    Below 1 star. System installed 4/28. Needs slip cover, in May. May 29th told week behind because of the rain. Have not heard from them. Tried calling, tried texting. Nothing This is July 3rd. System not functioning. First payment is to be August. For what. Can you get a hold of them and tell them to come get this off my roof. And put my roof back the way they found it.

    Ours were installed (another issue) in Oct 2024 Supposably turned on Feb 2025, my KW has actually increased since then, I have called, texted and emailed. No one is willing to step up and answer my questions. *** has not been of any help either, called them, then transferred to another department just to leave a message and have yet to hear anything back. My husband passed in March 2025, he handled everything, which was a nightmare from beginning till now. Loan is in his name, the monitoring company is in his name, and no one will help. Have had 4 people who were to be our go to person, 1st one got a promotion, 2nd one never contacted, 3rd not sure what happened, 4th one useless. PLEASE do your research more than once. This company is not one to use. Oh yeah was told our Tax Credit would be $8000 plus and guess what it was not! Not even close, but I still keep paying to a company that has now file Chapter 11 but still wants the payments. Stated it will not affect out payments we are to continue making them. So I am paying for something that I am not sure even works and to a company that obviously could not manage their bsiness.

    Hello *******, after a review of your account we have found that your gateway has become disconnected. This means the system has become disconnected from wi-fi. This most often occurs when you have changed your wi-fi password or router. It doesn't always mean that the system is not working, although the system will not report any data, making it seem like the system is inoperable.     G3solar sold me on solar panels for my home, everything I was told was a lie and now I'm in a contact with Mosiac. G3solar told me my payment would never increase, and I would not have a ** ****, I am now paying anywhere from ******* dollars in eclectic bills a month. My ****** contract went from $350 a month to 500 after 1 year and KU bills never decreased, I don't even get all my solar credits.

    My name is ***** ****** I live at *************************************************. My wife and I had our system installed last February 2024, here it is 13 months later and our system still isn't up and running. This company has ignored all my emails calls, and text messages with my concerns. Meantime we have made 8 months worth the payments plus another ********* just 2 weeks ago. we are not happy we just want our system completed. Please help us with this

    I am harassed by G3. We met with the sales person in June, signed the contract, and then experienced significant loss. Called and cancelled outside of our 4 day window. We were told it wasnt a problem and how sorry they were that we were walking through this hard time. Now, in November and December, I am receiving a ton of calls demanding I pay the $1,500 cancellation fee. Why wasnt I told this when I cancelled. Why, 5 months letter are they calling, texting, emailing, and threatening me? I told the manager, ****, that I am not interested in proceeding and I dont have the money and he refused to take no for an answer and has had his minion continue to call, texting, and email. We dont have any of their products but I would never recommend going with them ever. The way that they have treated me and my family during our grieving has been horrendous.

    The experience weve had is unexplainable. 1) panels installed 2017. Salesmen promised monitoring services, free replacement of panels no operating at capacity, free removal and reinstall if roof repairs are needed, etc., etc. (its their job ??). 2) Great review from neighbors about company, service and product. 3) 2022 system outage that took 5-months to resolve. Poor response from G3 and monitoring company, Solar Edge.4) August 2024 - higher than normal utility bill -2-weeks for G3 to receive a system diagnosis from Solar Edge- bad inverter and cell kit. Received the kit early September- phone calls, text messages, e-mails and still waiting for an installer!5) Dont have buyers remorse - due plenty of homework before committing to such an expense - look at BBB reviews, contact your states ************************** to check the companys Solar/utility accreditation(s).6) Dont walk RUN away from companies like this that pop up and a year later they are GONE!

    I've had a truly horrible experience w/G3 and am writing this review so that hopefully you don't make the same mistake of signing w/******* begin with, the salesperson ****** who came to my home was nice, but also quite pushy after we signed the contract to have me push the company to my neighbors so he could get a big signing bonus. So big, in fact, that he offered to give me $1k as a kickback.The process of getting the panels on was pretty painless and easy, but also some of the bells and whistles they offered seemed unnecessary. Additionally, they said a tax professional would reach out after the end of everything to help me navigate the federal tax credit, but this never happened.The real problem began after the panels were installed. I was told that the panels would essentially offset my electric bill, at times even giving me a bit of a refund from the energy company. But this has not happened. Although the panels have helped lower the costs of my energy bill by about 2/3, the additional $330 monthly bill for the solar panels means I'm overall paying far more for than I was before for energy and s***** solar panels. When I brought this to the attention of my Project Coordinator, ******* she gave me the run around and has continued to do so for the last 3 months.The last update was from ****** on 11/11 saying, "I do apologize for the delay. Let me check on an update." and haven't heard from her or anyone since.I just called the main office and ******** ** today and of course neither answered. Perhaps that's for the Thanksgiving holiday, but there's no excuse for the behavior thus far.I'm so completely done w/them and am going to try to cancel if at all possible (probably not) so I'm going to be saddled w/these overpriced, underfunctioning panels for the life of the loan (25 yrs). This has been the worst financial mistake of my adult life, and I truly truly hope you avoid this company like the plague that they are.

    The guy was a good sales man but left out some dollar amounts. My mother is 72yrs old and was going to proceed with it until I went over the figures. They tried selling her a system that would cost $41,000 but actually cost $82,000. They failed to mention that she would have to pay interest to a bank and this company. Long story short check all of your number before agreeing.
