried to call the phone number ************* that is on my bank account but it says that the number is not available??????
