    My landlord started working with this company and sent us two emails about the new amenity what it provides and how we can sign up, which I never did. However what isn't in the email is how each tenant is auto enrolled in this service without notice. I renewed my lease April 4th this year to renew on the 20th of June, Rentplus is no where on my lease or in special provisions which are all the other amenities I pay for, I also didn't sign a separate addendum for this service so the fact that I was not only auto enrolled but also charged for a new service that is not detailed in my lease makes it a breach of my leasing contract. My apartment said that they can't cancel this from their end which is ridiculous since they were the ones who would've had to give them my information to sign me up. I was given a number to contact and have been calling but no one is ever available or answers the phone, I have left several voicemails and forms with no answer. My account for this needs to be cancelled and I need to be refunded for this amount immediately. This is complete fraud and I will definitely be taking this further if my account is not handled. I'm already taking the steps to deal with my apartment since they breached my contract to begin with.

The service has been cancelled as of 8/29/22. I also see ****** issued a refund for the $8.95. You will see this refund on your next rent statement. We are investigating the lease addendum concerns.
