    I got part from **************** and its broke in one week. I talk to them and got email that my return is proceed I will got credit on July 14th. But no one contacted us or nver got my money ********** is there email reply on July 14th.Your return for Order #******** is being processed Thank you for submitting your return request for your order, #********.     Got my parts in a fast time. However, one part they sent was defective and I needed to return it. I was told by the customer ********************** *** that I would get an email detailing how this part would be returned. They sent me the new part in no time, which was great. However, I never received an email telling me the instructions on what they needed for me to return the defective part. Now I have been emailing back and forth with them for a month and a half, and their response time is slow, they keep telling me they need more info about my mower (which I do not understand, they even requested the serial number), they wanted pictures of the defective part they sent, and I have still not been able to return the part they sent and get a refund. I tried to do my own return and it will not let me. I do not understand why I could just not return the part for a refund. It is very frustrating.

    Parts fit perfectly in my weed trimmer and price was reasonable. Parts arrived late but I attribute that to the orange dumbo laying off ****** postal workers. My only complaint is that eReplacementsparts wouldn't take my call and told me to email them; I did and no one responded.

    I was loath to replace our Breville Toaster Oven because of an unsightly door. After a long search, found it on eReplacementparts. Delivery to ****** was very expensive, so I opted to ship to a company in ** that reships to ******. Saved almost 50 dollars in shipping. The door finally arrived and looks perfect. I will install shortly
