5 starsThis is our 3rd House with Solar and by far the best one weve ever used. We got installed in less than 30 days. The inverter and panels are the best technology weve ever seen. We got turned on in two weeks. The salesman was amazing and efficient! Weve been getting negative bills from APS every month! We are referring Radix Solar everywhere! God bless this company! We had a terrible experience with Radix. We had solar before asking Radix to add to our array, but the current company was no longer installing solar when we decided to add more, so we hired Radix. They made it sound like this was common, and it would be no issue, but that was not true. There were issues like the time it took for them to install the collectors in July, *********************************************** March of 2024. Radix did not communicate with us that our current solar would be interrupted and not functional during the entire time that they drug their feet. So our electric bills were outrageous while we waited for Radix to turn their system on. They did not show up for appointments that had been confirmed on more than one occasion and time had been taken off work to be here. When everything was said and done, we compiled a spreadsheet with all of the things we were asking for reimbursement from, such as payments to the original solar company, APS, and wages lost for appointments they missed, and credits that we never accrued due to neither system being functional for 8 months. They offered us 1/3 of our request, and no more. The system has been functional for less than a month, and one of the ************** is already subpar based on their monitoring app. The work on the roof is sloppy, with caulking all over the place. They changed their mind on locations for meters, and now there are ugly old ones that aren't connected to anything are still there. They're an eye sore. The people you deal with directly who work for them are kind, efficient, etc, but whatever is going on behind the scenes must make their jobs h*** with all of the dissatisfied customers coming their way. I do not recommend working with Radix Solar.Radix

I have been waiting 8 months for them to finish. I have been trying to work with them but now they are not even helping to pay the bank loan. I have been trying to be patient but eight months is too much. I am seriously thinking of legal action.Radix

The panels were placed on my roof in the the beginning on of December. As March 1st we have not been turned on. They have different excuses as to why they haven't been activated. We were supposed to have our final inspection today. They lied. I got a text saying date has been changed to March 6th. I have been taking to a supervisor **** yesterday and he even confirmed they were coming. Also we were told we would $16,000 tax credit back and we were to give this to our finance company or our payment would go up. Well that turned out not to be true. It a tax credit but is non refundable because my husband and I are both retired and if you collect social security you don't qualify and it sits as a credit so if you have to federal taxes it goes towards it. I would not recommend Radix to any of my friends. I askedvthem to take the solar off my roof because they didn't haven't followed through on anything that was so to be done. They won't remove. If want to make a happy customers you would remove panels. By the all this is done we will be paying more, than if Injust keep APS.Radix

They are a company with organizational and communication problems. That being said my solar is up and running. It took from 10/10/2023 to 01/23/2024. I was told it should be in before Christmas of 2023. My neighbors solar from same company is still not up and running and they signed up the week before I did. Today is Feb 20. So whatever time they quote you to have it up and running they dont have a clue. The technicians that were out were all courteous and efficient. I give them 3 stars because they would set a date and time to be out and nothing would happen. I was constantly asking when the next step. They would give a date and not show up. Very frustrating from a communication viewpoint. ************ My salesperson did seem to do his best to keep me in the loop.Radix
