    Order number: ********, part number: 753-06720. I received the part and it was the wrong part of which that was my fault. Called and requested to return and the company sent me a return label for FedX. (Tracking ID: ************* and informed me $6.25 would be deducted and the balance would be credited back to my account.They received the item back on March 7, 2024. I called and was told normally 10 business days.April 7, 2024 will be a month and I have yet to see a credit back to my credit card. I have not had this problem with any other company and request your help in obtaining my refund.Thank You

    Order parts from my moms dryer they shipped on the 12th of February here it is the 23rd and shipping says its in Albany three hours away. Its been there since the 20th with no delivery date. Nothing Im sitting here with no dryer for weeks. What a bunch of ********. I asked ***** if they could change the shipping address or if I could pick it up there they said The shipping company is the only one that can change the address. What a friggin nightmare I saved 26 bucks ordering with these guys worst 26 bucks I ever saved. It was worth 126 bucks to get my ******* parts. I dont think Ill ever get them wash clothes. Gotta use a ******* laundromat what a f****** mess. order original parts never mind these Welfare youre not saving any money here youre taking a f******

    On January 30, 2024 I ordered (********) an expensive replacement part for a Troy Built rototiller from eReplacementParts.com - $454.83. I ordered the part because the said the part was the last one. The first thing they did was to charge my credit card before the item was shipped and they said that the part should be shipped by February 12. This made me suspicious. If they had only one item, wouldn’t a modern e company be able to ship the item the next day out of their warehouse? I contacted them four times between 2/4 and 2/10 trying to cancel my order – they never responded to my requests and it’s now 2/16/2024 and now through their automated system they say the item is delayed.
    I would never recommend using eReplacementParts.com to anyone. First, they take advantage of using the customers money. They probably have a short circuit in their wallet and need the money as soon as possible. Second, they use false advertising techniques to attract sales – only one left. Third, they are unresponsive - quick to protect themselves, but ignore the customer. And forth, they could have eliminated this complaint by working something out with me. At this point just refund my money!!!

    I placed an order (order# ********) on January 18th for a total cost of $148.32, which was billed o my credit card on that date. The order was supposed to be shipped in 1-4 business days but I have not yet received it nearly a month later. I've e-mailed the vendor with no response and am unable to contact them. The order status says the order is delayed with no updated shipping date and it says it is unable to cancel or return. I just want a refund at the point and I will obtain the parts elsewhere. Thank you.

    I placed an order with them. Only after the order was made did they reveal that the item was being shipped from a manufacture warehouse and that I could not cancel the order. This was fine because I needed the parts. After the quoted shipping date passed the status changed to "unknown". I have waited a month now for the items and have received nothing. I wrote an email asking for either the part or my money back and after a week have not received an answer. At this point, I want my money returned.

    I have reached out to this company, ereplacementparts.com several times via email requesting the status of an item I order on January 1, 2023. It was set to ship in 3-5 days but the status of the order has said backorder and dropship processing for over a month now. I have had no response to inquiries about my item. The order number is ********. The item itself was $7.99 but the shipping was $10.99 with a total cost of $20.06 after tax. I would like a full refund of the charged price.

    I have reached out multiple times to ereplacementparts.com to cancel an order which they delayed the shipping of because of parts being back ordered. I found the parts I need elsewhere and for less and have been trying to get the order canceled. They will not and have ignored me. I only want the order cancelled!

    I placed an order on 12-29-23 for 3 replacement parts for a pressure cooker. Never did receive the order, Online information says drop ship with no delivery date and says no returns.     On January 4th ****, I placed an order for a light switch k*** (Order # ********), for a total cost of $30.56. The order was supposed to be shipped in 1-4 business days but I have not yet received it 20 days later. I have e-mailed the vendor with no response and cannot contact them.
