    G3 Solar came to our home and sold us a system large expensive system, they lied about the tax credits, telling us we will get the full tax credit upfront to help pay the system off.. trhe solal paners are starting to fail, one is already dead. We have called ******* times to get service, but they say, the service contractor will call you back within 2 weeks!!! Lie 2-3 and 4. it has been 2 months, and we call every 2 weeks. Now they just send you to a voiceless answering machine. Be careful, use a local contractor so you have the ability to get someone to repair your system.

    I am not satisfied with G3 Solar.the solar panels are not generating the energy that they are supposed to be producing .

    Sales person had very incorrect information about the product. Was charged $6100.00 more than original cost. Started in April and is still not resolved. I am a widow in my 70s and feel they have taken advantage of me. And not even generating enough solar power to cover my bill! Please do not do business with this company

    I have had solar panels installedIm only generating about 50% of the power that Im supposed to be generating. I have been trying to get the issue resolved to no avail I need someone from G3 Solar to look into this issue Thank You Mr ******* ****** *****,****

    As the quotes going on are the same as mine. The problem started back in December of 2023 when the **** made comments about how good this company is. This is the most dishonest company I have ever had to deal with. **** comes in get a loan even before the work is completed. This company is so bad especially when they pray on senior citizens. They don't follow thru on their work when they started the job. Left holes in the closet where they installed the new electric box. I have requested a copy of the contract many times either a hard copy or e-mail a copy to be. The panels were placed on the roof back in March all I have had is problems with this company. No return phone calls or e-mail when I have sent request to have the issues fixed. The lies. The loan company has been in contact with G3 trying to get the issues fixed also. All I can say is beware of this company I cannot not say anything positive about this company. The loan taken out plus the electric bill that is paid monthly. I would like to know if there is a class action suit against this company. I so wish I had come out here on BBB and read the complaints that is on this company. This is the opinion I have of this company. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I've was charged more than what I was quoted. Was told the solar would cost ***** but end costing *****. I'm paying over 100 dollars for lights and 172 dollars for solar. Was told I would receive ***** rebate on my taxes but find out it's a rebate, and I'm retired and don't file taxes.

    G3 rep and his manager told me they will build a solar system for my house that will produce enough electricity to offset 100% of my LG&E bill, essentially I will pay the meter fee only. But my recent LG&E bills have been higher than my $178 solar monthly payments. My July bill was over $200, so guess what? I had to pay that plus the $178 solar bill. At this point I am ready to terminate my solar lease because this is too stressful. Also, I was promised to receive my tax credit this year 2024 but G3 were not able to install my house before 2023 so I have to wait a whole other year to receive the tax credit. Now Im stuck paying all this money.

    Be aware. Salesperson states you can cancel at any time prior to install. Cancelled within two weeks and they sent a bill for $1,500 with a one day due date. On the message, they stated part of it is to recoup cost of permitting through a township they named that is near me, but not where I live. I have prior zoning experience and know that township wouldve rejected and not accept payment for an address not within their jurisdiction. I cancelled due to moving soon and was going to contact them again for the new home, but not anymore. Seems very much like a scam.

    What I think is that they are bad company they put solar panels on my house when I have a bad roof that needs to be replaced so I thinking they can pay for my new roof.

    Hello *****, in the install agreement that was signed it states "homeowner understands that Contractor is not responsible for the current or future condition of the roof. Additionally, it is understood if the roof needs repair, repairs should be performed by the homeowner prior to the
    solar panel installation."
