    Signed up & paided to review restaurants, all my reviews were approved, made my 1st withdraw request on 10/23 & did not receive it till 11/10. Made my 2nd withdraw request on 11/20 & still have not received it (30 days so far) There website says 5 days to receive cashout... You get no real answers when contacting them, just computed generated. They have been very deceptive, when i signed up it was $30 per restaurant & within 2 months it dropped to $10 per restaurant, & you have to spend at least $15. It's like a bait & switch scam.

    I joined Observati on August 10, 2023 and paid $35.99 to start subscription. I have paid $5.99 per month since then. I have not been paid my amount earned and I requested the deposit to my PayPal account on 11/21/2023. I was told it would be deposited in 5 business days. In the meantime, payment for secret shopping went from $25.00 to $15.00 per secret shopping.

    I have more receipts and emails regarding money owed. I am unable to upload anymore than 2 files on this form.

    Observatori claims that I was solely signing up for a $1 trial membership. Subsequently they took $20 which I did not find about until I canceled my membership. Deceptive business practices. AKA predatory business practices. Seem to be the business model. They need to be investigated for fraudulent business models.

    Purchased their service due to reviews stating the company pays for reviews of business. Submitted multiple reviews as requested with the characters minimum, I also paid premium cost for additional options for my membership. Observati did not follow through on their end regarding repayment for honest reviews.

    I bought an observati subscription and I was supposed to choose restaurants and review them and get paid with gift cards as reimbursement for my reviews . The subscription was about 30 dollars. The reviews online were good. I picked a restaurant and took my son. It was listed as active online and I was given a month to go and review it. When I got there , it was shut down for a while. We had no idea . I want my membership fee back

    Purchased subscription for this company to complete reviews on local restaurants and receive reimbursement. I completed two reviews and neither were approved. The company doesn’t provide any information as to why your review wasn’t approved. I’ve followed the directions given on the site for both reviews and still no approval. I’ve reached out to the customer service which takes over a week for an update and they give minimal information as to why your review isn’t approved, complete scam. I canceled my subscription
