    The system stop working less then 6 months after installation and G3 solar hasn’t provided a solution, they just stopped answering to text, phone or email.

    We have been trying for a month (emails, messages, voicemails) with no answer. All we are trying to do is transfer the service to a new owner as we have a pending offer on our house. This has delayed the closing of our house, and we could possibly lose the sale. The most recent time I called it said the inbox was full and it didn’t even give me an option to leave a message.

    We agreed to have solar panels put on our house. A company hired out by G3 solar came out on April 16 2025 and put them on. The owner of the instalation company said that out electricity company had to come out and put a new box on our house...they had 10 days. Well they never came out so I contacted G3 Solar to ask them what was the hold up? Sebastian from G3 said they're was a hold up. This is a lie because I contacted the installer and he said he had not been paid by them for our house and another house. He could not send the finalized plans to the electricity company until he was paid by G3 solar. I have called Sebastian and Scott from the company and they will not respond to me. They will not respond to the installer either.

    My problem is the solar panels we're installed and haven't worked since we got them. They have been out few times when they were installed the problem still exists no connection

The solar system has become disconnected from the gateway which generally means that the system has become disconnected from the internet. There are multiple troubleshooting steps that can be run to solve this issue simply.

    I purchased solar service this company. Was promised certain services that I never received. I’ve been calling and calling with no resolution I’m paying for service that was promised but not receiving what was promised. This company has been nothing but a nightmare

    When I purchased these panels and this service. I was promised battery back up as well from sales, which apparently they never put in the contract. Ive been getting the same excuses everytime I called them about getting my services done, they keep saying, we have you on the schedule and we’ll email/call when we do. It’s been a year or more already and I’m tired of the excuses. This whole sales bit has been a scam from the start.

    I’ve been dealing with this for over a year now . I was misinformed on what I was getting through sales, as far as battery back up goes  I was lied to about that and on top of that, communication with this company has been TERRIBLE. They do not communicate and haven’t . It’s a delayed excuse to get these services done because there was a contractor out that looked at finishing the job but that contractor questioned this company about payment for services they were going to do.  It’s excuses after excuse and I think this company should buy back this whole scam they scammed me in to

    We have had our solar panels from G3 for only a year and a half now. We had recently noticed water leaking into our home from the roof. We had a roofer come out to see what the issue was and he noticed that all the roof from our panels to the gutters on the side of our house is not rotted and completely soaked from all the rain that we have been having. He stated that there isn't anything keeping the rain from coming into the home at the penetration points of the solar panels into our roof. I have called over 10 times and have been sent straight to voicemail. Each time I try to chat on their site it goes unanswered and email does nothing. It is stated in our contract that if there is any leaks at the penetration point that it is covered under a warranty. I need someone to reach out to me immediately to rectify this situation before I have to take further action. This is completely unacceptable and not how you treat your customers who are indebted to you over $50,000.

    I have had little to no follow up or contact with G3. I have been working with a representative but have not heard back in a week. I called the previous week on 6/4 since I had not had an update and was told that I would hear back on that Friday 6/6 by 1:00 PM and if I didn't hear to give them a call. I called and wasn't able to speak to anyone. When I did speak to the representative they informed me that they are working with the installer.

    I am rejecting the response because I still have no idea what is going on or where we are going from here. 

    I would like to make it clear that I genuinely value and respect the representative that has been working with me. She is passionate about her job and it shows.

    I purchased solar a few years ago and at first had a lot of problems getting the panels to consistently generate energy. Eventually I was finally able to get the original installers to come out and replace a breaker and then things worked fine for about a year. Unfortunately it happened again and I was stuck with G3Solar to try to get them to service the equipment. I contacted them via Email and they said they'd get a technician out. Nothing happened. A week later I reminded them that half of my panels are not producing energy. They said they'd make sure the technicians know this is a priority. Another week later nothing happened. Another email. Silence. I'm not certain they have any technicians. It is like complaining to a wall. Meanwhile Summer is starting and my panels are not producing enough energy. I will soon be paying bills with the energy company again

    Over the last year and a half a circuit breaker on my electrical panel keeps tripping. The app that is supposed to notify you when a circuit breaker trips and that your service is interrupted doesnt, so I am forced to go outside and check my electrical panel every single day. I have called the company line approximately 10 times since this issue started happening to have them resolve this issue and every time I call, I speak to someone and they either say they will give me a call back or they will contact a repair technician to contact me to setup a date to come look at it. Never have I once received a call back. They also stated that there will be a $250 fee plus the price of any parts they find faulty. If everything is under warranty, why am I held liable to pay for anything? I am tempted to just hire an electrician to come and resolve my issue but since everything is under warranty, G3 solar should be liable to repair everything at no cost to me. Please help me, I am growing tired of calling this company and nothing comes of it. I am tired of wasting my time everyday of checking the electrical panel, and when I leave town for a few weeks for work, the circuit breaker trips and Im losing money on my panels not accumulating energy.

    Unfortunately, the original warranty does not transfer between homeowners, as it was tied to the original installation agreement. Since the property has changed ownership, the warranty is no longer active under our terms.

    G3 Solar has been making false promises and I think other consumers deserve to know and G3 should be held accountable. We signed a contract for panel installation last Summer (2024). The panels went up in August 2024. We have yet to receive the additional services that we are actually paying for and have been paying for since August. These services include insulation, a google nest, 24 LED lightbulbs and a $1000 signing check. These items are important because they ensure the integrity of the energy savings we were promised. Without the insulation, the services rendered do not meet the energy efficiency standards that were sold to us. We have contacted G3 multiple times and have been told that we “are in the queue” for months. We have not been contacted about scheduling service and have not had our questions answered about when we can be out of the queue.

    3. Attic Insulation Service: G3 Solar has recently switched to a new third-party contractor for attic insulation services. We have already forwarded the ********' request to our new service provider, who should be reaching out within the next week to schedule the attic insulation installation.
