      Ifit and NordicTrak s22i bike are both useless. The bike is terrible. My worst purchase I have ever made. ***** to throw away $2400, but it's much better than dealing with hours of phone calls to ifit with no help. Even the technician came out to diagnose the problem and said it was the console. The console is $700. After plugging in new console, it turns out that wasn't the problem. Had the same problem with new console. Now they want to charge me to come out a 2nd time when they didn't diagnose it properly the first time. I'm not letting them charge me again. I'm currently in dispute with getting this resolved. But, I'm about ready to throw the bike in the trash and order a Pelaton. DO NOT BUY A NORDICTRAK. Save yourself the trouble. I will update review upon completion of the frustrating haggle back and forth with them.

      In my opinion iFit is a horrible company on the verge of going under after settling a lawsuit and laying off a decent percentage of their workforce.Their website is now just a shell that allows you to manage your account and not much else. You used to at least be able to view and manage workouts. But now that's gone.The app on my treadmill continually hangs and crashes, and the only suggestion from support is to reset your machine or they blame your internet when I have a business class internet connection measured at 470 down over WIFI right next to the machine. The latest update has made tracking my workouts impossible through the app, and my treadmill is now just a really big heavy paperweight. I'd sell this thing because it's only a few years old, but I couldn't in good conscience stick some other poor soul with the headache that is iFit.

      Do not buy these machines. Headaches for 3 years. I bought the bike. Have had a screen replacement which took months to receive, then they forgot a piece which took another 2 weeks. And it's glitching again after 2 weeks. Worst customer service. I will be junking this machine and buying elsewhere.

      We have a commercial **** treadmill and the s15i bike. Both are now completely useless after the software update. I thought something was wrong with my electrical system because both machines magically stopped working. You can hear the power come on when flipping the switch but the screens stay black no matter what I do. Ive checked all the wiring, I tried to reset and I tested my outlets. Nothing was wrong. Once I did more research, Ive found that an update came out and thousands of people were affected and had to replace the controller. Our machines are even old and now they collect dust until I get them fixed. I have tried going through customer service and I get absolutely nowhere. I never get an email or call back from anyone. I highly recommend never buying from this company because the machines will be junk in the near future.

      Machine hasnt worked in a year. Cant get ahold of anyone without being on hold for hours. Theyve sent 5 replacement parts and none work. Some were missing parts. This company is awful and their product is garbage. They rolled out a software update that rendered thousands of machines inoperable and they've yet to make it right. I will never buy anything from them again

      I purchased a NordicTrack Commercial **** Treadmill in 2019. I let our iFit membership go and we would use the machine in manual mode. I missed having the iFit, so i renewed the membership and the iFIT workouts reappeared on the screen. We always left the machine on for updates. Some time after Christmas 2022, the console stopped working, rendering the machine completely useless. We assumed it was us. We followed instructions and tried to do a factory reset which did nothing. The screen is white and flashes iFIT endlessly, no buttons on the machine work. I have reached out to iFIT to report the issue now that I am finding that thousands of other consumers have had this same experience. My equipment warranty is still in place, but labor will not be covered, so I have been told I will need to pay a minimum of $318 before taxes and fees. For the $2400 I spent on the machine this is unacceptable. I would not recommend NordicTrack or any iFIT related products to anyone. I've also been paying for an iFIT membership for a machine that doesn't work for 14 months - shame on me but I was hoping keeping it would help troubleshoot the issue.

      I purchased S22i NordicTrack bike #2 and #3 online. I had to return one, unopened, because the recipient of the gift did not want it. I accept the $250 return shipping since I was dumb enough to buy it online. But a 10% processing fee for an unopened product?? **************** merely cited the inflexible return policy So I suggest NEVER buying their equipment online and MAYBE patronize a company with better policies. Im done with them.

      I ordered a NT FREESTRIDE TRAINER FS14i and MAT,FLOOR,BLK. The items did not ship yet, but after reading all of the negative reviews I decided to cancel my order. The order has not even shipped yet but ifit wants to charge me $540.50 in cancelation fees for order number NT12761765.

      I purchased a NordicTrack s22i bike in 2020. I have enjoyed the bike up until about a year ago. During a workout the screen would buffer. My modem and router are 5 feet from the bike. This was an intermittent issue. After many software updates over the last 3 years, my bike eventually could not connect to Wi-Fi. I was on the phone with tech support for over an hour and they eventually told me that I would need to purchase a new monitor and that would cost $700. This is so disappointing! I just spent about $2000 for the bike! I was then told I could still use the bike with the IFIT app on my IPAD. but I would have to manually adjust the incline and resistance myself during the ride. How aggravating. One of the cool features on this bike was the automatic adjust for incline and resistance throughout the ride. So the last straw was while riding, the track on the screen went out and I called tech support and they informed me that the magnet on the fly wheel was dislocated and it was. I am so frustrated and disappointed in this product. I dont recommend this bike at all. You are probably better off buying a Peloton.

      Hi I bought a Pro-form hybrid trainer within 3 months and a week, it was showing double the miles ,calories burned and rpm's. Contacted them and was told they couldn't find a technician in my city but would reimburse me up to 200 dollars if I found one myself. If they couldn't find one for me much less would I find one. They have sent me 4 different parts already worth almost the price of the machine which I replaced myself with the visual app, and still no luck now the resistance are backward to, the setting's are 1 up to 16 1 being easiest and 16 hardest it's the opposite 1 hardest and ******************************************* a tech. to check out the machine or get me a replacement. Was told they would escalate my case. Was given an email to contact them have sent email to them but no response yet it's been 2 weeks now.
