    Device doesn't perform as promised. Battery is rechargeable which doesn't last enough on a long day. The fall alarm goes off by shaking hands with friends or by waving hand that has the watch. Supposedly they have adjusted sensitivity several times which has not corrected the problem. They are now saying that you have to push the button to activate the alarm. That is not reason for getting their service, they stated the device would sense a fall. Had EMT show up at funeral visitation when alarm when off, faulty vibration alarm did not alert me that it was activated. After having device for 4 months, called and requested to cancel service and they want $75 cancellation fee. Device also doesn't accurately measure blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen level, as measured against reliable instruments. Refused to pay cancellation fee for faulty device and monthly service fees. Believe company purchased over counter watches and tried to adapt them to be used as medical device. Company is scamming individuals. Will give them a no star rating, but Business Review require selecting minimum of 1 star.

    I have called numerous times to cancel my their service and they still refuse to cancel it. My mother has not used it in two years and they still continue to draft her account. This is a rip off!

    Dont waste your time. Devices are unreliable. Company is unprofessional and is not trustworthy.

    Company buys devices from 3rd party vendors. Devices are unreliable and work on occasion. Owner is so desperate, he paid his employees to leave reviews on Amazon. Dont waste your time, find a device thats reliable.

    This company needs to be shut done when you see all the same complaints. from everyone. We had the same problem with my husband got the devise and had no knowledge of ordering it. I saw charges coming on the bank account and asked him what they were for and he could not remember ordering anything. He also he the start of diminution so getting him to agree to buying this was easy. So, I called the company and was told he had a 3-year contact and if did not fill it that it would be a $75;00 restoking fee. Well after locating the devise I sent it back and it cost ***** to send it. i was charged ***** restocking fee and I had 3 months charges before caught it. So shut it down before more people are hurt.

    This company called my mother who was having a confused day and aggressively sold her a medalert system that she doesn't need. Not only that, they coerced her into giving her checking account information over the phone. This could result in fraudulent use of her checking account. The callback number that the representative gave *** doesn't work. We now need to close her checking account and reopen a new one. Stay Safe Alert, quit preying on our older people! Your business is deplorable.

    worst company ever. just like everyone before me said they take advantage of the elderly...providing equipment that when received the person doesn't remember ordering and doesn't have any concept of how to use. Then they basically steal money out of their bank account - and they don't have a signed agreement. Even after they been called to cancel they will continue to take the money. And forget about getting a refund. BBB giving them an "A" rating is reprehensible.

    If I could give less then one star I Would!these people are horrible and liars!!They take advantage of the elderly and take money from their bank accounts.They send old used equipment without authorization.Then they start taking money directly out of bank ****. without authorization.Anyone want to go class action on them ...I'll sign.They are a criminal enterprise and should be sued and shut down.Whatever you do, do not do business with these frauds!

    Scammers won't allow me to cancel and claim they have to call me back to do so. They never call back. Ill have to block them from charging our checking with my bank.
