      Recently I went computer shopping for a new laptop. *** at ************* location helped tremendous amount,*** the type of employee that best to be a Representative of the company i have seen. In the end I had the peace of mine to have truthful and honorable help, to Guarantee a perfect contribution working laptop.

      6 years ago, I took my very old desk top into PC Lap Tops in Provo to have the spyware and malware checked and to have them help me with how slow it was running and the problems with its memory. After they cleaned up my software, I decided to buy a new desk top computer, which I use for business and personal purposes. I'm not a gamer. But, I do a great deal of genealogy research, emails, and spread sheet analysis. Every year since, I've taken it in to have it checked for spyware and malware and to have it cleaned up and optimized. The have done so happily and thoroughly. At one pint I think I had 3 different programs all fighting each other to keep my computer secure - ******, ******, and a couple others. It was a mess. They straightened it out and cleaned it up.Along the way I've needed some additional memory and some that's run a little faster. They have gladly kept my computer running the most up to date operating software and kept it malware and spyware free.At one point my computer was locked up by an external group and I feared some real trouble. When I called PC *** Tops tech support line they helped me escape unhurt, unharmed technologically and undamaged financially.They really do live up to their promise to provide lifetime service.I Have had a marvelous experience with them and recommend them to others, especially less sophisticated and technologically savvy users like me.

      I love my computer! They were very professional and hooked me up with the best computer i have ever had. They even called to make sure i was OK a few days after my purchase! I cant wait to buy something else from them!

      We initially purchased a ** Laptop desktop computer for my son in April 2022. Everything from the time we ordered, customer **********************, and delivery was outstanding. My son, 16 at the time, was excited and curious about the computer had managed to move something or jar it in some way that it had to be sent back for investigation and repair. That was very easy process. They sent us a return label and updated us during the troubleshooting process. My son was not a fan of Windows 11 so they changed it back to Windows 10. The only complaint I had was when the ** was shipped back to us, the front plastic had been cracked, and I inquired about a replacement for it, with pictures, but never received a replacement. But the ** runs great and have not had any issues since. So we decided to get another one for our other son and it runs great and we dont have any issues. As a matter fact, when I messed up the email for the order, I immediately called and spoke with someone they found the order they fixed the email and even gave us a discount for our trouble. They also reminded me that my sons new computer and my other sons older computer were both lifetime warranty, which gave us peace of mind.
