    So frustrated! I ordered an iPhone 15 pro max case charger for $99. and it’s too small Contacted customer support and they asked me to send a picture of my phone against the charger which I immediately did I never heard back and I emailed several times. I’ve been on hold now for 33 minutes so far. I wish I checked the company’s reviews before ordering. I want my money back! I wouldn’t even give them one star but it was required!

We understand how frustrating it is to wait for a response, and we assure you, it is just as frustrating for us as well. We want to resolve our customers' concerns quickly and efficiently. Your first contact with us was on Friday, April 12th, where you provided pictures of your device and the juice pack together. On Monday, April 15th, we responded to you asking for additional information. On Tuesday, April 16th, we asked you for the name on the box you received, and we never received a response. We had to repeat the question again on April 23rd, and again yesterday May 6th, with our agent ****, in which he reiterated the same question. Before we can continue with a resolution, we will need to know the name on the box that we sent. If you could respond to ****, and provide a picture of the box, he can get started on a resolution. However, we are bypassing the photo of the box we asked you for, and we have gone ahead and issued you a return shipping label that was emailed to the email on file with us, be sure to check spam or junk folder if not received in your normal in box. This is so you can return the juice pack to us at our expense. Once we receive the item, we are happy to issue a full refund at that time. All our questions should have been presented to you in our very first response, instead of taking three separate emails. We are sincerely sorry for the miscommunication we caused which may have led to confusion on your part, so we are providing the necessary coaching of the first agent who reached out to you so that this does not happen to any other customer. Again, we apologize for causing you undue frustration.

    Very bad company. Will was the worker who was argued to much and threated me to move out of his area otherwise he will call security to force me to move. Only the reason i was searching him what type of screen you gave me two weeks ago it already broke. Now i have to pay 50% of my ******* pay even they told me it i's life time warranty. # Avid to go #ZAGG Very much cheating in store service. No respect at all

    Order a screen protector and they sent me a empty envelope. I called and was on hold for 35 minutes before hanging up. Done a chat with zagg and they promised a response today by email. After several hours I still have not heard from them. Zagg use to have good customer service but now they are terrible.

    My phone screen protector cracked and was told to try Zagg. To be fair I’m not too knowledgeable about technology especially cellphones and all their accessories. I only need a screen protector but was told about a liquid protectant as well and protectant for my camera lenses ( I have an iPhone 13) Eva use I use my phone so much and was getting ready to honor a trip I thought it was a good idea to get those things as well. I ignorantly didn’t get a price quote but thought it couldn’t be too much. Then the employee said oh , your close to what would be a bundle and he said “ I’ll make this cheaper “ so he went over to an accessory wall and only asked , “ white or black “ , I asked for what and he said a plug in charger. So I’m thinking ok, he’s tutoring that in based on whatever he meant by saving me money. He rang me up and said something along the lines of now how good the deal was. He had already did everything to my so when he said your total is $191.00 I was like a deer in the headlights and out of shock just paid it because you can’t really return the services. After thinking about the whole situation, I definitely was manipulated into buying the things in a way that left me unaware of where cost wise all this was all going to lead. The kid was nice but it seems this was only a tactic to up my bill because he read “ sucker” all over and I guess I was , so….. lesson learned and an expensive one at that.

As you did not tell us what reseller you went to, and exactly what items were purchased, we are unable to tell you if you got a cheaper bundle pricing. Third-party resellers are independently owned and operated, they only sell our product, but all their pricing and policies are not a reflection of ZAGG **** We suggest you contact the manager of the place of purchase and voice your concerns. If you were to order directly from ZAGG.com, we currently do not have a bundle package for the iPhone 13. We do offer InvisibleShield coverage, separate cases, as well as battery backup items. However, you always have an option to return any unwanted products if you were to go through ZAGG.com, as we offer a 30day money back guarantee. As we suggested, depending on what reseller you went to, you should reach out to them directly, and let them know what happened and how you feel about the whole situation, and they may have a return policy as well. They may require you to return the item(s) and provide a receipt if a refund is what you are now looking for. We are genuinely sorry for the experience you had at a third-party reseller, but it is never too late, too late to let them know how you feel about what happened.

    I ordered a phone case on April 1st. Received a notification that the case was shipped on April 2nd. 26 days later, no phone case, no response to online inquiries (2 times), and impossible to reach via phone. Checked tracking #, says "Label has been created, but not shipped". Horrible customer service. Please ship or refund order ******** ASAP

    Their privacy screen protectors aren’t really secretive. Paying 10$ for shipping is quite stupid considering the fact that you have millions of dollars you can open up a branch inside the United States and ******* ship it for much cheaper.     I received the wrong item and wanted t speak to a representative well good luck to anyone trying to connect with anyoneat Zagg because I was on hold for an eternity and when someone actually answered he never even apologized for the unacceptable wait time and had absolutely no customer service skills . I will never order or d any business with this company in the future ! All I know is that I had to pay for the return and they better not pull a fast one and not return my payment because they seem not too reputable !

    We really should be able to give no stars these days!! Zagg is ZERO stars. Paid $60 for a screen protector and it literally shattered while putting it on. I followed the videos and made sure I was doing it right. Went online to register and order a replacement and it was supposed to get here April 12 and it still is not here. This is the biggest SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE!! Waste of money! I've have better ones off amazon for $10 or less. I'd rather have a stock then deal with this company!

    Phone slid off an arm rest indoors onto a rug 1 day after purchase and cracked in two places! To be fair, I don't think they're scamming but their quality testing or something needs to be improved because considering the VOLUMES of negative reviews, theres obviously a problem with their screen protectors, also their contact info must be stored in that massive mountain of useless FAQ(or customer firewall I suppose) got tired going in circles so finally just googled it and sent an email for a solution. If they reply to my email I'll edit this review to include their response.

    We are sorry to hear your Glass Elite Apple iPhone 15 ****************************** cracked a day after you installed the InvisibleShield on your device when your phone slid off your arm rest onto the floor. We can understand how upsetting that might be for you. You did not confirm what kind of floor the device fell onto, but either way, we assure you the InvisibleShield did what it is supposed to do, which is to crack and take the absorption of the fall and not your device. This does not indicate there are any problems with the InvisibleShield. This is one of our most requested products, and if there was a flaw with InvisibleShield, we would hear from thousands of customers, and this is not the case. As for the order you placed on April 2nd, 2024, we shipped the order per the shipper you chose, April 5th, 2024, with shipper *** ****************, with the tracking number ******************. It looks like there have not been any updates since April 8th. We can only assume the package was lost somewhere along the way to you. While ZAGG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we want you to be satisfied with ZAGG and happy with your product. We have placed a new order for you ending in 2822 which you can locate on your ZAGG.com account. Once the order ships you should receive an email with the ***** tracking number. Be sure to check your spam or junk email if you do not see it in your regular in box. We have refunded the warranty you placed for $10.81. Here are some installation tips that *** help you with the new InvisibleShield, but again, the InvisibleShield did what we expected it too, and per our warranty policy and packaging we do charge a small shipping and handling fee, which provides a completely new shield (as many times as needed for the life time of the device), installation tools and appropriate packaging to make sure your product arrives safely and in perfect condition, as well as handling to process your order. 1. Before installing, remove all cases from your watch or phone. 2. Try to install this at night right before bed. The longer it sits without being used or handled, the better it will adhere to the screen. If you've got a watch, do not wear it overnight after installation. 3. After it is installed, try laying it face down so gravity will help it stick even better to the watch or phone face, you can also lay something heavy like a book on top to help it along. 4. If there is a case, do not install it on the phone/watch for 24 hours to help minimize the chance of the case pushing up the InvisibleShield itself.     I have both screen protector and zagg case for my iPhone 14 Pro. Lets start with the screen! I cant remember what I paid upfront but I believe it was 50 bucks and 10 each time it needs to be replaced. Definitely not worth the money dont fall for it. If you drop your phone from just about any hight it will crack almost every time. (Amazon 10 bucks for two with no upfront costs) now the casebiggest piece of junk *** ever owned actually bought one for my daughter as well hers cracked first drop and they would not replace it like promised and when I dropped my phone the whole back of my phone shattered (4 ft drop) I believe we paid $60 for each up front NOT worth 5 bucks DONT BUY!!! Otterbox way better and actually saves your phone. **************** was even worse than their product didnt want to deal with me at all basically said nothing they can do. Didnt bother to ask any questions. Just said your phones not covered.. dont waste your time and money with ZAGG if I could leave negative stars for a review, I would
