    Zagg doesn't pay attention to what they are shipping you. I ordered ************ for two different phones and they sent the wrong item for both phones. They won't get back with me. I have to pay shipping on each item so that was $10.59 per phone because they won't combine shipping. So I'm stuck with the wrong items and now I'll just have to go to a different company and buy screen protector.

    We are terribly sorry if you received two incorrect orders and we can certainly understand you being upset. We do see you reached out to us on Christmas day, Monday, December 25th, and ZAGG was closed Monday the 25th, and Tuesday the 26th. We replied to you on the next business day, Wednesday, December the 27th, 2023, which by that date you had already resolved the issue by visiting a kiosk. For our error, we have refunded the two warranties you placed on the following dates. Dec 12th 2023 Nov 27th 2023 Again, we are very sorry for this inconvenience, and if you can reach out us with pictures of your invoices, there should be a fulfillment number at the bottom of each invoice, and with this information we would be able to see who filled the orders, so this does not happen again.

    Great products, evasive customer service for warranty claims. They have designed their website and registration system in a way that you cant ask for ************. For instance older items are always out of stock. Your original registrations are missing as they say they are migrating to a new system but it never shows up. I recommend going with a cheaper product since it will need to be replaced at some point.

ZAGG does not in any way design our website to make it impossible for anyone to get a warranty, but yes, we did update our systems and some information did not migrate over, which of course is unfortunate, but it is such an easy fix. All you need to do is register your items again, or if the whole account is missing (some older accounts did not migrate over at all due to age), just create a new account. As for any inventory, the age and amount requests of a product, will determine if we will stop offering older products, but as stated on ZAGG.com ********************************************************* ZAGG, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange the product with a product of equal value. At ZAGGs discretion, ZAGG may replace the product with a refurbished product. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever is greater. ZAGG will always be able to provide an InvisibleShield under the Limited Lifetime Warranty, we just need to hear from our customers on what is needed for us to help.     I had purchased a zagg screen protector for my ******* Galaxy s23 ultra when I bought the phone. That protector lasted a good while about 5 months before it got scratches and I requested a replacement. I got the replacement and installed it following all instructions provided by Zagg. It lasted less than 24 hours before it was lifting off the screen along the edges. So I contacted customer support requested another protector with waived shipping cost since it seemed ridiculous to pay another $10 for shipping since the protector didn't last more than 24 hours. I got the new one after waiting 3 weeks because it was on back order. Installed it again following all instructions provided by Zagg. This one lasted 48 hours before it started lifting along the edges of the screen and I can also see that the protector itself is moving on the screen. When installed it sits nicely on the screen and the front facing camera is in the slot like it should be. Now, its half covered by the screen protector. It should not be moving like this once installed on the phone. I just don't know what is going on with Zagg and the quality of the protectors. I don't understand how they can go from lasting 5+ months to not even a week. I used to use Zagg protectors all the time in the early 2010's and they were great. But now they just aren't what they used to be and because of that I just can't justify paying the $60 for a screen protector that doesn't last more than a week before it's peeling off the screen and moving. Going forward I'm not sure if I will continue to use Zagg, Especially since I have to pay $10 every time I need a replacement which is needed about once a month if you can't stand having bubbles or lifting screen protectors.

    We are sorry to hear your installation of two InvisibleShields did not go well, and we know how frustrating it can be to follow all the instructions and still not get the results you expect. You *** not be aware that problem installations are not typically covered under the ZAGG Limited Lifetime Warranty, and we sent you a free InvisibleShield on October 24th, 2023. The InvisibleShield material has not changed, and any lifting does indicate there could be imperfections left on the screen that *** cause the InvisibleShield to lift. However, we are happy to provide you with some installation tips that *** help you should you get another warranty, or if you would like assistance as a second option, there is a local reseller that can provide you with an InvisibleShield under warranty. The InvisibleShield would be free, and they will do the installation, there would be a professional installation fee which would cover your InvisibleShield for two weeks should anything go wrong in the first two weeks. We do recommend you call first to confirm their ability to assist you. Their information is: CPR Cell Phone Repair ******* *********************************************** ************ You can view any of the curve video for step-by-step installation instructions: *************************************************** 1. Before installing, remove all cases from your watch or phone. 2. Try to install this at night right before bed. The longer it sits without being used or handled, the better it will adhere to the screen. If you have a watch, do not wear it overnight after installation. 3. After it is installed, try laying it face down so gravity will help it stick even better to the watch or phone face, you can also lay something heavy like a book on top to help it along. 4. If there is a case, do not install it on the phone/watch for 24 hours to help minimize the chance of the case pushing up the InvisibleShield itself.     This company is a SCAM. I paid 5-6x the amount for my screen protector/case . And for a year the products have been unavailable . Today I finally see that the items arent sold out, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT you cant have more than one replacement item in your cart . There for I would have to spend over $20 in free shipping. I refuse to give this company another dime!!!

    We are sorry you feel ZAGG is a scam because we charge a shipping and handling fee per warranty. We assure you that we are not and provide thousands of customers every month with warranties, and many of these customers place multiple warranties at a time. You have been a ZAGG customer since at least 2022 and per previous contact with our Care Team you have been advised of how our Limited Lifetime Warranty works with the last communication with you back on July 22nd, 2022. As for the product being out of stock for a year, we would need to know exactly what item it is that you have been waiting on. We know how frustrating it can be to wait for a product, and we will sometimes run out of inventory, even with our best intentions of supply and demand, but we assure you we are typically never out of stock for a full year. We are sorry you did not list the product so we could look further into your concerns.     If only they offer FREE Returns like SOME well-known brands do You have to type and print their location address and PURCHASE a return shipping fee from a carrier PLUS tracking and its a MUST btw in case they pull on some narrative BS. Such bummer Wont be purchasing future products from their online store UNTIL they change this HASSLE RETURN PROCESS

However, we do understand that not all customers will keep their ZAGG product(s) for assorted reasons, so yes, in those rare situations, the return costs are then covered by the customer.     Garbage product. Less than a month after getting my new phone with Zagg screen protector, the screen got cracked while in my pocket. Company said no kind of guarantee for the phone but would be happy to replace the screen protector.

    I was able to replace one screen and then all my info disappeared from the site. I am assuming one and done NOT lifetime! Not worth the wait time and horrible website that yields no answers. Buy another brand!

This is not the case and as we state on ZAGG.com the **************** Warranty is available for the lifetime of that device. We are deeply sorry for the experience you have had in trying to reach our Care Team. We recently updated our systems and in doing so, many customers are reaching out to us, which has created longer hold times to speak to someone. We are terribly sorry for this negative experience, and we assure you that this is not our normal business practice. What you are seeing, or in this case not seeing, with this upgrade, some of the registration history did not migrate over as we anticipated. However, there is a very simple fix, and all that needs to happen is to create a new registration.     Inconsistent policies between franchises ( brick and mortar stores) and the online store. Zagg franchise store will not honor the warranty for the broken screen protector at the local franchise unless you bring the broken screen protector back to the store . If I had purchased the same exact item from Zagg online they will honor the warranty and they do not require the return of the broken screen protector. Because online Zagg cares about carbon emissions and the environment but their franchises do not? A policy like this should be made explicitly clear at the sale and each franchise needs signage , a lot of signage. At the minimum the same basic policies and values should be company wide . Otherwise you are practicing Gotcha tactics .

    We are sorry you feel there are inconsistent policies between the kiosks (franchise as you called them) and ZAGG.com. It may not be clear, but the kiosks are independently owned and operated businesses and even though we might work closely with the kiosk, they do have their own policies and procedures. All the kiosks do require the customer to return the damaged product to them when a warranty is requested. We understand they should have a visible written policy viewable to all customers that explain their processes and requirements. If you did not see this visible policy when you went to the kiosk, you should reach out to their owner and let them know how upsetting this was for you.     Lifetime warranty? When you go to replace a product they will tell you it has already been replaced - so spend the premium for the supposed warranty and when it breaks less than 30 days in you are screwed! DO NOT BUY!!!

    I have purchased Zagg screen shields since I have been purchasing IPhone that is a long time. Can no longer find my registered screen shields. It says on website to change my password which I did 6 times still no luck. I sent an email, and received a response with nothing attached. Call several times and the recording said they would return my call and never got a response. I guess I will have to purchase another brand of screen.
