      PC Laptops has a contract with the ********** of ******** Affairs. I was provided a laptop from PC Laptops. Ive had the laptop for about 17 months or so before I started experiencing issues. The wifi internet adapter had failed. Getting PC laptops to respond in regards to support was difficult. Once I was able to get a response from ***************** he had asked me what issues I was having. I had taken a screenshot of the diagnostic indicating what the issue was and didnt get a response only until I reached back out 2 weeks later. I was then given a shipping label for the pc and it was mailed out the following day. I then had to reach out 10 business days later to check on the status. I was then asked at that time what my pin was for the ************************* experience with ***************** has been horrendous and has left me very irritated as the laptop is required for school. I have been without a laptop for about a month. I really hope MR. ***************** founder and CEO sees this negative remark and calls me directly to remedy the absence of customer **********************.

      I brought my PC Laptop desktop into the ****** store on Monday, September 4 around 10am. ***** was helpful and "wrote me up" and gave me a likely completion date of Wednesday, September 6. I called on the morning of September 6 to get an update on the completion of my desktop. ***** told me that they had reinstalled Windows 11 and were running updates on it and those updates are "tricky". With that information I expected to hear today (Thursday Sept 7) that my desktop was ready to pick up.I called today (Sept 7) in the morning and was told I would be contacted by the tech around noon. Having not received any contact from PC Laptops, I called at 2:30 today and spoke with ****. **** was helpful and told me that they were looking at the corruption on my desktop. I asked why they were looking at the corruption since I was told Windows 11 had been installed and updates were being installed. He told me that they hadn't reinstalled Windows 11 nor any updates. When I pressed to know when my machine would be available, I was told Saturday.So, I am concerned that anytime I call to get an update that the information given to me will be misleading. I was told Wednesday it would be ready, Window 11 had been reinstalled and updates were running. Then none of those updates were correct and now my desktop won't be ready until Saturday!When I asked what would happen if it isn't ready Saturday what are my reparations - I was told "an apology".I have truly enjoyed my desktop and it has been amazing. Up until this point the service I have received from PC Laptops has been great. Now, not so much - lack of communication and misleading communication seems to be the norm.I was planning on buying my wife a laptop at PC Laptops, now I'm reconsidering it because of this experience.
