      **** ******* - I am very satisfied with the companys performance, every time anyone has came out they have been very communicative and they did me a big favor with getting 2 tons of gravel and matching it to cover the trench they dug up ! I am very content with the job thank you Radix !

      They say theyll save you money but your bill will double. Now I have to pay them and aps. They said aps bill would go away. It hasnt even gone down. Theyll set up a canopy even after being warned of high winds in the area, watch it blow into your car and cause damage. Then lie and say you refused to move it. After they tell you your electric bill will go away, theyll tell you that you have to buy a battery to make that happen. They say you build credit during the day and use at night. Then they say you lose what you dont use. This is a complete scam. Dont do it. Turn back. Keep your money. Theyre losers and they lie. Theyre not there to help you, only to s**** your over

      The install was quick and seamless. Everything went as planned and there were no issues. ****** and his team were professional and did a great job.

      Never have we been more disappointed in a company. ****** ******* made us so many promises behind the scenes but didnt live up to them. Solar install was awful! No communication, had family together outside and they were literally throwing things off the roof knowing we were outside with a small child playing. Took 2 days first night here until 9PM and second day showed up 2 hours late. Could not communicate with them they barely spoke any English! Made inappropriate comments to my 18 year old daughter! After we finally got through install it has been almost 2 months and we are still not up and running because we are waiting for another box to be installed. Seems like our consultant ****** pretty much stopped communication with us once the solar panels were installed. I have to keep messaging her to try to get information but it hasnt gotten us anywhere. This time I think we made the wrong call and I should have stuck with my gut feeling and said no or that she never would have even stopped at the house that day! I really hope we dont regret this choice for years to come! I will not suggest to anyone else.

      Team ***** they worked really good and their effort is outstanding. They came here had to finish getting our system ready for inspection and they showed us and helped us out on an app to know when somethings going on with our system. I definitely recommend them.

      I've never wanted to go Solar just because I have always felt it really didn't save in the long run and I know once something example our panels are to fail, no one was going to come out to try and fix anything. Why would they they are done with their sale already. From start to finish it has been a horrible experience. Installation, billing, app set up, trying to get ahold of a representative for help. Six months in and in debt 30k with two panels still not working and us not saving the monies they stated we would! Do not use Radix!
