      I literally hit the chat button and immediately I was responded to and given the information that I needed to be able to make a purchase they are absolutely friendly. I dealt with an individual name ****** because of their customer service and information that I needed in a timely manner. I have purchased from this company and will do so again.

Also **** purchased a number of times from this company and always been super satisfied with products and quality.

      I wanted to purchase the LabOps Gear Dash Mount for my 4Runner. The website shows they offer a GovX discount but when I put the code in during checkout, it wouldn't take it. I wrote to customer service and ****** @ ********************** helped me out. He immediately got me the discount and the order was shipped that same day! Great customer service. I will be coming back here for my next 4Runner accessory purchase.

      They sell garbage that isn't even packaged. It comes loose in a box so you have no idea where it came from. Try to leave an honest review on their website and they won't publish it. Wish there was a way to warn people about scamming companies like them!

      I set out to buy splash guards for my 4Runner. A simple task, or so I thought. What unfolded was a catastrophe of Shakespearean proportionswrong part numbers, missed details, an emotional arc that rivaled a prestige miniseries. I wept. My 4Runner wept. Mud laughed in the distance.Thenlike a phoenix rising from the ashes of online customer supportcame D@w$on.He didnt just respond to my plea. He descended from the digital heavens, cloaked in wisdom and holding the holy grail of ****** part corrections. His words? A lullaby. His tone? Pure empathy wrapped in technical precision. I was seen. I was heard. I was... healed.Through D@w$on's divine intervention, my splash guards were set right. My spirit was lifted. My engine bay would be mud free yet again.If there were a Mount Rushmore for customer service legends, D@w$ons face would be carved in stoneTWICE!!

      Missing parts with purchase and no customer service, dont recommend purchasing from 4runner lifestyle. Theres a reason you cant find their phone number or any ****** reviews
