      I initially made what I thought was a one-time purchase, but apparently I had unknowingly started a subscription. I'm being charged $59.99 per month. I I've been unsuccessful in trying to cancel the subscription.

      I purchased a product from this company on 1/5/2023. I paid in full and received the items. Since then, they have been sending monthly product in which I pay for but now I want to terminate business with them and have tried to email and call them numerous times with no reply. I do not want their product anymore. It's just that simple. They don't seem to want to stop sending the gummies I ordered which I thought was a onetime purchase. If you can help me in any way, I will be very great full.Thank you. ******************* Thank you

      I have been trying to get in touch with them to stop sending me the items, they did not work as advertised. The phone number they have you can't get through on. I tried to have them discontinue the service on their site. I also see this is not an uncommon issue with this vendor on your site.

      I bought a bottle of Nature's Boost CBD gummies to try and somehow was signed up to a monthly subscription for a product I no longer have any intention of using. I have contacted the company who sells the product, Radiant Supplements, Inc., several times by both email and phone with no reply. I want the monthly subscription cancelled and shipments of the product to be discontinued.

      Hello. I ordered a bottle of Natures Boost Gummies and apparently, I sign up for auto ship and I did not see this when I ordered, if it was even there. I emailed Radiant Supplements Inc. and requested to stop my shipments. I made the last payment to them on 11/24/2023 I don't owe them money and they don't owe my and product. I just want to stop auto pay and be done with them. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

      CBD Gummies Scam. My wife sent me a link showing Nature's Boost CBD Gummies. I opened the link and then I was charged some how. If there is an account with my information on it, I need it to be cancelled and I need to be refunded.

      This company never answers that phones and mail that is sent the UT address is returned as unknown. I bought one bottle of Natures Boost premium CBD Gummies and they have been shipping monthly and charging me for something I did not want every month. I can not get anyone there to help. I am asking for assistance in getting the auto shipping stopped. PLEASE HELP. A possible refund and A demand of canceling the autoship is all I am asking for. PLEASE.
