1 starWe bought a nordictrack treadmill just over two years ago. The deck has broken within those two year and the motor controller motherboard has shorted out three times. I have asked for my money back or a new treadmill but they wont do it. I would never buy a treadmill from them again. It was an expensive machine that last a short time. Also the incline stopped working within the first yearReview fromKristine A

1 starGarbage....Absolute Garbage!!!!! So spent $$$$$$ on a Nordic Track treadmill which doesn't offer any programs unless you use IFit and pay their fees for that. Fine but you cannot simply get an individual membership....I do not need to pay for a family plan when it is just me at home using it. It is absurd that this is so hard to do. Would absolutely NEVER recommend Nordic Track again and def. not I Fit.Review fromKelly H

1 starNordic Track and ******* are the worst charlatans I've dealt with. I talked with salesman about only being able to take delivery on a certain day of the week at least five times due to my work situation. He assured me the day would work and I'd be contacted by their delivery crew to set up a day that day I'd requested. All this was a lie. The company did not deliver to my address on that day.Next up? At least 50 emails, 45 chats, ***** hours on hold with NT/delivery people/ *******/Ifit. Their small print states that they charge 250 + 10% for returns when items ship. So they ship the second you hit purchase leaving zero time to read all their idiotic fine print. I went through h*** trying to get them to honor their word, deliver on the day they promised, and the upshot was no. Basically, they will tell you anything in order to get a sale, and when you buy from them? They could care less. I didn't want to chance the machines breaking and dealing with techs that could possibly be even MORE drama. I mean, if they can't honor their word before the machine even gets here? I had their shipping company tell me many different dates, none of them my choice, I was about to lose my mind. I tried to contact with the sales person-even through the ******* rep, and no one responded. It wasn't until I said I was canceling that the sales rep finally emailed. When I confronted this person about the lie, he acted like it was all news to him. "Really? I can't believe the don't deliver." I reminded him it was HE who told me they deliver in my area on the specific day. After all this I gave up-returned the machines I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED... and filed a dispute with TDBank, although I doubt I'll win because the little guy never wins. This has gone on since December weeks andI will never purchase from NT or any company affiliated with them again. They lie. They don't support customers after the purchase. I'm stuck paying close to a grand for two machines that never even came to me.Review fromPam M

1 starNordicTrack and iFit have deceptive business practices. I purchased a rower and treadmill end of 2022. Both initially worked. Then mid year 2023, not long after a software update, neither would not work in manual mode, nor on WiFi. In manual mode, the start up screen is simply white, or frozen 80% of the time and machine buttons unresponsive. The other 20% the WiFi audio works but the display video is frozen and out of sync entirely (and program incline decline auto features stopped working). This goes on until I unplug the machines. Both machines are on surge protectors (with better specs than NT requires). I also have a whole house surge protector. Unplugging, resetting, has no impact. The warranty book phone is just a recorded message to visit a website. The website only has a Contact us form. I had to send 4 requests over a month, before someone called me. The warranty team said we do not have techs in your area (they advertise them in all 48 states, and I had even called to verify before purchasing either machine). They will not replace the machine nor refund because there is no tech. This is unacceptable. There is current a class action suit underway for the lack of warranty response failures to follow their advertised terms and conditions. My machines are on the list. The suit is in the works, but began about the time I made my purchases. Clearly NT/Ifit has lost control, using undependable parts, and not providing enough info for customers prior to sale. They only say they offer repairs in all 48 states, and that you need a WiFi connection. Later they say they dont have repair techs and that you need super speed WiFi. There is no excuse for the miscommunication, which NT and ifit are solely responsible. They simply sell old technology, in expensive machines, and their software updates cause catastrophic failures. The streaming designs are bad, Bluetooth extremely limited in what it will connect - all signs of using parts 10 yrs or more old.Review fromGabrielle W

1 starDo not purchase anything from nordictrack. My $3,000 treadmill didnt even last 2 years. Barely used, always on a surge protector and out of warranty. You would think an expensive machine would last longer than 2 years. Think twice before buying anything from them!Review fromCourtney S

1 starDO NOT BY THIS TREADMILL ****. I would give a ZERO star rating if possible. My first **** treadmill I bought we LOVED and I had for over 5 years and then needed to replace. So we purchased the revised version of the **** in July 2022. I never even thought to read reviews as our first treadmill same model we loved. We didn't love the newer model initially but went with it. It never worked right from the start and then in Oct 2022 it became unusable making this clicking noise. I called their customer service which is the worst customer service I have ever came across. The part was ordered in Nov 2022 and we did not have anyone come fix it until March 2023. When the technician came he said that customer service ordered the wrong part and he will order the right one. We had to wait another 2 months until it was fixed. On Nov 2023 it broke again where the tread came completely off the treadmill, I called in November and was on hold for 45 minutes until I selected the call back feature to which I was never called back. I then put in an issue ticket with no response. I called 1/29/2024 and I was on hold for over an hour, explained to the rep my issue and I was told I have to pay for a technician to come out to fix would be $175 dollars. The tech came out for 5 minutes to see what part was needed and put in a request to order. I followed up 3 days later and they did not even order the part yet and they said they need another $125 for him to return to actually fix the treadmill. I said I already paid $175 for Labor costs as that is what was labeled on the receipt and they said no that was just to come diagnose the problem. With much back and forth ultimately if I want it fixed I have to pay. If it breaks again I guess that money is gone and I need to get a new treadmill. I never ever write reviews, like who has time for that, but based on my HORRIBLE experience I felt the need. This company is horrible.Review fromRobert B

1 starGive it 1 star because you dont have zero. Purchased the proform carbon cx stationary bike June 27 2023 through academy sports so ifit didnt get my debit card number and bill me for something I didnt sign up for. **** worked fine when we put it together and started riding July 4th. Then in December it would start timing out on its on losing track of the mileage and time and the resistance dropping off. Changed the batteries and recalibrated it as the manual says do. Then in January it started doing the same thing all over again like they have control of it if you dont sign up for ifit. Whatever you do dont use the service@ email address then copy and paste the same info into the form on the site because it confuses them. You will get a standard answer generated from the form giving a reference number and in the email, everyone has the same email and you will get a response from someone different each time. In 7 email I have gotten 7 different ways to fix it or just the general standard computer generated reply. In the email it will tell you to try one thing and in the very next sentence ask you if that fixed the problem. I suggested them send me another monitor along with a return shipping label and they could figure out what was wrong with it themselves. All they do is either suggest something that is already in the user manual or reply with a different reference number when you reply, depending on where it comes from but they all come from the same email address. My 1 year warranty will run out in June. I guess they will drag their feet until them. It also says on the site not to take it back to the place of purchase, to contact them with any problems. WHY?Review fromAaron M

1 starNordicTrack recently pushed out a software update that rendered many of their iFit-enabled devices worthless. My Commercial **** treadmill was one of them. They want $280 to replace the entire panel that their malicious software update corrupted. Absolutely disgusted with this company right now, and I know I am far from alone in my frustration.Review fromSusan G

1 starFALSE ADVERTISING - I have owned my bike to use at home. The iFIT system asked me to update my membership. I viewed on the screen the offer of $29 per month for a 2 year subscription. I attempted to purchase this with a shocking outcome! The company was charging me over $1000 for this. The math is wrong.I chatted with two people through iFIT and was asked to purchase in advance to get the subscription. I declined and explained the situation. I was told the fee was in USD. Why would I know this when I have purchased the bike at Canadian Tire in ***************, ** and use it in the same community. This is false advertising. The chat ended with the offer a much more expensive offer - of $44.55 per month for one year. This is not was was displayed to me on the bike that I use at home. I am very unhappy.Review fromBrett H

1 starI bought a $1700 treadmill from them. It broke while under warranty. That was late November. After several failed attempts, they have still not fixed it appropriately. I was getting help from one of their customer service reps. I filed a ******************** complaint yesterday as they have been unable to fix the problem. Then I was told that my customer representative could no longer help me, and I was being sent to the "escalation department". No one will give me contact information for this department. It was obvious retaliation for the complaint. Not sure what they expect when they can't fix my machine and are unwilling to replace it or reimburse my cost. It has caused me significant stress - the worst thing is I can't run it off (not on my treadmill, at least).
