      NordicTrack is lawsuit waiting to happen. I had the same experience as all the other people in these reviews, bought my incline trainer in 2019 and NordicTrack did an automatic upgrade that subsequently destroyed the computer in it. It is obvious there is no one left after all the layoff to answer the phone (have tried for hours and hours, day after day) and they refuse to admit responsibility.....and continue to push out the upgrade. They knew of this two months ago and people are still losing machines. There is a class action lawsuit for this: **************************************************************************************************************************** the Better Business Bureau can give them an A+ rating makes me question the integrity and metrics of the BBB.Their actions are not just negligent.....they are criminally methodical.Needless to say, do NOT buy anything from iFit (ProForm, NordicTrack, etc)

      Absolute worst customer service on the planet. Several times been on hold listening to horrible repetitive songs for 40 minutes plus before hanging up. The online chat they also direct you to has no one there to answer. I finally got someone after 45 minutes and because I didn't have my model and serial number handy, she couldn't help. I am under warranty and they have serviced my equipment before, so I should be in a data base.If you're considering anything that needs to be supported by iFit, stay far away.

      A recent software update has destroyed many treadmill consoles, customer service pretends they don't know about the issue and demands a $650+ repair to get it working again. The big issue here is that they are also all backordered, so even if you DO want to pay that insane price you can't get a functional unit anyway. Remember, this was caused by a software update that is automatically installed... they broke my 6.5s treadmill and expect me to now pay to fix it. Oh, let's also note that it takes HOURS to get through customer service. They have one hold song, you listen to it on repeat over and over, and then the ** rep kindly requests that you send them 2/3 of the cost of a new machine to fix their issue. Totally unacceptable.

      I purchased a NordicTrack treadmill the end of August 2020. It is a T9.5S model #NTL16129.4. A few weeks ago it stopped working. I attempted to contact iFit and waiting on hold for 3 hours no one responded! I attempted to contact NordicTrack and iFit and after 5 tries I got through and the technician she did a factory reset with me (which I already did) and nothing happened. She told me I would need a new console!!!?? I have tried to order a new console for a cost of $600 to $750 depending on who you spoke to but they are out of stock!!! I have read hundreds of people complaining of the same thing on social media. I was told that everyone is have the same problem because of an update that iFit did sometime in December 2023. I did not do anything to cause my console to die. It was caused by the up day that iFit did. NordicTrack/iFit should be responsible for repairing my treadmill or sending me a new one!!! Right now I would NOT RECOMMEND a buying a NordicTrack machine. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

      Would give zero stars if that was an option. Worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. Absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.

      I purchased a Nordic Track treadmill two years ago and was required to submit my credit card in order to initially use the equipment. I promptly selected to cancel any memberships. On January 5, 2023 I was charged for $421 for an IFIT membership that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I tried to get into my IFIT account and was unable to get a recovery email. I tried calling the phone number and was unsuccessful in speaking to anyone. I finally called my credit card, have canceled my card for a new one and have filed for fraudulent charges.Do not give this company your credit card number.

      HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE ******************* I only had a simple request to honor a milestone (500 workout) reward they offered which I accomplished in 2022. After waiting well over an hour on three separate occasions to speak with the iFit *************************** and waiting nearly an hour two times to chat with someone but then being transferred to a wrong department and then only given the phone number which led me to start the process completely over again and wait for another hour or more is ridiculous!They sound caring on the phone until you hang up. They do not follow-up. **************** and **************** do not respond to emails.Unbelievable!!!

      Cant reach anyone on the phone. Cant get through to chat with device sept before your connection drops with reps. *** in support tickets online and they go ignored. Therefore, anything you buy and needs repair under warranty-WONT GET FIXED. Buyer beware.

      *************************** is unresponsive. My treadmill broke down a month ago and parts were ordered. After being told numerous times they were shipping out they still havent. Customer support is all computerized with bot agents and unresponsive to customers. It is impossible to speak to someone. Do not buy a nordic track product if you expect to have assistance when something goes wrong!!!!!!!!

      I called for months and the wait times were hours when I would finally get through to a customer service they would hear me for a minute and then hang up on me. When I finally got ahold of customer service they troubleshooted with me and according to them found the issue we ordered a part and was told I would get call for tech to come replace. I got the call for tech appointment and was told they cancelled it all. When I asked why they said they could reset it and asked for the pictures of treadmill. Then I got put on hold customer agent came back to tell me my warranty is void because of condition of treadmill I asked what condition I havent even removed the plastic from the screen ? Because it has dust and you dont clean it. Are you kidding me of course it could have dust I run on it with my tennis shoes which touch the ground which also has dust! C*** company clearly found any reason to deny fixing their c*** product that with taxes and all was 600 to 700 and I got 6 months of good use out of!
