      ****** is a great sales/ support tech at 4runner lifestyle. Problem: I ordered a decal for my Prinsu roof rack. Unfortunately it was not compatible with my 4th gen ********************** rack. It applies to 5th gens. Solution : ****** will be right on it changing the description of the product as well as refunding me store credit! Fabulous tech! Look forward to future business

      ******* customer service. ****** at *********************** took the time over two days to be text messaging with me because for some reason my purchases were not going through on the website. I believe ultimately one of my credit cards was not set up correctly. He then gave me the option to call in. I left a message and he got back to me in a timely manner. Took my order and got me dialed in with excellent customer service and I was able to get the product I've been wanting. These guys care about their customers and look forward to more business with them.

      Purchased a set of Raptor lights in May. The lights failed in Oct. contacted 4Runner Lifestyle customer service to see about replacing them under their warranty. Response was immediate , the representative was more than helpful, reviewed my information and issued replacement lights the same day. Very pleased with the company and their customer service staff.

      Purchased 4Runnerlifestyle fang lights for my 4Runner. Unfortunately after washing it the first time I noticed the housing had allowed water to come in. I reached out to them by text. ***, was the person who assisted me this time. After showing them photos of the issue, they are sending me a new set. I am hopeful the new set does not leak, and I just got a bad pair. I was satisfied with how they handled the issue. Most places wont replace items after a certain amount of time. My fangs were purchased back around July 4th, and Im thankful they are making this right. I have also had other issues with missing parts in my order, 4Runnerlifestyle has done everything to make it right and correct all the issues. I will continue to use them for parts. Finding a company who stands behind their products and makes things right anymore is hard to come by. Thank you 4Runnerlifestyle.

      Ordered a bunch of goodies for my new 4Runner and had an issue with the delivery address that I didnt think could be fixed but after reaching out *** handled the problem and got my address corrected no problem and faster than expected. Can wait to buy more from you guys ! Thanks for the great selection and amazing customer service !

      I personally had an easy time connecting with customer service. I was able to reach them easily. On top of that, they easily replaced the defective product immediately. Knowing the amazing customer service will have me continuing my business with them!! ****** was the individual that helped me and kudos to him for being excellent customer service!
