I made a purchase from Strafe Design on 4/16/2023 for $257.38. A few days later they sent a confirmation of the purchase and created 1 shipping label before the product was even made or sent out. I had ordered 2 different items ( 1 ) 11-14 WRX sedan V1 side skirt and ( 1 ) 11-14 WRX sedan V2 rear diffuser ). Between the purchase date and arrival of the first item, Strafe Design sent me an email about a company that would be calling to ask me questions and would add a "Swag Pack" for answering their questions. I complied when the company called thinking I am helping out. I received 1/2 items ( 11-14 WRX sedan rear diffuser ) on May 10, 2023. Upon arrival I had noticed the package had a number on it, "002", this led me to believe my other item was missing or had not been delivered yet. I reached out to Strafe Design using their support link. They replied on May 11, 2023 saying the other item was shipping separately. This was hard to believe because NO SHIPPING LABEL WAS PROVIDED. I waited for 11 days before reaching out, giving the USPS some time because they can be slow on deliveries, on May 22, 2023 with another e-mail to Strafe Design stating that I had not received the ( 11-14 wrx sedan V1 side skirts ). At this point I was losing hope. There was no reply after a couple of days so I e-mailed again on May 24, 2023 asking of the whereabouts of my item. Today is 5/31/2023 and I still have not received my whole purchase or an e-mail with updated information on the product. The proof is in the pictures and all I want is the product I ordered. I have read several bad reviews about Strafe Design but overall decided they were a legit company. I am now unable to finish my car and I still have no clue where my money or product is.Initial Complaint

Its been 4 months! I ordered a pair of side skirts for my vehicle from strafedesign.com received emails about updates saying that the shipping dates were changed and they sent me a tracking number but when I looked up the tracking number at UPS it was just a generated number waiting for UPS to still receive the package which means they were just informed about a package coming but there is no package at UPS yet basically the company only made a phone call just to drag more time on I want nothing to do with them and I just want my money back spring is coming and my car needs a pair of side skirts and they're not coming from them.Initial Complaint

I paid $556.23 USD/ $749.04 CAD
I had purchased a front splitter, side skirts and a read diffuser for my 2014 Audi A4 Quattro. The company only sent me a rear diffuser.
I want a refund as I have been trying to contact them since August of 2022 and it is now April of 2023.The business has not responded to any of my emails.
I contacted them via email at [email protected] and their Instagram page. The gentleman I was speaking with was named Jake Warren.
I have sent them emails on the following dates trying to follow up about my order: August 30 2022, September 9 2022, September 21 2022, October 28 2022, November 16 2022, November 23 2022, January 10 2023, February 28, 2023. I had sent a message on Instagram on November 16, 2022.
I had reached out to their Canadian distributor as well. Park Auto Motor Sports email [email protected]. I emailed them on March 1, 2023 and they told me they could not help as I had not purchased it through them.

I ordered a splitter from them and they never sent it, they have ignored all my emails requesting status updates, when they finally responded to one of them, they said they would refund the money and never did. Purchased two car parts (front splitter and rear diffuser) and only received the rear diffuser. Emailed the company who told me the items would ship separately. After several emails on 8/21/22, 9/6/22, 9/30/22, 10/24/22, 12/3/22, 12/8/22, 12/16/22, 12/19/22, 1/04/23 (many went unanswered for a great lengths of time) I was consistently told missing item would “ship mid-late week or still waiting on back ordered item.” At one point, was sent a tracking #, which I assume was to shut me up, only to have the item never actually ship. Finally, in December 2022, I told the company I wanted a refund since it was clear my paid item was never going to be shipped. On 12/19/22, I was told a refund was issued and “typically takes 5-7 days for the refund to go through.” A refund was in fact NEVER issued. My last email to the company was on 1/04/23 asking where my refund was and demanding proof that it was issued - the company never responded to me. At that point, I tried to file a dispute with my bank but because so much time had passed, they would not issue a credit back to me. I’m now out over $300. Based on the reviews I’ve recently read, this company has a habit of doing this. I would like my money back and quite frankly, for the business to be no longer!Initial Complaint

Ordered 2 items from Strafe Design and only received one of them. I originally received and email saying something about waiting on materials. After 3 years, I feel they are never going to send the rest of my order though. So I want it recorded that did not fulfill order and have stopped communication with me. They are still in business as far as I know and others I hear are having similar problems. I WILL visit in person to their recorded business address if they continue to ignore me. There is no reason to make a customer wait this long nor stop communication, so I intend to hold them accountable for their actions and neglect and ignoring me. They can make this right by sending me the rest of my order ASAP, and providing an apology and explanation of their actions. I will allow 48 hours from right now for them to comply. I have also reached out on their IG account, no response yet. I recommend they answer the dm on IG ASAP and acknowledge sending me my missing front splitter from my order# ****. I ordered mazdaspeed3 window vents on may 16, 2022. The price of these vents were 112.49. I have sent multiple emails asking where my product was with screenshot proof. I was told the product would be delivered 2 weeks after the buy date. Strafe design hasn’t even put the label into the USPS system. Strafe design is now ignoring my emails. On August 17th 2022 at 4:28pm I had ordered the following item 2015+ WRX & STI V1 Front Splitter
With Support Rods in the amount of $214.20 - Upon reading their website it clearly stated it would take a week for shipping and handling. On August 24th I received an email stating item was on its way with tracking # ******************************
After a week of the tracking # saying the same thing that it never shipped on
Aug 31st I sent an email asking for an update - They responded on Sep 1st With same email and tracking number
On Sep 9th - emailed requesting update - They responded with the same email from Aug 24th and Sep 1st
Sep 9th responded to them requesting Date they shipped it - No Response from them
Sep 10th - Requested update - No Response from them
Sep 12th - Requested Update or refund - No response from them
Sep 13th - Requested update - no response from them
Sep 13th - Requested a refund with a receipt, they state they are refunding but refuse receipt.
