    Ordered a part for my dishwasher last week. Part was supposedly in stock and ready to ship. Received order confirmation right away and they charged my credit card, but never received shipping confirmation and haven't received the actual part yet. They haven't responded to my emails and no one seems to be available via phone. Very frustrating. Would not recommend ordering anything from them in the future.

    I just tried **********************, and I got my order in 3 business days!, perfect condition, and they fixed my broken weed ******. I'm quite poor, so this was a blessing and I'm thrilled.     We ordered a part for our lawn mower. Waited for the part. I called the company and they claimed the part was on back order. Would be to us within 10 days. More than a month later still don't have the part, but they took our money. We are telling everyone nor to order from this company.

    ******************* is a scam company. Ordered a new head for my ego trimmer they said it shipped but when I followed the tracking, the item was never actually shipped. They do not respond to my emails and they don't answer the phone. The ego web site listed this company as a source for parts so they must be in on the scam. Shame on both of them! Do not do business with either of them.

    ordered wheels for my Honda mower on a Monday and on Wednesday the next week FedEx didn't meet the delivery date and now the delivery date shows 'Pending'. Contacted customer support, who in my opinion is useless, and got the run around.Contacted my local Northern Tool who order the parts for me at a better price that ereplacement parts and will have them in 2 days.Buyer beware and I'll never order from this shoddy outfit again.
