I have been using screen protectors for probably 15 years. I spent $80 at the ******* store with the guarantee of unlimited lifetime warranty on screen protectors. This is a lie. You have to pay $10 to $15 per screen protector for "shipping" (they're $12 for 2 on Amazon) and they're always out of stock when you need a replacement. I have had nothing but issues with these screen protectors. I should have left Zagg alone and went with the products on Amazon that I have always used because the other day, with a Zagg screen protector, barely dropping my phone a whole foot from the counter top, and for the first time with a screen protector, my screen shattered. I will never return to Zagg. Ever. They refused to fix my product as well.ZAGG, Inc.

ZAGGs InvisibleShield is an exceptionally clear and virtually indestructible film that will protect your device from scratches and everyday wear and tear. It is never ZAGGs intentions to mislead any of our customers. As far as our liability is concerned, it is for the InvisibleShield only. This is publicly stated online in our FAQ section of our website. We are very sorry for any frustration you may have experienced. As for the Limited Lifetime warranty, the replacement invisibleSHIELD is in fact free, and as many times as you should need it for the lifetime of your device. As stated on the website we ask our customers to provide a credit or debit card and cover the small shipping and handling fee of the replacement (which is $9.99 + tax if applicable in the ********). This includes a completely new shield, installation tools and appropriate packaging to make sure your product arrives safely and in perfect condition, as well as handling to process your order. We provide thousands of customers with replacement *********************** each month and find this process to work very well and to the satisfaction of our customers. If you would like, we would be happy to provide you with a free InvisibleShield once your screen is repaired if you would like. Unfortunately I did not realize that the Lifetime Guarantee included spending 9.99 to receive a replacement for a product. I purchased the screen protector for a ******* Galaxy Watch 6 (43 mm). It did not hold up longer that a couple of months. I needed to pay 9.99 to replace a ***** product that is inferior to others I have used in the past. WIll never purchase Zagg again based on this product and the one that I purchased for my ******* S24 Ultra phone as that protector is also showing defects. Poor quality in my experience and misleading advertising. In addition, I went to the local Zagg kiosk at a nearby mall. No one at the kiosk. But keys to locked products in open sight; tip dish with bills on the counter; personal backpack on chair;door to kiosk wide open; paperwork out. No personnel in sight for a good 10 minutes. A man appeared on his phone and continued speaking on his cell phone without even acknowledging my presence. It turned out it was the employee who has disappeared on a break leaving everything unattended. He did not have the product in stock but even there it would have cost me ***** to replace it had it even been in stock. ****** learned on my part.ZAGG, Inc.

I've had several phones and always used BodyGuardz. I have only had to replace one phone screen protector ever (since my first smart phone in 2009-ish). Fast-forward to the ****** Pixel 8 purchase I made in February 2024 and the ZAGG protector that came with it. The protector broke within one week - on the edge near the volume buttons - and spider cracked across the screen from there. I didn't drop it. Just broke. Replaced it. Same exact break one week later. Replaced it. Same. Replaced it with the upgrade. Same breakage at the same point. I'm now four months into owning my phone. I have not dropped my phone once. The screen protector keeps breaking in the same place. So, there's something wrong, yeah? I wrote to ZAGG customer service and, wow, the only thing worse than their product is their service. I was polite and explained the situation. I even explained that I don't normally contact customer service, but this seems to be an ongoing problem. The response was super snarky and didn't at all address the issue. When pressed, the agent sent back a copy and pasted list of steps in a condescending manner. Oh, and he introduced himself as "***** and signed the emails "******."Avoid ZAGG at all costs. Tell your friends.ZAGG, Inc.

We can see you have a ****** Pixel 8, which is a very popular product for us, and we assure you that we have not received any complaints that mirror your concerns. We would receive a lot of contacts if the product was defective and that is just not the case. Your concern is the only one that has come in, regarding both the Glass Elite and Glass XTR3. It is unclear why this is happening only to you, but we can see the agent, ****** who replied to you, not sure why he called himself *****, provided you with some tips on what to watch for that could contribute to your situation. We have refunded the two previous shipping and handling fees you paid for and once your current order ships, we can refund that one. Just know we will not be able to waive any future shipping and handling fees, as this is not a faulty product. We want you to know that yes, the InvisibleShield is always free with our warranties but the fee that is paid by the consumer covers the following: installation tools, and appropriate packaging to make sure your product arrives safely and in perfect condition, as well as handling to process your order for the free new shield. I bought a clear zagg case for my s23 ultra. The case is nice and made good but my big disappointment is that there is really no bumper protection for the screen. You can't even slide a credit card under it but you can a post card. I highly recommend that you don't purchase this case unless you don't really care about the screen protection. The case is a gear 4 santa **** case. Go for an otterbox or something for the money.ZAGG, Inc.

We can certainly understand your frustration and confusion, as you pointed out we are still offering the Glass XTR3 for new orders, but you cannot place an order for a warranty for the same device. We promise you this is not a scam. As with any company we always plan our best to have all our products available all the time, for both warranties and new orders, but we are at the mercy of outside sources that can interrupt the best made plans. The lack of availability you are seeing in ordering a warranty is our warranty items come to us with different packaging than new orders, which is why you can still see the Glass XTR3 for sale on ZAGG.com, but not for sale when you try to place a warranty. Hello: My family is a big ZAGG customer. Anytime we get a new Iphone, we get a ZAGG screen protector. I purchased 4 of these and need to replace 3 of them. Online will not allow me to purchase 3 at a time which caused my shipping fee to be $30 instead of $10. It is the SAME protector so it will not be coming from multiple warehouses. Seems very illegal and poor customer satisfaction if I have to pay per screen.ZAGG, Inc.

Ive been using Zagg for 4 years all I have to offer is trust in some of their products. Specifically screen protectors. I love the variety of phone cases Zagg offers within the company, but they dont do what they are designed and advertised to do so. Within the years of my use of Zaggs phone cases I have had 2 phones absolutely shatter while using these cases. They advertise for 16 drop protection but it cant withstand 3. This is utmostly frustrating because the $60 case cant withstand commons drops of the phone. Although my loyal experience to this company I would not recommend it to someone who is looking to protect their phone (unless its a screen protector).ZAGG, Inc.

We are unable to locate any account with us, and you do not mention what cases you have purchased through your local reseller. We do have a warranty policy and within it, we state that we can't provide any discount or refund on your device repair itself. The ZAGG warranty only extends to our own product. We don't guarantee that using our products will mean your device will never sustain breakage or damage. Our products offer great protection and shock absorbance but are still not guaranteed to cover every situation. We cannot test for every circumstance, and we cannot verify that our product was in use when a device breaks, so we're unable to cover your device itself.
