      I have a few different pieces of equipment from iFit and so I have had a few opportunities to contact and work with this company. I received the Nordictrack x32i treadmill and absolutely loved it; however, the console stopped responding about 6 months after purchase. I contacted iFit through the chat option on their website and within just a few minutes I had an agent helping me diagnose the problem, ordered a console replacement, and asked if they could help with anything else. When I received the console however it was for a bike and not the treadmill. I reached out to iFit again with absolutely no problems got the correct console ordered, apologized to me for the mistake, and once again asked if there as anything else they could help me with. They were so helpful and nice every time I reached out to them!!

      I have the Commercial **** treadmill (new model). I've had mine for 5 months and the console has already broken on me 3 times. The first 2 times it required a factory reset to fix. The third time (on 8/1/22) it completely broke. The console will turn on but once you start your workout the belt won't even move. I waited on hold for 90 minutes until someone finally answered. When I contacted NordicTrack they said the console was faulty and they'd send me a new one immediately. Waited a week without anything arriving and contacted them back. They said it was never sent and that the wait time for a new console is 6 weeks. The machine can literally not be used without a new console so I'll be out a treadmill for almost 2 months by the time it arrives. I have no confidence it will even work once it does arrive. I paid close to $2000 for a treadmill that lasted 5 months. Complete waste of money. Do not buy from this company.

      Update: NordicTrack informed me that it would take 4-6 weeks for my new console to arrive. They also informed me that if I hadn't received a confirmation and tracking email within 5 weeks that I should contact them back. 5 weeks was 9/5/2022 and I still haven't received any confirmation or tracking email. I've emailed them 2 times and called them 1 times since 9/5/2022 and no one has made any contact with me regarding this issue. Absolutely unacceptable that a business treats their customers in this way. Paying customers who have received a defective product from them that is still under warranty and they just leave their customer in limbo.

      I have a bunch of the ifit products at my home gym: the Commercial X32i incline trainer treadmill, S22i bike, RW900 rower, and the Vault mirror with weights. So my home gym is pretty sweet, I would say. The ifit products are built very well in my opinion. They do have electronics in them, which can be a problem sometimes. I have had a screen go wrong on my treadmill, and the incline motor go out on my stationary bike. Besides that, they have been great. I found the best way to get ahold of them is through online chat. We have had good service and received those items pretty quickly. I think the screen on our treadmill went out during covid-19, and we received it pretty quick, maybe ***** days. You need to have good internet for ifit to work correctly. We have a mesh system and have had hardly any lagging once we got that set up. We love the workouts and the trainers. They have had a significant positive impact on our lives. I have been happy with our equipment and will continue to buy more when the new stuff comes out. My wife and I have been able to test a few products for ifit for free, the Rw600 rower, a treadmill, and some weights, and that was a fun experiment for us. We enjoyed the products. If people ask about workout equipment, I always tell them to get ifit products.

      In early July, I ordered a commercial Nordic Track **** Treadmill (#Order Number: NT10966748) to include pickup of my old treadmill and white glove delivery. On 14 July I paid $3942.05 to Nordic Track and the unit was delivered locally on July 15th with a scheduled home delivery for the 19th. When delivery was attempted, NSD refused pickup and did not delivery nor setup.I immediately contacted Nordic Track and was told that the error for pickup was on their part and corrected the situation with NSD.Since 19 July, I have not heard anything from NSD regarding rescheduling. Ive had numerous discussions with Nordic Track but to no avail. This is Nordic Tracks vendor and they cant do anything?maybe withhold payment route to another vendor.This is terrible customer service on both ****************** and their delivery vendor NSD. Not once has Nordic Track reached out to me requesting assistance and they also had the gall to ask me to work with their vendor (NSD) .I always thought Nordic Track was a top notch company but not anymore.

      I bought this treadmill on June 30th 2022. It was to arrive July 2nd and I was told that day to say the truck had broke down and it would be delayed either by a day, or the next opening. I was on vacation but came back to allow the tread to be delivered. Received a text it would be there within the next 30 min. 1.5 hours later they arrived, without a dolly or anything to lift it with. The product was then dropped on the road( I have a pic) then they didn't know how to lift it. One of the drivers went and grabbed his lunch box out of the truck, they proceeded to let it sit on the cooler teetering back and forth.( I have a pic) I informed them that was a poor decision. The product was then carried upside down and then slide down our entire set of stairs. ( also have a pic) ***************** never heard back about my experience. I then used the tread 5 times. On the 6th attempt, the screen would not work. I attempted to call the *** being transferred multiple times. They did not care about the delivery process, and refused to cover the cost of the $250.00 to send it back. I spoke with higher management and continued to still refuse to cover the cost as their was not documentation that the product had damage. I explained that I had photos, they did not want anything to do with the pics and videos. So, I am out $250.00 and no machine. The machine appeared very cheap. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

      IFit support is the worst I have ever experienced!!! LONG WAITS in order to get a response. the person on the phone had me do a virtual call and was unable to correctly diagnose the issue. It took a month to coordinate my schedule with the technician, because I work full time and he is so busy fixing machines. WHen her finally came the wrong part was ordered. Not I got what I hope is the right part and it was ordered incorrectly - IFit put it in as a customer install. I did not pay well over $2000 to have a machine that breaks in less than a year and I am having such a hard time getting it fixed!!

      I bought my S22i and commercial **** to do live classes, after a few months of doing the live classes and enjoying them, I find out they are no longer doing live classes do to a settlement with another company. I would like to know if a extended Refund is available due to these circumstances.

      Nordic Track is not honoring their warranties. They are not responding to my requests on a treadmill that is basically brand new. Avoid at all cost.

      X22i was bought February 2020. The controller died in April 2020. It was replaced and worked until April 2022. The controller has been replaced 3 times since March and each time dies the day after install. It is now July 22, 2022 and my machine has been broken for 3 full months. NT says its the electrical in my house. However every other appliance works just fine and the ifit videos play just fine on the machine with every new controller but the belt will not move and the red controller light is off.

      The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Ordered in March- treadmill was lost- waited 8 weeks to finally get another one shipped. Paid for white glove service and the brand new treadmill doesnt work!! The belt doesnt budge!! Requested a refund and waiting for this POS to get out of my house! Had two large men come today to pick it up and said theres no way they can get it out of the house!! **************** told me I needed to get it on my front porch and take it apart!!! WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
