I bought about 80 days ago a Manhattan Snap case for my iphone 15 pro. It tore where the cut out for the speaker is at the bottom. I spent about 1 hour flailing trying to get a warranty registered. Finally after registering the product and going to get a warranty replacement, the site stated that the item was on back order. Strange as they have so many colors of it and all of them are unavailable? I could, however, select a less desireable case or a more expensive case. I started to select the more expensive and before I know it I was having to pay about $40 (including $10 for shipping). Really? So I stopped and opened another browser and attempted to order the case. Amazing and miracle.. the case was not available for purchase as I got all the way to entering my credit card number and stopped. Essentially, their warranty is a total SCAM and a LIe. Do NOT purchase from them with any hopes of having any service or warranty.ZAGG, Inc.

We are terribly sorry you feel the ZAGG Limited Lifetime Warranty is a scam and a lie. We guarantee the Limited Lifetime Warranty is real. However, from time to time and no matter how well we plan to have adequate inventory of a certain product, we do run out based on demand. It appears this may be the case for the item you are looking for, the black ZAGG Manhattan Snap Apple iPhone 15 Pro. You may not be aware, but we do state on ZAGG.com ********************************************************* ZAGG, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange the product with a product of equal value. You stated, I started to select the more expensive and before I know it I was having to pay about $40 (including $10 for shipping). This is true because you were choosing a more expensive product than the Manhattan Snap, so you would pay the cost difference between the more expensive case and the Manhattan Snap, $40.00 plus the shipping and handling fee $9.99 + any tax but you can select another color of the same model case and will only pay the shipping and handling fees and no upgrade fees. You then can always reorder the black Manhattan Snap when it becomes available again, so that way you always have protection for your phone. ZAGG stands 100% behind our Limited Lifetime Warranty and your account has been noted if you want to contact our Care Team, we will make a onetime exception and waive the shipping and handling fee towards any other color we have in stock for the ZAGG Manhattan Snap Apple iPhone 15 Pro, Red, Navy, Lavender, Plum, Sage, Sky ***** Pink. This company's warranty replacement is not legit. I have an email with the product registration number. I cannot reset my password for the account associated with the email address that I received the product registration email to. I cannot reach them by phone. They do not respond to emailed tickets. Do not buy from Zagg if you ever anticipate needing any customer service as they are not reachable.ZAGG, Inc.

Within the last six months we upgraded our systems and in doing so, not all information migrated over as we anticipated, and our current hold time to talk to a person is roughly between 15 to 20 minutes. We did receive the email you sent to us yesterday, February 12th, so we are still within our estimated response time. We are sorry if we did not meet your expectation of a response. We confirm you were able to log into your ZAGG online account and place a warranty order yesterday. We are always trying to make processes better and faster, but change does come with some lead time that *** cause some frustrations and for that we apologize. I purchased 2 screen protectors for my wife's phone and mine. I registered both with Zagg immediately. When my screen protector cracked I went online to get i a new one and they said they were out. I tried multiple times to no success. They changed their website now and unregistered my screen protectors. I would like to file a class action lawsuit for false advertising.ZAGG, Inc.

We are terribly sorry if your previous registrations are missing from ZAGG.com. We assure you we did not intentionally remove any data to prevent you from utilizing any ZAGG warranty. We updated our systems several months ago and not all the information migrated over, which has caused some previous customer information to go missing. All you need to do is create another registration and if for some reason the product is no longer available reach out to us and ask for a supervisor if our agents are not able to locate the product you need. You also have the option of having us create another registration for you and we will need to collect certain information. I have registered my screen protector after purchasing 3/31/2023 now I have a cracked screen protector and have been trying several times to get on touch with zagg with no answer. I have the registered email from zagg I received on 3/31/2023. I can not log into my account to do the supposid warranty replacement. Says my password is incorrect. I select to change my password but never receive an email from zagg so I can change my password. The call I made today to zagg I waited for over 45 minutes on hold and then started reviewing other complaints and realize no one is able to ever get ahold of them.ZAGG, Inc.

We are answering all our calls, and we have been receiving a larger number of contacts than usual, which has created a delay in getting to each customer. We do also offer email and live chats for our customers, so we apologize if you were not aware of this. Within the last six months we updated our systems, but we can see you do have a ZAGG account. We have set your account to force a password update, so the next time you try to log in, you should be asked to change your password. I bought a BRAND new screen protector for my brand new phone. It's supposed to be a lifetime warranty. I had some issues with it and when I called Zagg for a replacement they sent me some flimsy plastic. They then told me that they don't sell the product for my phone anymore because it wasn't popular and they won't refund me because I didn't buy it directly from them. My cell phone provider's store told me I'd have to talk with them, I have been going through this for MONTHS! I just want my money back!ZAGG, Inc.

I purchased a new Zagg shield that is defective as it doesn't fully stick to my phone. The shield keeps popping up over the command buttons, requiring me to hit the buttons multiple times. I tried calling Zagg several times and waited close to two hours on three separate calls. I did get one reply to an email noting their desire to assist, but after providing additional specific information, I have received radio silence. I wrote back three more times begging for an answer, but still nothing. This leaves me no other choice than to report a complaint. I have never experienced a company not honoring a new item. It's shameful and I'm disgusted! If possible, I would have rated them a zero! Buyer beware!ZAGG, Inc.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY!!!!!! I purchase this phone screen protector with the expectation that it will effectively safeguard my phone screen, While the phone screen protector itself did not shatter, it failed to prevent damage to my phone screen. The protector did not live up to its protective claims, as my phone screen still suffered significant damage. Disappointed with the performance and questioning the effectiveness of this product. Not the level of protection I expected. The company Zagg is not honoring their warranty. What ever you do do not purchase their product especially screen protectors unless you want to pay $$$$ for a new screen possibly new phone.ZAGG, Inc.

We are certainly happy to honor our Limited Lifetime Warranty, but it seems as if there is some misunderstanding on what our Limited Lifetime Warranty consists of. The lifetime warranty on the screen protectors is a scam. The screen protector for my phone has been noted as out of stock with no options for replacement or upgrade, even though I can clearly see options to purchase them on the website? Thats ridiculous. Its easy to sell someone on a lifetime replacement if you e figured out that you can just say whoops, out of stock indefinitely. Also My screen protector cracked super easily. Not a good experience. I ordered two ******************* Apple iPhone 13 Pro in December. They charged my credit card, provided shipping information with the **** and the order number. I still have not received my product! Putting in the tracking number with **** it shows the product is awaiting to be received by the post office! I tried to call them to find out about my order, but they NEVER answered! I tried texting to get the information, per the hold message from ZAGG, but it routes you to the justanswer web site, which is also a big WARNING. Justanswer will make you put in your credit card information and then they proceeded to charge the card my card a membership fee without asking for permission. This is totally unacceptable! In my case it has been a ****** learned and now I'm in the process of changing my credit card and opening fraud reports with my bank. What a farce!ZAGG, Inc.

Absolute BS, I have purchased many products for all my phones, tablets, etc. haven't needed a replacment in a number of months, now I need one and can't get logged in, can't reach them by phone. Big red banner says reset my password, when you try that, nothings happens. I've tried multiple times and nothing. AND NO the emails isn't in my junk or span. Call the phone number and it automatically hangs up on you.. forget ZAGG...ZAGG, Inc.
