      Buy from Proform only if you want to become their fix experimentation monkey, I ordered a elliptical from costco 3 month in using it it started to give problems and the warranty only covers sending part from them and you after paying close to 1200$ for the elliptical have to fix them yourself if it does not fix they'll send another part and like their trained monkey keep on fixing them. They don't have technician visit as part of the warranty and it'll cost you $175 to fix a problem with the machine by their technician even while under warranty. Seeing all these reviews it looks like company is scamming people by not disclosing this clearly while buying the item. GO for other brands who stand behind their product and avoid buying from proform.

      I love my nordictrack rower ! I am an avid gym goer and I actually enjoy this one more than I do the commercial type one at the gym . This one keeps me entertained, distracted , and motivated enough , so that I get a longer workout . I have already felt my body start to respond to the workouts that are provided in the two weeks that I have been using it . This is a quality rower for the price . Two thumbs up . I received this in regards to providing an unbiased review .

      We ordered a Studio Elliptical in June 2022, it is now September. We finally received the main parts to the Elliptical in late July, with none of the hardware to assemble it. They didnt deliver the Elliptical as promised initially, because they kept providing the incorrect address to the shipper, even after we corrected/confirmed their mistake three times! When it was delivered it was literally tossed on our driveway, with a damaged and partially opened box. As we opened the box to assemble, immediately discovered there was no bolts, nuts, screws, etc to assemble. Since then, myself and my wife have spoken to 8 different customer service representatives, on ***** different occasions, we have even attempted contact through go-to support, many who have promised resolution and that they would send the assembly parts needed. When the delivery promise is not met, weve called back again, been hung up on by Virginia, team lead *****, promised multiple times to resolve and stay in contact, but will not reply to our contact. **** has not followed through on her statements either. The list goes on. We are beyond frustrated and disappointed. I am clearly shocked and dismayed, how a company as big and once ********* Nordictrack can operate this way. I understand having breakdowns and making mistakes, but a business that you pay hard earned money to, should eventually, expeditiously resolve said issues. At this point, if we cannot get the needed parts to assemble this machine, we simply want it packed/picked up and our money refunded. I certainly will never do business again, nor recommend Nordictrack/I-fit to any of my friends, colleagues or relatives. Hopefully the BBB can get their attention to provide better follow through. *****

      I have been so frustrated with customer service trying to get by treadmill fixed. If you are coming in this page to see if you should buy their products stay clear. I have been trying for over 3 months to get by treadmill ********** excuse after another by the people on the phone. First they sent that wrong part. Then they didnt send all the parts the service guy needed and now they didnt finish the service request for the guy to come out and fix it. They tried to blame it on him ?? Now when I ask to speak with a supervisor all I can do is email on. WTF!!!! I am beyond ******. I am going on 4 months without a treadmill that I paid a lot of money for. And now my extended warranty and 3 months of training is gone. I am not sure what else I can do. I just want my treadmill working.

      PROFORM EQUIPMENT My wife has LUPUS and has suffered with it for the last 10 years. We decided to purchase some equipment and turn one of our rooms into a gym as a convenience for her. When she feels good enough she could get on the machine and go. That was the thought process. We purchased a Treadmill, a bike, and an elliptical, which we paid about 5k for. The elliptical came in broken and unusable. The treadmill broke down approximately 2 weeks after we put it into operation. It also came in damaged. Something had penetrated the box in shipping and put a gauge in the counsel. There doesn't seem to be much happening on the quality control side of things with this business. The customer service agents, once you get through the automation which is very aggravating, are very sympathetic to your needs and to your situation, but unfortunately they don't have a support system in place that allows them to really take care of the customer. So far as an average, it takes ***** days to get a part, if it is in stock. Then to have a technician come and install it takes another ***** days to get a call to schedule the installation, then another **** days to for him to come install it. If the part does not fix it, then you start the process all over again, which is what we are in the middle of doing. I have never dealt with a company that conducts business in this fashion, The technicians are a third party (****************) and have no obvious intentions to support the mother company, iFIT. After countless phone calls made to them, Not once have they ever returned a call. NOT ONCE. If I was iFIT I would fire them for poor representation. I am now coming to believe that this type of service comes from the top down. I don't know how the member service support continue to work for a company that continues to leave people hanging. This is so sad. I wish I had never purchased this equipment. EVER. Come get this junk and please return my money!

      Love my rower! I am not a fitness guru I mostly play sports to keep in shape but having this in my at home gym garage is awesome. It feels like Im in a real fitness class! Very sturdy product doesnt wobbly from side to side like other towers Ive used. I can definitely feel the difference in using 2x per week for 3 weeks. I go for about an hour. I got product for discount in exchange for honest review!

      I'm not evaluating customer support as I've never had to call into them. The products we have in our home (e.g. treadmill, rower, bike, and CST) all perform just fine. As per the interface, I genuinely like it. We wouldn't have purchased the machines we have, if we didn't like them. I like the reasonable price that doesn't require you to pay more than 3X the amount of a gym membership to access just one genre of classes. You pay one small fee and get access to anything on all your relevant devices. I can even log into these classes at my local gym on their equipment and access my profile and classes. While I am now a part of a program that provides me equipment in exchange for authentic feedback, iFit is great in my opinion. You get more than you pay for, and they don't require near as much as other tools.

      My T6.5 si treadmill passed its warranty period by a few months when my machine died. Heres the problem. The tech who set this up mis-aligned the walking belt slightly. By doing this, it stretched the belt and caused it to wear unevenly slowely and pull right every few weeks. I looked at the manual and learned how to correct the alignment, which worked for a few weeks at a time. Well, what I could not see is what was happening to the machine's power system underneath the front panel. According to ifit rep in their parts department, the rep set it up poorly and over the course of 14 months, the warped belt was too much for the drive belt (which I found to be frayed) and the controller board which died on me while running at a speed of 6 or so, causimg me to twist my knee a bit when i caught myself. Upon speaking with ifit parts, because my warranty was expired, they couldnt help me but their rep told me to call Nordictrack themselves to tell them what happened to and ask them to help me out. He said no matter what I did to straighten the belt to alignment each time, when they set it up wrong, it stretches the belt and you cannot fix it. Because I didnt have a written file on this within the year, they told me they will not send me the $400+ in parts in good faith to fix my expensive machine. This was something that I could not have forseen nor fixed and did not think there was a problem because the belt was technically between the hash marks on the chassis. If you read the reddit subreddit, Nordictrack Treadmill' you will hear of many stories like this of Nordictrack not standing behind their products and people with useless machines, after their warranties expired. Very old school business practice. Its an **************** with inferior and poorly soldered controll boards that dont last and to male matters worse, the customer service is abhorrent. They show no compassion for people who spent a *** of money on junk that they refuse to fix after making a sale.

      I already spoke with and emailed 5 different people at support. They told me their 'protocol' wont send me parts due to it being a few months past my one year warranty. So after two weeks of trying, Nordictrack told me to pound sand instead of making things right. So I'm not goimg to be put on hold for hours again to be told there's nothing they can do. You guys wanna help me, send me my parts to fix my treadmill. At this point, if you guys dont fix it, you'll lose a customer or 6, and lose a monthly subscription to ifit all because of your 'protocol'.

      I've only ever had positive experiences with NordicTrack equipment. In the past I purchased a CST workout machine as well as a bike from the. I selected NordicTrack because of the price, value, and the iFit programs where you can have all devices and subscriptions sync. I prefer that approach to paying for a separate, overpriced, subscription to other accounts. I also liked the monthly subscription fee. It's a fraction of what others might charge. I liked NordicTrack devices so much that I signed up for their review program. They've allowed me to trial some of their equipment in exchange for authentic feedback. Everything I've ordered, or otherwise received, has come well packaged, timely, and in great condition. I genuinely haven't had any bad experiences there. Overall, great company in my opinion with great equipment, and a solid experience platform.
