Going solar can be confusing and worrisome, but working with the team at RDX made it painless. I was a bit skeptical when the knocked on the door, but the two that came by and went over the options and process made it easy to see this was the right decision. I got updated through the process and even though the *** was slow, it got approved and installed. The first **** was exactly what they said it would be and we are already saving money.

My experience with RDX Power has been quite different than what others have said. The door to door sales rep that came by my house was informative, well spoken, and very professional. His name was ******. He told me he was going to make an estimate based on my power usage and come back at another time to do a side by side comparison with my electric rates from my power company. He came on time for the appointment and explained to me the benefits and cleared up some misconceptions I had about it. I was paying about $300/month on average for my electricity and now Im paying $186/month for solar with enough electricity to cover any expenses I would be paying to the power company. My panels should be installed later this week and Im really excited to see how it goes.Radix

An RDX rep used our desktop computer to auto sign (my mother's name) purchase and installation contracts for solar panels. My mother never even spoke to him. Then participated in a "welcome" call later that night with the 3rd party company contracted to furnish the panels. When confronted on the phone, he lied about this being an actual contract and gave inaccurate info about cancellation. Luckily, an honest rep for another company was listening to the call and saw through his *****. We have sent notice of cancellation to all involved companies. This is blatant fraud.Radix
