I purchased a replacement glass jug and motor assembly for a Breville blender. About two weeks ago I first ordered the glass jug and when it came I found out I needed a blade assembly. When I called to order the blade assembly I asked if there was anything else I needed to make it work I was told no that was all I needed. I later found out I needed a seal so it wouldn't leak. Their website shows that the ring is no longer manufactured. If you don't have the seal it's a real problem. They are selling the jug and motor assembly knowing that you need the seal to make it work. I called and they told me my only remedy was to look for a seal on ******. Needless to say, I am unable to find a seal. I asked the question whether I needed any other part and they deceptively told me there was no other part needed.Business Response

After reviewing the complaint and the customers interactions with our support team, we understand the following:
The customer initially purchased a replacement glass jug.
Upon realizing that a blade assembly was also needed, the customer contacted us and placed an additional order.
When the blade assembly was received, the customer discovered that a sealing ring was also required for proper use, but was informed this part is no longer manufactured.
The customer feels they were misled when they asked whether additional parts were needed.We acknowledge the importance of providing clear and complete product compatibility information, and we regret if our communication led to confusion. It is our standard practice to guide customers accurately; however, it appears in this instance, the need for a sealing ring was not communicated clearly.
We are currently reviewing this matter internally to ensure better training and product guidance in the future.Resolution:
We would like to offer a full refund with the return of the items to resolve this issue.

********************* IS A SCAMMER. I wish I had read any of the the MANY complaints on BBB’s website which describes that same scam eReplacementParts scam did from them & took those victims’ money. On 5/1/25 I ordered a part for my fishing reel as this company ********************* advertised having it, therefore I paid that to send me 1 of that part. I never received the spool, then I eventually instead received an email from that company stating basically: “we don’t have it, it’s on backorder.” This company took my money insteadof telling me they don’t have the product & that I won’t receive the product, despite they had advertised having it when I placed my order. Then therefore I looked on Better Business Bureau (BBB)’s website & I read MANY other people described the same scam: MANY victims were duped into giving money to this same scammer, the scammer took their money, then the only thing those victims eventually received was the same canned fake/false excuse email I had received from this scammer.Business Response

They have the parts, then they don’t have the parts, then tell you it’s now on back order!!! Last December (2023) an order was placed in my name with *****************. It was for a coffee filter basket -- I wouldn't have ordered this as I'd bought a new coffee maker two months before. I was notified a week ago that my (11 month old) order was being shipped! I have tried numerous times to stop that action to no avail. A couple of months ago I called ******************** for a cieling vent motor. they sent me a motor not even close to what i asked for. I called for a replacement. on 8/21/24 ordered replacement parts for a Weber Grill. They did not fit correctly, so I initiated a return. The link to get my prepaid shipping label did not work, so I called the company and they stated they would send me a new one, but it might take a few hours for it to arrive in my email. It never came. I tried emailing, no response, I called again on 9/23/24 asking for the return label, they said it would be in my email within 2 hours. Never came. Called on 9/24/24, and was told it could take 24 hrs. Its been plenty of time. I just want to return this part (not on MY dime) so that I might hopefully get a refund!!!Business Response

I ordered a deflector shield for my mower. order number ********. I decided I did not not need the shield and I have been trying to return it. I never opened the box. The return policy says customers could return for any reason; so I tried to initiate the online return and receive a RMA number and label. The site stated an error occurred and did not give me a number. The instructions were to call customer **********************. I have called 4 times to get a simple RMA number and label to return the product. I get the worst run around you can imagine with every call only stating we will email. I asked to stay on the phone to see if I received the email and never did. This is the worst customer ********************** for something so simple.
